About the Role:

Their two event venues are looking for charismatic banquet servers for their beautiful weddings, corporate, and social events. They are a very successful and busy company year-round!

As a part of their team, you will be on your feet engaging with guests for prolonged periods of time. Your role helps to create a memorable experience with each guest at every event. Job Requirements:

This role leads banquet staff during events, ensuring service standards, presentation, safety, and operational efficiency are consistently upheld.

Working closely with event managers, culinary teams, and other operational departments, the Banquet Captain serves as the on-site leader during events—directing staff, managing service flow, and proactively resolving issues to deliver seamless events from start to finish. This role requires a flexible schedule including weekends, varying shifts, and occasional holidays depending on event needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead banquet staff during event setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure efficient operations and high service standards

This leader is accountable for modernizing and operating the end-to-end analytics ecosystem—from ingestion and integration through semantic modeling, governance, and executive reporting—while partnering deeply with business stakeholders to drive measurable outcomes (sales, margin, inventory productivity, labor efficiency, customer experience).

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Data & Reporting Strategy

• Define and execute a multi-year enterprise data and reporting strategy aligned to corporate and retail operating priorities (store ops, merchandising, supply chain, finance, digital/eComm).
• Establish a single source of truth for KPIs and retail performance management (enterprise metric definitions, hierarchies, dimensional models, semantic layers).

Data Governance, Quality, Security, and Compliance

• Stand up data governance practices: data ownership, stewardship, data quality rules, lineage, controlled metric definitions, and change control.
• Ensure appropriate security and privacy controls (role-based access, sensitivity labels where used, auditability), especially for customer/loyalty and employee-related data.

Business Partnership & Value Realization

• Serve as a strategic partner to senior business leaders—translating business goals into analytics products and integration capabilities.
• Build a cadence of value measurement (adoption, time-to-insight, KPI improvements, reduced manual effort) and communicate progress through executive-ready dashboards and narratives.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on leadership experience with modern analytics stacks, including:
