Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with pediatric experience is needed for travel positions serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade in Southern California, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Colorado. These assignments offer the opportunity to work in diverse educational settings, including self-contained and resource classrooms, providing vital speech and language support to students in early childhood, elementary, middle, and high school grades.
Qualifications:
* Active state license valid in the state of assignment
* Experience working as an SLP, preferably in pediatric and school-based settings
* Ability to manage caseloads across a range of grades (K12) and settings including self-contained and resource environments
* Willingness to travel and work flexibly across multiple districts
Location:
Travel assignments available in Southern California, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Coloradowith the current opening based in Los Angeles, CA.
Responsibilities:
* Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students K-12
* Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student success
* Provide therapy in both resource and self-contained classrooms as needed
* Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal regulations
* Adapt treatment plans according to the unique needs of students in a variety of educational settings
