As a Painter Spray A - Major Assemblies, you will be essential in ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in the painting process for our aircraft. Your role will involve collaborating with team members to complete painting assignments while meticulously preparing surfaces to guarantee proper adhesion and finish. You will utilize various paint materials and techniques, including both spray and brush methods, to achieve flawless results that meet inspection requirements. Position Responsibilities:
Collaborate with employees of varying classifications to ensure the completion of painting assignments for aircraft, missiles, or space vehicles.
Perform touch-up and pickup painting using both spray and brush techniques, adhering to inspection requirements.
Prepare surfaces to ensure proper adhesion, including corrosion removal and paint stripping as needed.
Prepare various paint materials, such as primers, enamels, and lacquers, according to specifications.
Clean and service spray guns, paint tanks, brushes, hoses, and related equipment after use.
Mask and unmask areas to facilitate corrosion removal or painting operations.
Set up all necessary equipment and supplies for painting operations, including fall protection and protective equipment.
Coordinate with safety, environmental, and fire organizations to ensure the shop is prepared for painting operations.
Operate automated spray equipment, such as robots, for preparation and painting tasks.
Operate curing ovens and monitor related equipment to ensure compliance with specifications, including temperature and humidity.
Monitor and maintain time-sensitive materials and processes throughout the painting operation.
Support customer inspections as required and screen work instructions to ensure proper workflow.
Apply decals, part markings, and wrap finished parts or assemblies as required.
Recognize and report any discrepancies or malfunctions in equipment or processes per established procedures.
Obtain and maintain necessary certifications and qualifications for the role, and perform established autonomous maintenance as needed.
Physical Demands and Potential Hazards:
Perform physical tasks that include lifting weights ranging from 10-15 lbs to 15-35 lbs.
Engage in various movements such as reaching, handling, turning, twisting, lifting, lowering, climbing, balancing, bending, kneeling, crouching, and squatting.
Work in environments that may involve contact with metals, solvents, and coolants.
Operate in proximity to moving parts and tools, sharp cutters, and potential slipping hazards.

Basic Qualifications:

Education, License & Cert:

