Job Summary Job Description JOB SUMMARY: The Process Improvement and Training Manager in Inventory Control is responsible for executing the strategy to improve our processes, and the rollout of effective Training plans, all for the Inventory Control organization.

This individual contributor position is expected to collaborate with multiple departments and work across regions and divisions.

This position is also responsible for documenting standard operating procedures and improvements, change management, and to obtain the expected results set by the Director of this team.

This position requires expertise in Inventory Control practices, and an ability to teach others.

This position is also expected to drive change based on data, and study ways to improve our results to increase inventory accuracy, reduce inventory adjustments, or make necessary changes to other aspects of the process.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Analyze current state of processes and procedures in order to create recommended processimprovement initiatives that optimize inventory control processes, increase efficiency, and reduce waste while delivering value to the organization.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that meet inventory control requirements and drive process improvements.

• Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance while assessing their value.

• Provide change management support and training to ensure successful adoption of inventory control process improvements.

• Continuously monitor and evaluate inventory management processes to identify opportunities for further improvements and assess their value.

Education Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience Work Experience At least 7 years of project management and/or training experience.

Additional • Expertise in SAP and WMS.

• Demonstrated attention to detail and analytic skills.

• Experience identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.

• Position requires travel 30-50% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).

Job Summary Job Description Responsible for the administration, design, development, implementation, and integration of SAP cloud and on-premise solutions, focusing on SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, and Event Mesh.

Optimize existing integrations for performance, maintainability, and error handling.

Participate in Agile events and drive continuous improvement in integration operations.

Interface with tools like ElasticSearch, Splunk for logging, diagnostics, and operational insights.

Adhere to and enforce all company standards related to integration development, including security, performance, and resiliency standards.

On call production support as needed.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS Education Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related discipline.

Work Experience 8+ years of experience in SAP integration development and operations.

2+ years of hands-on experience in SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, and SAP CPI.

Experience with ABAP (IDOCs, BAPI, RFC), REST/SOAP services, XML, JSON, and transformation logic.

Hands-on experience with Advanced Event Mesh, APIs, and Cloud Console.

Experience with SAP Fiori and S/4HANA integration scenarios.

Experience applying project management methodologies.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Strong background in platform administration, operational support, and incident management.

Proficiency in Java, Groovy, or Python.

Knowledge of authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, SSL) and relational databases (SAP HANA, Oracle).

SAP certifications in Integration Suite, BTP, or Cloud Platform Integration (preferred).

Experience with DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

The Cross-Reference Analyst is responsible for leading data-driven projects that focus on improving quality, availability, and governance of cross-reference data records.

Job Description We have a sales rep opening to join our Laboratory sales team.

Responsibilities: Calling on all departments within the hospital lab.

This sales team sells Laboratory Consumables and Capital Equipment.

Drive sales growth on all lab product categories Collaboration with acute care reps and IDN marker directors within your specific region Making sales presentations of Laboratory Consumables and Capital Equipment Establishing and nurturing customer and manufacturer rep relationships Achieve sales growth goals as established Developing a regular call cycle with key decision makers; Managing and maintaining existing business, presenting new products to grow business Heavy cold calling, targeting / prospecting new account opportunities; Manage your territory with an entrepreneurial spirit and franchise mentality Required Experience: Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of quota-based sales experience demonstrating a background in cold calling, commissioned, full-cycle sales experience OR at least 5 years of quota-based sales experience demonstrating a background in cold calling, commissioned, full-cycle sales experience.

Track record of demonstrable sales growth and quota attainment; Ability to present multiple product lines; Excellent communication and organization skills; Stable work history; Ability to work independently; Computer proficiency especially MS Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint Previous laboratory consumables and capital equipment sales experience preferred Due to the nature of an outside sales representative position, the ability to drive a car, travel in that car 90% of each day, and interact with healthcare providers on site is required.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $75,000 to $100,000 annually.

This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities.
