A Maintenance Technician II is responsible for maintaining all aircraft, its components and parts as outlined on applicable work forms in accordance with Thrive Aviation policies and procedures, manufacturer's manuals, and FAA requirements. A Maintenance Technician II is key to the success of the operation and must perform regular inspections and ensure consistency in their work to meet Thrive Aviation's quality and safety expectations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Technicians working on aircraft, components or related parts of aircraft are responsible for performing work outlined on applicable work forms in accordance with Thrive Aviation policies and procedures, manufacturer's manuals, and FAA requirements.
- Overhaul, maintenance, and repair of airframe components, power plants, aircraft communication, navigation equipment, and associated components in accordance with Thrive Aviation manuals, manufacturer's manuals, bulletins, and orders.
- Perform pre- and post-flight inspections and clear any discrepancies found during an inspection.
- Ensure that the appropriate tag is attached to all parts removed from an aircraft in accordance with Thrive Aviation policy.
- Technicians, in performing their duties, are required to be constantly alert for defective, worn, or failed parts as well as safe working conditions.
- Proper execution of an Airworthiness Release.
- Responsible to sign for the accomplishment of work on applicable work forms and records.
- Responsible for keeping the work area in a clean, safe, and orderly manner.
- Will be assigned to such housekeeping duties as policing their work and/or repair area as well as maintenance of company property.
- Process all necessary paperwork as mandated by regulation.
- Carry out assigned work in an expeditious manner, exercising sound judgement in executing each work project.
- Provide support to Ground Operation Technicians.
- Perform mechanical/electrical removals and installations including major Garmin component changes.
- May Perform RII function as qualified by Quality Assurance.
- Must be able to interpret and work with wiring diagrams and engineering drawings.
- May assist in engine and/or APU runs as required.
- Some travel may be a requirement.
- Other duties as assigned by management
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to walk or stand on level and/or inclined surfaces up to three (3) hours per day and sit for up to five (5) hours per day.
- May be required to lift up to 30 lbs. to the height of 4 feet and up to 20 lbs. to a height of 7 feet.
- May be required to carry, push or pull up to 50 pounds.
- On occasion, you must be able to lift up to 80 pounds.
- Must be able to crouch, crawl, grasp, or handle objects, use finger dexterity, bend elbow/knee and reach above/below shoulders.
- Must be able to routinely climb / descend stairs.
Work Environment
- The work environment will include a variety of climates as some duties will be performed in hangar space that is not temperature controlled.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but can be extremely loud.
Experience and Qualifications
- Currently A&P License required.
- 3-5 years of previous experience as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician, with working knowledge and practical experience with aircraft in our fleet highly desirable
- A college degree with applicable focus preferred.
- Highly organized with acute attention to detail accompanying good project and time management skills.
- Expert level verbal, written, and computer skills while maintaining a professional demeanor and appearance.
- Expert-level knowledge of 14 CFR Part 135 maintenance requirements and regulations.