Essential Functions:
1. Develops and maintains good communication with patients, residents, customers, and co‐workers.
2. Responds to customer issues and concerns, promptly reports concerns to supervisor. Greets all customers with a smile, helpful demeanor and utilizes AIDET.
3. Visits patients and residents assisting with menu selections, accurately enters selections into tablets following diets and restrictions.
4. Delivers meals to and meal rounding is performed at each meal, following up immediately on any requests or concerns
5. Prepares for meal service line(s) making sure all areas are stocked and ready for service on time. Preps and serves all foods as per menu or meal ticket making sure quality standards are followed. Uses correct utensils as established by department guidelines. Sets a steady pace allowing service to be completed efficiently and on time.
6. Performs cashier duties, accurately ringing up sales, making change and handling customer concerns.
7. Follows state, JCAHO, and department standards and sanitation procedures, and maintains a clean, sanitary working environment.
8. Immediately reports any safety hazards to supervisor.
9. Works safely with equipment including correct operating and cleaning. Reports malfunctions to supervisor. Does not operate equipment not trained to use.
10. Uses personal protective equipment correctly.
11. Identifies/utilizes cleaning chemicals used, following directions recommended by manufacturers and SDS sheets.
12. Follows facility and department infection control policies and procedures. • Follows facility protocols for hazardous materials and waste program.
13. Adheres to emergency programs and participates in drills as appropriate.
14. Adheres to life safety program in fire drills as appropriate. • Adheres to facility confidentiality and patient rights as outlined in the facility HIPPA policy and procedure.
15. Participates and attends departmental meetings and staff development programs as appropriate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drives a roll-off truck along designated routes to mechanically collect, exchange, or deliver containers and take to the post-collection facilities.
- Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections; complete and submit a vehicle condition report at the end of the shift.
- Courteously interacts with customers and/or the general public along the route to answer questions or respond to requests; Notify supervisor of issues requiring management action.
- Clean loose trash off truck and/or ground around truck and container that spills during dumping process to maintain clean customer site and safety along roads and highways.
- Maintains and submits a DOT logbook, daily route/productivity sheet, and vehicle condition report (post-trip inspection sheet) as required by law or company policy.
- Maneuver truck into and out of minimum clearance spaces, using mirrors to back up.
- Uses a key map and GPS to locate service addresses.
- Follows safe operating practices, including lock out/ tag out procedures to ensure proper operation of the truck.
- Monitors operations to detect loose debris, using mirrors or direct sight and/or listening for debris falling onto truck during dumping operation; visually scans customer site before and after dumping.
- Adherence to all DOT, OSHA, FMCSA, and EPA regulations and standards.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) desired, but not required.
- Possess valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Minimum one (1) years of commercial driving experience OR CDL school certificate.
- Must be able to meet relevant criteria for safety sensitive functions according to Company standards.
- Must be able to demonstrate the ability to safely drive the truck and operate the equipment.
- Experience operating a standard transmission on a commercial truck (depending on location).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of the truck and its components, and the basic maintenance required for safe operation.
- Ability to control operations of equipment; maneuvering truck into and out of minimum clearance spaces, using mirrors to back distances of approximately 120 feet or more.
- Ability to recognize unacceptable waste (such as gasoline or other flammable materials).
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend associated documents and maps.
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
- Ability to follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Physical/Mental Demands:
- Ability to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, hear, climb, balance, and smell.
- Visual Requirements: include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus due to the constant maneuvering of vehicle in tight and high traffic areas.
- Ability to regularly lift/move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift/move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift/move up to 100 pounds.
- Sitting may be required up to 75% of the time due to the primary function of driving.
- Ability to work in usually loud conditions.
Working Conditions:
- Frequently exposed to loud noise, humidity, rainy/stormy, extreme hot and cold weather conditions (depending on season), moving mechanical parts, vibration, toxic and caustic chemicals, fumes, and airborne particles.

Position Responsibilities:
Operate, install electrical systems and perform functional testing of building and plant equipment (e.g., machines, motor controls, room re-models)
Determine if system should be shut down or work must be performed with power source on
Lock out, tag out, try out equipment and related systems
Perform primary and secondary testing on electrical breakers during routine maintenance; replace, update and retro fit breakers
Perform routine tests on high voltage switches and relays, using hi-potential test equipment (Hipot), replace switch or relay
Troubleshoot electric motors using appropriate test equipment
Monitor current, voltage, amperage, frequency and watts hours at sub-stations using online computing system
Check and service electrical systems, using infrared analysis sheets to locate hot spots in service panel
Service and maintain electrical systems on various types of overhead cranes
Operate, install electrical systems and perform functional test of building and plant equipment (e.g., machines, motor controls, room re-models)
Install and perform routine maintenance on all types of lighting fixtures (e.g., fluorescent, halide, standard); clean and check sockets, and replace ballast and bulbs
Run high voltage electrical cable from sub-station to unit station; cut and splice cable, test cable for resistance
Install, replace and repair fiber optic cable for computers and computing systems
Bend conduit and install junction boxes; pull wire of various gauge and color through conduit using a fish tape; install and connect switches and outlets
Check work after completion or after each operation; ensure job is per drawing and WAC, NEC codes; evaluate job for work to be performed (e.g., wire size, electrical load, conduit)
Operate mechanical lifts of various types (e.g. tiger lift, spider lift, snorkel lift), to access work areas
Install wire, crimp, terminate, and solder using tools (e.g., crimpers, wire cutters, soldering gun) in plant electrical systems
Establish/verify voltage, amperage, frequency and watts using test equipment (e.g., circuit trackers, sonic circuit chasers, volt, amperage meters)
Physical Demands and Potential Hazards:
Perform physical tasks that include lifting weights ranging from 10-15 lbs to 15-35 lbs.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications
3+ years of experience as an Electrician or Apprentice.

Must be able to complete fall protection training.
Preferred Qualifications:

Crane related experience.
