The Opportunity
As a dedicated Sr. Field Auto Appraiser, you will within defined guidelines and framework responsible for the investigation, negotiation, evaluation and appraisal of vehicle damage claims for both repairable and total loss vehicles to ensure estimate accuracy in compliance with state laws and regulations. Accountable for delivering exceptional member service through setting appropriate expectations, proactive communications, advice, and empathy.
What you'll do:
With the use of digital tools, evaluates and appraises highly complex auto physical damage claims in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract, corporate guidelines and state laws and regulations.
Investigates claim damages including communicating with the insured, internal claims adjusters, and third parties/vendors. May require face-to-face interactions with members and third parties.
Reviews facts of loss and vehicle damage to determine if subrogation opportunities exist and ensures all supporting physical damage documentation is in the claim.
Demonstrates advanced knowledge of P&C insurance industry products, services, contracts, and internal processes/systems/procedures to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policy provisions.
Reviews claims/suppliers for fraud indicators and refers to Special Investigations Unit for handling, if applicable.

The Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) at Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital is located on our 5th floor and accommodates 34 residents. Our facility serves a diverse range of patients, spanning from middle-aged adults to geriatric residents. We maintain a balance between long-term care and subacute care, striving for a ratio of 14 short-stay patients to 20 long-term residents. Our short-stay patients typically stay with us for 1 to 6 weeks on average, receiving specialized care for conditions such as sepsis, post-orthopedic surgery recovery, and wound care. For our subacute population, we provide a spectrum of skilled nursing and therapy services, including wound care with advanced techniques like wound vacuums, antibiotic therapy, and comprehensive physical, occupational, and speech therapy. Our long-term residents exhibit a wide range of needs, from those requiring minimal assistance with daily activities to others who rely completely on our care and support. We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Copper Brazing Technician to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for performing precision brazing of copper components, interpreting blueprints, operating torches (Oxygen/Acetylene), and ensuring high-quality standards in product assembly. The technician will follow controlled brazing procedures/work instructions, maintain required documentation/traceability, and support leak/pressure testing and rework verification as part of production builds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Join copper components by heating them and applying filler metal to create strong, leak-proof bonds.
- Interpret blueprints and written instructions to ensure accurate assembly and placement of copper parts.
- Operate single- and dual-tip torches safely and effectively, maintaining precise heat control throughout the brazing process.
- Clean, prepare, and assemble copper pipes and fittings prior to brazing.
- Follow strict safety procedures, including proper handling of compressed gases and maintaining a safe, organized workspace.
- Operate and monitor brazing furnaces and other related equipment as needed to support production.
- Assist with basic equipment maintenance and promote good housekeeping practices in your work area.
- Apply fluxing techniques to chemically remove oxides, provide a protective barrier against atmospheric gases, and facilitate the flow and wetting of filler metals.
- Monitor joint temperature visually during brazing.
- Utilize induction heating as an alternative method when appropriate.

- Troubleshoot brazing defects (e.g., porosity, lack of fill, overheating, pinholes) and support root-cause/corrective action with Quality/Engineering.
- Use approved temperature indicators and measurement tools (e.g., temperature crayons/IR thermometer/fixtures) when required to ensure repeatable joints.
- Comply with site hot-work controls (e.g., hot-work permits, ventilation, and fire-watch requirements) as applicable.

Due to new and renewed business, Printing Press Operators are needed in the following plants in Wisconsin :
Hartford, WI - Web Offset Operators
Sussex, WI - Web Offset Operators
Shift options vary per plant to include 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and the opportunity for overtime.
Do you have experience with the following equipment?
Bobst 106 Expertcut, Spanthera, or Vision Cut Die Cutters?
Indigo, Richoh, FUJI, or Landa Digital Presses?
Make ready and operate equipment based on the written instructions provided.
Establish and maintain color and/or fold and mechanical quality to BPC standards.
Continuously monitor the product for quality and approve or reject.
Direct, guide, and coordinate the activities of assigned crew members to exceed production standards while maintaining customer quality.
Perform duties of other Print Service manufacturing positions as needed, following requisite training.
2-3 years of previous Print Operator experience, including setup and operation.
~ Strong mechanical aptitude is required.
~ Observe and monitor machine operations to determine whether adjustments are needed to run the product for the highest quality in the safest manner.
~ Must have the ability to utilize a computer to ensure the quality of the product.
~ The actual rate of pay offered will vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include overtime and shift differentials.