The Paint Specialist silver tapes and chemically strips aircraft; masks, sands and prepares aircraft surface for priming; primes overalls; and prepares aircraft surface for and paints stripes and some overall base painting according to manufacturer's specifications, Duncan Aviation approved procedures, and customer specifications in a safe and clean environment using Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) and fall protection. In addition, this position may perform spray painting; and prepares and completes appropriate documentation and personal training log.
Essential Job Functions
1. With minimal supervision, proficiently applies primers and topcoats using appropriate techniques and knowledge of primers. Maintains pressure pots and paint guns.
2. With minimal supervision, masks and paints stripes per designer debrief and knowledge of paint products and paint mixing.
3. With minimal supervision, identifies areas of aircraft to be masked and/or polished as per designer debrief and also identifies problem areas such as working rivets, corrosion damaged BLE's, damaged windows, etc. for remasking and sanding aircraft using mechanical sanding methods. Demonstrates thorough knowledge of aircraft surfaces and composites.
4. With minimal supervision, masks aircraft and silver tapes aircraft surfaces per manufacturer's specifications and Duncan Aviation approved procedures. Removes old paint with liquid paint remover and pressure washer.
5. With minimal supervision, may paint landing gear, fuel caps, antennas and door frames of aircraft per designer debrief. Inspects painted and reports quality issues to crew leader or team leader.
6. Assures quality for assigned areas through visual inspection and performs final pre-paint prep by blowing, wiping and tacking entire surface to be painted. Identifies problem areas such as fuel leaks, sky-drol leaks, etc. and reports problems to crew leader or team leader.
7. With supervision prepares, signs off and understands various documents for record keeping purposes as required by Duncan Aviation approved procedures and FAA regulations (i.e. turnovers, removal sheets, W.O. Sheets, personal training log, and other work order related documents supporting the review of squawks and expected hours).
8. With minimal supervision, smoothes, etches and applies conversion coatings to aluminum surfaces with acid washes to ensure primers and paint adheres to surface.
9. Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Bauer is seeking a Buyer to support procurement, supplier coordination, and material availability for our FAA Part 145 aerospace MRO operation. This role is responsible for sourcing and purchasing aircraft engine accessory parts, repair services, and special process services necessary to support component teardown, repair, overhaul, and return-to-service activities. The Buyer will work closely with Quality, Engineering, and Shop Operations to ensure timely material availability while maintaining full FAA-compliant traceability and documentation. The successful candidate will support supplier management, coordinate repair and exchange transactions, and ensure material flow aligns with production schedules and turnaround time commitments.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Material Sourcing
- Source and purchase aircraft engine accessory parts, rotables, and consumables required for component repair and overhaul
- Obtain quotations, negotiate pricing and delivery terms, and issue purchase orders
- Support sourcing of OEM, PMA, DER-approved, and aftermarket components where applicable
- Monitor open purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve supplier delays
- Coordinate repair, exchange, and replacement transactions with external suppliers and service providers
Supplier Coordination & Special Process Support
- Work with approved vendors providing special processes such as NDT, plating, heat treat, and other subcontracted repair services
- Assist with supplier communication regarding turnaround times, pricing, and technical requirements
- Support supplier performance monitoring and corrective action activities when issues arise
- Maintain accurate supplier records and documentation supporting traceability and compliance
Material Planning & Inventory Support

Job Overview:

Your Role: Make an Impact from Day One
As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you'll perform services planned, delegated, and supervised by the PT; use effective interpersonal relations and communication skills to teach patients and families; complete appropriate documentation in a timely manner; apply concepts of infection control and standard precautions; accept clinical assignments consistent with your education and competence; meet mandatory continuing education requirements and participate in in-service programs; demonstrate commitment, professional growth, and competency; and be proficient and comfortable using technology for communication and essential job functions. Prior experience as a PTA is a plus, but new grads are welcome—home health preferred (EMR HomeCare HomeBase a bonus)!
Qualifications We're Seeking:
- Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapist assistant with an Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Current Texas State License to practice as a physical therapist assistant.
- Solid therapy practice standards, great interpersonal skills, current BLS CPR (healthcare provider), and DME knowledge.

As a Caravan Captain at Reliable Airlines, you will be part of the airline's team and report directly to the Chief Pilot. Your role will be critical in maintaining operational integrity and execution of cargo feeder operations within an exciting new air carrier seeking to efficiently move cargo and establish the future of remote operations.
Responsibilities
In your role as Part 135 Line Pilot, you will operate with the highest regard for safety, compliance, and customer service. Your role will be critical in ensuring each flight is conducted in full compliance of all applicable FAA regulations, aircraft limitations, and company procedures. As the Pilot in Command, you will be responsible to monitor the loading of cargo and ensure a comprehensive preflight and weight & balance is accomplished before each flight.
Basic Success Criteria
Proficient single pilot IFR skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in an ever-changing safety oriented environment
Applicants are subject to FAA/DOT drug and alcohol testing program
Applicants must possess the legal right to work in the United States of America
Part 135 Requirements
FAA First or Second Class Medical
Must meet the FAR Part 135.243(c) IFR requirements:
Commercial pilot certificate - Single-Engine Land
Instrument rating
1,200 hours total time
500 hours cross country
100 hours night
75 hours actual or simulated instrument time (50 hours in actual flight)
Preferred Criteria
Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) rating
Impeccable safety record
Cessna C208 Caravan experience
1,000 hours PIC
Previous experience operating under 14 CFR 135
