Role Description
This outside sales representative role is both incredibly challenging and rewarding. You will work harder than you have ever thought possible. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will learn at an unfathomable volume and pace about yourself, sales process, sales tactics, sustainability, water conservation, cooling systems and large scale facilities customers.
Do you have what it takes? This is not a role for the faint of heart. We will do everything in our power to help you be successful but you must put in the hours and effort. This will be tedious and grueling work but it is imperative to the mission of saving 1 billion gallons of water a year for our customers.
Your Goal: Get at least 30 initial calls completed with qualified leads per quarter.
We have four channels for you to get these calls. Each is a detailed process that will walk you through exactly what you are expected to do. You simply need to do them with extreme volume.
- In Person Cold Outbound - Utilizing the system we have built with Google Earth and Costar, you will “knock on doors” to gather data and schedule calls with prospective customers.
- Cold Outbound Hubspot - Using a 7 step process built in Hubspot, you will cold call, email, text and send gifts to schedule intro calls with prospective customers.
- Conferences - We have built a detailed process on how to target leads and schedule intro calls with a pre, during and post conference approach.
- LinkedIn Automation - Using a technology called MeetAlfred, this automation will connect and message a targeted list to help drive warm leads for you to schedule intro calls with.
Qualifications

We are currently seeking a Drill Shaft Caisson Operator to join our Geotechnical Division. Reporting to direct field supervision, the Caisson Operator is responsible for safely setting and operating caisson drill rigs, as well as inspecting machinery and equipment. This position reports directly to our CEO and is based in-office in our Marietta, GA headquarters. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION. Occasional work from home is possible after a few months in the role, but you must be based locally in the Metro Atlanta, GA area or be willing to relocate.
As our VP - Heavy Civil Estimating, you will be responsible for leading the estimating department for heavy civil roadway/transportation projects, including GDOT, local Municipal, and related transportation infrastructure projects. This role ensures accurate cost estimates, competitive bids, and compliance with company standards and client requirements. You will train, develop, and manage a team of estimators, oversee bid strategies, and collaborate with project managers and executives to secure profitable work. You will deliver consistent, competitive, and accurate estimates through detailed bids and review all bid packages before being submitted. You are typically involved in multiple projects at a time. In addition to having responsibility for the technical success and execution of the bidding process, you are also responsible for managing relationships with heavy civil department leaders and the Leadership team.

Bars Changeover Specialist (Lean Manufacturing Changeover Specialist)
Location: Albuquerque, NM
Duration: 24+ Months
Position Overview:
- This role will focus on changeover improvements for the Chewy Bars platform. They will work with platform teams, floor teams, site FSQ and department management to understand (a) the size of the prize around changeovers and (b) opportunities to improve changeover time while maintaining effectiveness and safety. A successful individual in this role will use tools such as process mapping, value stream mapping, 5 whys, fishbones, and apply a learning mindset to identify opportunities outside of cleaning practices to reduce CO % on the system.
- When not in changeover, the changeover specialist will be working to learn more about our equipment, how we currently clean it, and why we use the process we currently use. They’ll also be identifying opportunities for improvement and developing experiments for actual changeover time. During changeovers, they’ll be working with the team on the floor to execute experiments, agree on success, and following up immediately with process changes (as is reasonable and feasible). As you can probably guess, this person will have a highly flexible schedule to enable this work.

- Teach and coach methodology to treat changeovers just like production, with scheduling, resource allocation, attention to issues, and overall urgency
- Develop best practice clearing for longest lead items

- Work with FSQ to develop risk rankings and reasons to clean each item
- Instill understanding of why we clean each item
- Work with the floor and platform teams to understand the minimum level of clean required, identify and eliminate overcleaning
- Create and/or revise standard task flows around changeover execution in different areas to enhance speed without sacrificing effectiveness or safety
Embrace a Learning Mindset
- Identify pain points in the clean and:
- Develop understanding of the need to clean those areas
- Develop ways to clean easier via changes in equipment, process, or tools used
- Fully investigate capital opportunities and present to engineering
- Implement all other changes
- “Try it Out!” – assess the risk associated with your ideas, and experiment responsibly
Leverage an External Perspective
- Does another site with similar equipment clean better than us? Gather their best practices, but don’t remain limited to similar equipment! Explore other cleaning best practices.
- Think outside the box – how does your dentist clean your teeth? How does a carwash clean your vehicle? Ever watched a car detailing video on YouTube? What can we take from how cleaning is done elsewhere to implement safer, faster, and/or more effective cleaning HERE?
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (Engineering/Technical preferred) w/ minimum 5 years of related manufacturing experience OR HS Diploma w/ minimum 10 years of related manufacturing experience
- Working knowledge of data systems including manufacturing systems for Asset and storeroom management, Quality information tracking, ERP, and Safety and Environment management (*** systems used: MAXIMO, MQIS, INSQL, and GSTEMS).
Demonstrated capability in application of Foundational Systems and Driving system utilization.
Effective communication skills (both verbal and written)
Demonstrated ability to effectively coach/utilize standards and processes to drive continuous improvement

Position Duties
This position is responsible for special cleaning projects and filling in for Environmental Services Technicians. Clean all types of floor surfaces and operate machines to burnish or scrub floors and extract carpets. Clean buildings, furniture and all surfaces.
Clean and disinfect drinking fountains and bathroom areas and replenish supplies. Wash furnishings, walls, windows, tile, fixtures, equipment and floors. Vacuum in all buildings and dust and polish specified areas and/or furnishings. Clean chalkboards, erasers and chalk trays and replenish chalk. Clean and dust bulletin cases, pictures, trophy cases, fixtures, door frames and related furnishings. Clean elevator door tracks. Perform all cleaning tasks in a timely and complete manner. Collect and remove trash and recyclables. Clean all types of flooring surfaces, including stairs. Use an auto scrubber in certain buildings to remove soil and spills from non-carpeted floors.
Report malfunctions, unsafe conditions, repairs and damages of equipment, fixtures and buildings to supervisor. Pick up, distribute and monitor and secure supplies and equipment.
Maintain open and responsive relationships with the college community, including guests, students and other employees.
Fill in for other technicians and handle special projects.
Clean and refill floor drains. Clean interior and exterior of laundry washers and dryers.
Shampoo carpets or use carpet stain remover and gum remover to remove carpet stains and gummy soil. Operate burnish or spray buff equipment to finish floors. Operate floor care equipment including floor scrubbers and carpet extractors
Perform setup for special and athletic events.
Sweep or shovel snow from buildings, entrances and steps.
High school diploma, GED, and/or vocational training required. 1- 3 years relevant work experience.
Final compensation offers are determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, job-related experience, internal equity, and alignment with organizational budget.
