Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Immigration Attorney - Litigation, based in Dallas, TX. The attorney will manage litigation cases within the realm of Immigration Law, represent clients in legal proceedings related to immigration matters, and provide legal advice regarding immigration compliance. The role involves preparing legal documents, handling complex litigation processes, and offering personalized legal strategies to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Experience with EOIR
• Strong expertise in Immigration Law, including experience handling immigration cases and visa applications
• Knowledge of immigration-related legal issues and ability to navigate complex regulatory frameworks
• Exceptional research, writing, and advocacy skills to effectively represent clients in litigation
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and a valid license to practice law in Texas
• Experience in litigation and court representation within immigration law
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client communication and legal document preparation
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage a dynamic caseload
• Commitment to supporting and advocating for immigrants' rights
• Spanish is a major plus and preferred, but not required
