JOB SUMMARY
The TGCM Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and closure of capital projects, including bulk gas system construction, specialty gas handling systems, and chemical equipment installations within a high-volume semiconductor manufacturing facility (Fab). This role acts as the primary technical interface between site operations, engineering, and external contractors, ensuring all projects are delivered safely, on-time, within budget, and in strict compliance with high-purity, cleanroom, and OSHA standards.

- Specialty Gases: Oversee the hook-up of inert, toxic, flammable, and corrosive gas system.
- Chemical Delivery: Manage the installation of Slurry delivery systems and high-purity solvent/acid blending and distribution units.
- Supervise Orbital Welding programs, ensuring 100% weld log accuracy and coupon testing.
Quality Assurance & Commissioning
- Direct rigorous Analytical Testing including moisture, oxygen, and particle counting to ensure gas purity meets "Parts Per Trillion" (PPT) levels.
- Oversee Helium Leak Testing and hydrostatic/pneumatic pressure testing for line integrity.
- Coordinate the Matrix of Operations testing for Life Safety Systems (LSS) and gas detection.
Safety & Compliance
- Enforce strict Hazardous Production Material (HPM) protocols - Safety Integrity Level (SIL) Management (Safety Integrity Levels 1–4)
- Lead Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and Pre-Task Plan (PTP) reviews for high-risk activities like line-breaking or hot work.
- Manage "Lock-Out Tag-Out" (LOTO) procedures during tie-ins to live facility mains.

The Traveling HVAC Startup Controls Foreman is responsible for the supervision, commissioning, and troubleshooting of new and existing mechanical systems in commercial and industrial buildings. Primary Responsibilities and Duties
- Commission and start up commercial and industrial HVAC equipment, including refrigeration systems, air handling units, temperature controls, and heat pumps.

This role is critical to ensuring that civil, structural, and mechanical installation activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with project requirements.
The Civil & Installation Engineer will act as the primary technical representative on site, coordinating between the Owner, General Contractor, subcontractors, and engineering teams to drive successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Construction Supervision & Field Engineering
