Our Flight Software team is at the core of Reliable's autonomy mission, building safety critical embedded flight software, maturing next generation detect and avoid and communications technology, FPGA designs, and simulation and test infrastructure. We're deeply involved in all aspects of the development and certification of the Reliable Robotics autonomy stack, and play a central role in bringing our aircraft to life.
Responsibilities
As a Flight Software Manager at Reliable Robotics, you'll lead and grow the team responsible for the safety critical flight software that makes the aircraft fly. You'll own the maturation of engineering processes to balance immediate engineering execution with formal DO-178C verification, supporting rapid integration and testing of GNC algorithms while building out the software architecture for certification.
You'll provide technical and architectural guidance on flight software components, from flight controls to redundancy management. You'll work closely with leads across Guidance, Navigation, and Controls (GNC), Avionics, Systems, and Hardware to develop and execute technical roadmaps, manage priorities, and ensure your team is unblocked and empowered to deliver robust, reliable, and certifiable flight software enabling advanced autonomy.
Basic Success Criteria
Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace, Computer Science, or related discipline
7+ years of professional experience in real-time embedded software development (C/C++)
3+ years in a technical leadership or people management role
Experience working on complex systems where hardware and software intersect
Experience with Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC) algorithms, flight dynamics, and state estimation

We're hiring a Flight Paramedic to work with our team of air transportation experts to safely transport patients to and from medical facilities as well as scene call work. Responsibilities:
- Responsible for completion and submission of electronic patient care record for each dispatched flight within the specified time frame
- Responsible for daily base checks, which includes narcotic count.
- Provide pre-hospital and intra-hospital advanced life support care from initial contact until patient care is relinquished to the accepting medical facility maintaining thorough patient care documentation.
- Maintains competency in knowledge and psychomotor skills by participating in ongoing laboratory and clinical experiences.
- Maintain documentation of required licensure, certifications, continuing education, safety, and advanced procedures in the Employee Education Manual
- Knowledgeable in use and routine maintenance of all equipment and supplies used by emergency programs.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, trauma certification required prior to flight status.
- Advanced Certification (FP-C) preferred, required within 24 months from date of hire.
- Instructor certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, ITLS/PHTLS preferred.
- NREMT-P certification may be required in assigned area.

Compensation
$26 per hour and may increase based on relevant experience, with additional pay for evening and after-hours shifts, plus the opportunity to earn performance-based incentives. Any work performed after 11:00 PM will be compensated with an additional three (3) hours of pay.

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is looking for an Air Dominance Loads & Dynamics Manager to join our team in Hazelwood, MO. This manager leads a team of Loads and Dynamics Engineers who conduct Flight Loads, Ground Loads, as well as dynamics/flutter work for a major program integrated product team.
The successful candidate will have experience with all aspects of aircraft loads and dynamics with deep experience expected in at least one specialty loads area like Flight loads, ground loads, or flutter. In addition to technical qualifications to cover the product lifecycle, experience with program and customer interactions as well as cost control account and personnel development collaborations are expected.
Position Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall success of a diverse loads and dynamics team within an integrated product team structure.
Manage a team of 8-16 employees’ engineering and technical activities in the areas of Flight Engineering.
Develop project plans aligned with program objectives.
Implement plans to ensure business, technical and customer requirements are achieved. Assign authority and responsibilities to employees to execute product design and development.
Review plan execution, makes appropriate adjustments and resolves issues.
Monitor appropriate metrics to ensure performance to plan.
Report cost, schedule, and technical performance to program leadership.
Forecast resource needs and makes hiring decisions.
Coach, counsel, and provide developmental opportunities and job assignments.
Ensure employees are working effectively.
Provide on-going developmental feedback.
Enforce company rules and policies regarding ethical behavior, safety, security, use of company property, and time charging.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
5+ years of experience in Loads & Dynamics engineering
3+ years of experience leading teams
Active Secret Clearance

The Boeing Company is currently seeking Flight Simulation Software Engineers (Associate, Experienced, and Senior) to join the Flight Simulation Labs team located in Berkeley, MO. This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) business organization.
The roles will involve software development for tools that support simulation infrastructure across Flight Simulation Labs. Selected candidates will be aligned to a statement of work that best suits their interests and skillset, some of which could include:
Creating core simulation infrastructure to serve as a jumping-off point for programs developing flight simulation capabilities
Developing tools to simulate, monitor, and capture messages between subsystems in a lab environment
