An Operating Room Registered Nurse at MercyOne provides perioperative patient care, specifically in the intraoperative phase, in both the scrub and circulating roles according to established guidelines. Serves the population from neonate, infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric.
Essential Functions:
- Scrubs and circulates on cases independently, with minimal direction.
- Prepares for surgical cases in an efficient manner, anticipating needs of patient, surgeon, anesthesia and other O.R. team members.
- Provides a safe environment for patient and staff by implementing standards of aseptic technique and by controlling the physical and psychological aspects of that environment.
- Collects and analyzes data and assesses patient in developing nursing diagnosis.
- Communicates effectively with the patient, staff, physicians, and families.
- Maintains knowledge of equipment set-up and function.
- Initiates and directs room clean up and turnover
Schedule:
- 36 hours per week
- Evening shift: 11:00 am – 9:30 pm
- On call rotation for weekend, holiday and night hours with a 30-minute response time
Minimum Qualifications:
- Possession of a current or compact state license as a Registered Nurse issued/defined by the State of Iowa.
- Operating Room experience preferred.
- Basic Life Support certified within six (6) weeks of hire. Acceptable credentialing bodies and certifications include American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers.
- Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter abuse training specific to population served within three (3) months of hire.
- Ability to read, write and speak English language.
- Ability to maintain a high standard of courtesy and cooperation in dealing with co-workers, patients and visitors, and perform job functions satisfactorily despite the stress of a hospital work environment.

A Brief Overview
Responsible for the assessment, treatment, and management, diagnostic and therapeutic interventions affecting the cardiopulmonary system for neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, and adults. The individual must demonstrate proficiency in all modalities of respiratory care, which may include, but not limited to oxygen therapy, breathing treatments, airway clearance, blood gases, airway management, non-invasive and invasive ventilator setup and monitoring. This position may also be required to work in the sleep lab.
What you will do
- Evaluates patients in order to receive, review, interpret, and administer the prescribing orders regarding respiratory and cardiopulmonary treatments and tests. Accurately documents patient assessment, interventions, and progress in the electronic medical record, as well as submits charges in an accurate and timely manner.

- Evaluates the effectiveness of the plan of care. Initiates and implements respiratory care plans and interventions to meet the needs of the patient in conjunction with the entire healthcare team to ensure full understanding and cooperation to improve patient outcomes.

- Performs administration, set-up, titration, maintenance, evaluations and documentation of supplemental oxygen, aerosol therapy, airway clearance techniques, mechanical invasive or non-invasive ventilator management, and preparation and administration of respiratory medications.

- Ensures airway patency including various means of suctioning. (tracheal, nasal, and oral). Attends and assists to patients in respiratory or cardiac arrest by performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation and emergency airway care.

- Performs arterial and capillary punctures, runs venous, arterial and capillary blood gas samples, electrolytes and lactic acid tests and maintains and operates the Blood Gas analyzer.

- May assist in Pulmonary Rehab by providing appropriate exercises and education to participants.

- May assist in outpatient clinic as needed and may schedule sleep studies and obtains prior authorizations for the sleep studies when applicable.

- Performs diagnostic testing through pulmonary function, stress exercise, electrocardiograms, electroencephalograms, oximetry, holter and cardiac event monitoring.

- Instructs clinical staff on the use of respiratory therapy equipment and the use of the EKG equipment.

- Assists with implementing and updating policies and procedures, maintenance of quality assurance reports and records, and maintenance of equipment and ordering of supplies.

The SEM Manager is responsible for executing the digital marketing strategy across Tao Group Hospitality venues, with a primary focus on search engine marketing (SEM) and paid search campaigns. This role drives revenue, ticket sales, VIP table bookings, and brand visibility through Google Ads management, paid search strategy, performance marketing, paid social media, and online platform optimization.

EDUCATION/WORKING KNOWLEDGE:

- Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) with proven track record of optimizing campaigns for conversions and ROAS
- Deep understanding of keyword research, bid management, ad copy optimization, and Quality Score improvement
- Experience with Google Ads scripts, automated bidding strategies, and advanced audience targeting
- Demonstrated success managing substantial paid search budgets with measurable performance outcomes
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking implementation
- Experience with Meta Business Manager and paid social campaigns
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms, CMS systems, local search marketing, and SEO best practices
- Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization
- Proven ability to analyze search query reports, attribution models, and multi-channel performance data
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to obtain required state work cards

Summary of the Ministry Position:
The Webmaster (Web Designer ) is responsible for managing, maintaining, and improving Idlewild Baptist Church’s website to ensure a seamless, user-friendly, and mission-aligned digital experience. This role serves as the technical and creative lead for all web-related content, updates, and functionality. The Webmaster works closely with the Director of Communications, Creative Media, and ministry leaders to ensure that the website serves as a clear, engaging, and effective communication tool for both the church body and the surrounding community.
Key Ministry Areas of Responsibility:
1. Website Management & Maintenance on Webflow
· Oversee day-to-day operations of the church website, ensuring content is accurate, timely, and functioning properly.
· Perform regular updates to pages, plugins, themes, and integrations to maintain site health and security.
· Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve them promptly, either independently or with the support of IT/vendors.
2. Content Coordination
· Collaborate with ministry leaders and the communications team to gather and publish content for events, sermons, classes, and more.
· Work with the Director of Messaging and Community Engagement to maintain consistent voice, tone, and formatting in alignment with church branding and messaging standards.
· Ensure accessibility and mobile responsiveness across all pages and features.
3. User Experience (UX) & Design
· Continuously improve site navigation, layout, and design for ease of use and engagement.
· Monitor user behavior and site analytics to recommend enhancements that support church goals and digital outreach.
· Implement SEO best practices to increase visibility and discoverability.
4. Digital Systems Integration
· Manage integrations with church databases, livestream platforms, form submissions, online giving, and third-party tools.
· Serve as liaison to any web hosting providers or development agencies.
5. Security & Performance Monitoring
· Monitor site speed, security, and performance using appropriate tools.
· Back up the website regularly and ensure disaster recovery processes are in place.
Qualifications:
