Purpose:

- Facilitates the delivery of hospice services to patients residing in long term care facilities, documenting joint coordination of care with facility professional staff, and attending facility care plan meetings as appropriate.
- Participates in on-call rotation for delivery of care after office hours, on weekends, and holidays.
- Provides ongoing monitoring of patient appropriateness for hospice services and completes required documentation for certification and recertification.

- Participates in quality improvement, utilization review, and infection control activities as requested.
- Attends appropriate inservices, and participates in continuing education.
- Ensures accurate and current patient chart information by timely and consistent documentation.
- Maintains a professional, well-groomed appearance, adhering to the agency dress code.
- Maintains sound privacy and security practices and prevents privacy or security breaches. If breach occurs, takes corrective action.
Qualifications:
- Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Alabama
- Minimum of one (1) year medical/surgical experience. Hospice/Home Health experience preferred.

Job Summary:
The RN Clinical Nurse is a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team of licensed and unlicensed care givers who ensure that patients, families and significant others receive individualized high quality, safe patient care. Medical Assistant’s may have duties in one or more of the following areas:
Medical Assistant
- Demonstrates ability to recognize urgent/emergent needs of patients and initiate appropriate emergency procedures as needed.

- Processes requests for physical forms/immunization forms for parents, daycares, and schools as time allows.
Lab
- Performs laboratory testing (including phlebotomy and a variety of routine and/or automated tests), and maintains records of tests performed and results received.
- Reports results and pertinent information to patient and health care team members.
- Complies with regulatory agencies (i.e. CLIA, COLA, OSHA in operation of lab).
- Responsible for quality control and proficiency testing appropriate for the testing performed ensuring that levels are maintained throughout the entire testing procedure from the initial quality control, throughout testing, and reporting of test results.
- Responsible for reporting technical problems and ensure that remedial actions are taken whenever tests deviate from established performance specifications.

THE POSITION We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a Lead Software Engineer position for our Platform Engineering team which is responsible for designing and building tools and workflows for our internal software engineering teams. These systems will allow them to build and deploy applications effortlessly, allowing them to focus on building business functionality for their users. Your work will directly support enterprise-wide initiatives, helping teams across the organization streamline operations, improve reliability, and accelerate delivery. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems and collaborating with other engineers to create highimpact internal platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience enabling IT organizations to work more efficiently, standardize best practices, and reduce friction across the development lifecycle. This includes creating reusable components, automation frameworks, and platform capabilities that empower our engineering teams.
KEYS TO THE POSITION
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering
- Proficient in Python with experience building tools using widely adopted libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Requests, BeautifulSoup, FastAPI, and SQLAlchemy
- Skilled in packaging, testing, and deploying Python applications using tools like pytest, setuptools, and Docker
- Hands-on experience designing, deploying, and managing cloud-native applications using AWS services (e.g., EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudFormation), with a strong grasp of scalable and secure architecture principles.
- Experience designing and operating DevOps platforms including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Jenkins), and container orchestration using ECS or EKS - Experience designing and operating monitoring, logging, and performance optimization tools (e.g., OpenSearch, Open Telemetry, CloudWatch, X-Ray)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
