In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the integrity and performance of ASIC components by applying meticulous cleaning and inspection processes in a controlled cleanroom environment.
Responsibilities: Perform precision cleaning of ASICs and microscopic wafers using specialized tools, including a 30x stereo microscope and Leica A60.
Clean and inspect small wafers under magnification to ensure they are free from contaminants or physical defects.
Inspect and analyze PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards) for defects or contamination that may impact performance.
Work in a Class 10,000 cleanroom environment, strictly adhering to contamination control and safety standards.
Handle sensitive wafers with extreme care to prevent physical damage or contamination.
Accurately document cleaning activities, findings, and issues.
Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to improve processes and maintain product integrity.
Stay current with the latest cleaning techniques, tools, and industry best practices.
Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as an ASIC Cleaning Technician or similar role in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing.
Proficiency in using a 30x stereo microscope, Leica A60, and other relevant tools.
Comfortable working for extended periods under a microscope for detailed wafer cleaning and inspection.
Experience working in a Class 10,000 cleanroom environment.
Strong understanding of electronics, ASICs, and PCB handling.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
Degree in Electronics, Engineering, or related field preferred.
