Job Summary Job Description Associate Engineer Mobile Device Primarily responsible for the design, development, configuration, and maintenance of RF handheld application packages, scripts, and hardware for Medline’s branch site needs.

Help ensure maximum availability, reliability, and performance of related systems.

Responsibilities Assist in leading multiple nationwide RF handheld projects from concept to realization, involving individuals from multiple departments and disciplines.

Support compelling, high-quality Android applications on Zebra RF handheld devices.

Job Summary Job Description BI Dev/Analyst Associate Business Intelligence – Sales & Marketing The Associate Azure Data Engineer supports the development and delivery of enterprise business intelligence, data analysis, and reporting solutions for Medline’s Sales and Marketing organizations.

- 5pm Monday -Thursday with possible overtime on a Friday.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Machine Operation and Maintenance: Operate and monitor machinery to detect and report malfunctions.

Perform machine setup, cleanup, and minor maintenance; adjust machine parameters as needed.

Operate all production floor equipment per company policies.

Perform equipment setup, startup, shutdown, changeovers, and cleaning.

Document machine attributes and parameters; respond to machinery breakdowns.

Work with maintenance/engineering to ensure equipment functionality; participate in root cause analysis.

Team Coordination and Training: Assist in organizing staff and workload; direct team workflow to meet quality standards.

Lead, coach, and train operators; ensure proper transfer of technical information.

Quality Control: Prepare and inspect products for quality and accuracy.

Optimize throughput while maintaining GMP standards.

Safety and Cleanliness: Follow safety protocols and help identify and correct hazards.

Maintain a clean and orderly work area.

Perform regular cleaning of equipment and production areas.

Additional Responsibilities: Complete all paperwork and reports accurately and on time.

Operate automated boxing lines and handle materials.

Serve as backup for other positions and assist with additional projects as assigned.

The anticipated salary range for this position: $21.25
- $30.75 Hourly The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities.

Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.

Job Summary Under direct supervision, provide customer service support to customers and sales representatives.

Job Description Responsibilities: Respond to routine and some non-routine, more complex customer service inquiries and problems via telephone.

Maintain record of calls and note customer's records as necessary to maintain consistency in service.

Place orders, track shipments, and ensure orders are shipped on-time.

Follow-up with customers as needed to get clarification on orders.

Enter data from customer service in regards to previously placed orders, locating account numbers, and identifying customer’s rush order needs.

Review customer's service needs and refer to other service departments for follow up as needed.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.

At least 1 year of experience working in customer service OR 1 year of Medline Customer Service Rep I experience.

Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services.

Experience accomplishing tasks in an optimum order based on time, importance or other criteria.
