About this Job: General Summary of Position Provides comprehensive Medical Nutrition Therapy to inpatients with a variety of medical conditions.

This includes but is not limited to performing malnutrition assessments nutrition focused physical exams diet educations and providing nutrition support recommendations.

These functions are performed in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations and MedStar Georgetown University Hospital's philosophy policies procedures and standards while adhering to MedStar's "Spirit Values.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities Consults with and/or makes recommendations to physicians and other allied health professionals regarding patients' nutritional statuses nutrient needs or specific diet plans.

Formulates nutrition assessment evaluation and follow-up plans for patients at nutrition risk as ordered by providers or according to departmental policy.

Recommends and documents patient's nutrition treatment findings and plan in the patient's medical record.

Consults in/outpatients in diet rationale for self-management.

Participates in clinical rounds appropriate department/service meetings and communicates appropriate information to administrative personnel in service area.

Must be flexible to cross-cover and train in all areas including the Neonatal ICU and Pediatrics if needed.

Reviews at least one annual review of literature pertinent to the area(s) of responsibility and presents to peers in Journal Club.

Presents at least one case study to peers annually relating to Journal Club if possible.

Attends pertinent meetings to enhance clinical practice growth records and documents in CDR Professional Development Plan.

Performs at least one annual formal professional presentation in the area of specialty to allied health professionals or the community.

Develops implements or participates in one of the following: new or updated education material new policy or policy change QAPI project or other nutrition related project as directed and approved by the CNM.

Provides relief and cross-coverage as delegated for in/outpatient services.

Maintains current CDR credentials and DC Licensure and completes yearly competencies as outlined by MGUH.

Holds current membership in a professional organization pertinent to the role.

Participates in licensing survey as needed.

Assumes other duties and responsibilities that are appropriate to the position and area.

Minimal Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree B.S.

degree with a major in Food & Nutrition Science from an accredited college or university and the completion of an accredited dietetic internship.

As the Medical Lead Veterinarian, you are the champion of medical excellence in your hospital. You will be responsible for mentoring and developing your associate veterinarians, partnering with your Practice Manager to build a healthy and engaged team, and driving the continuous improvement of patient care and client service. • Foster a Culture of Growth: You will lead monthly doctor meetings to discuss best practices, new services, and medical standards. You will also supervise externship and mentorship programs and champion a culture of recruitment.
• Be an Ambassador: You will serve as an ambassador for your hospital and Mission Pet Health through community engagement at schools, universities, and local events.

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree and a valid state license in good standing.
• A minimum of 2 years of practical clinical experience.

EXL Risk Control is looking for self-directed independent contractors who possess excellent

communication skills, computer proficiency, and a commitment to meeting client quality and

timeliness standards. You will work from your own home or office, and service onsite

survey/inspection assignments in the Springfield, MO area, and other locations within

approximately 45 miles of Springfield.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for scheduling on-site surveys and providing risk control reports to

insurance industry clients. These reports contain information necessary to underwrite a

commercial insurance policy and may include recommendations to control and/or correct

potential loss producing conditions associated with that policy. You will be expected to

manage assignments you accept, successfully secure customer appointments within a

local territory and complete work assignments on time.

Our Risk Control Inspectors evaluate businesses behind the scenes to identify hazards and

improve safety, mitigating risks for our insurance company clients. The type of businesses

we survey are commercial operations, including retail, restaurants, hotels, apartments,

construction jobsites, churches, schools, etc. Most surveys are focused on assessing the

business for Property and General Liability coverage, but we also service other commercial

insurance lines of business including Workers Compensation, Auto/Fleet, Products Liability,

Inland Marine and Builders Risk.

Qualifications

Preferred experience in commercial insurance, real estate, inspection, construction, claim,

loss control, underwriting, and/or fire and safety experience is a plus, but all interested

candidates are encouraged to submit their qualifications. In lieu of experience, we can refer

you to a 15-hour online certification option to qualify you. Fees are negotiable depending on

experience and the unique aspects of selected jobs.

This position leads the development and execution of menu & category strategies to fuel brand growth, increase guest satisfaction, and enable operational excellence.

As the leader of the Category Management function within the greater Innovation & Category Management group, the Manager brings category strategy and menu planning to life in service to 7 Brew's growth objectives.

Strategic Category & Menu Management

• Develop and implement comprehensive category strategies that meet business goals and enhance guest and Brewista experiences.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure alignment with brand vision and operational capabilities.
• Assess emerging category opportunities in beverages, flavors, ingredients, and consumer experiences to inform the innovation pipeline.

• Partner with 7 Brew's Insights team to translate data, trends, and guest feedback into actionable category strategies.
• Conduct competitive and trend analyses to assess whitespace opportunities.
• Support and assist innovation development in service to category growth plans.

Education

• Bachelor's degree required; concentration in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Experience:
• 3-5 years of experience in category management, menu strategy, marketing, or operations within food & beverage, CPG, or QSR environments.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects from ideation through commercialization.
• Ability to lead and grow a team.
