The Associate Technical Designer supports the Technical Designer in all aspects of technical design to ensure that products meet established standards for fit, quality, and consistency. This role works closely with the Technical Designer to prepare fittings, measuring garments, reviewing patterns, and clearly communicating accurate fit comments to vendors.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, highly organized, accurate, and possesses strong communication skills. They should be self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the Technical Designer in all areas of the technical design process
- Organize, measure, and prepare samples for fittings
- Review patterns and garment construction to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with approved blocks and design intent
- Assist Technical Designer with developing technical packages and creating specs
- Attend fittings, take detailed notes, and translate fit corrections into clear actionable fit comments
- Attend meetings as needed, at the manager’s discretion, to support team priorities.
- Support communication with cross functional partners and vendors as needed.
- Maintain organized records of histories such as samples, fit archives, block libraries, and more.
- Demonstrate accountability, attention to detail, accuracy, and willingness to learn.
- Demonstrates high level of quality work, attendance and appearance.
- Demonstrates high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers and management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion/ Technical Design or a related field is strongly preferred
- An associate’s degree in Fashion or Technical Design may be acceptable when combined with equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 2-4 years of work experience in Technical Design
- Comprehensive knowledge of patternmaking principles and garment construction fundamentals
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, experience with Gerber and Centric PLM is a strong plus
- Must be extremely well organized, work well under pressure and be a strong problem solver
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to take initiative
- Capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines in fast‑paced environments

The Inventory Control Associate assists the Receiving and Inventory Control Specialist (RICS) in maintaining overall store inventory control. As an expert of all inbound and outbound inventory activity and procedures, the Inventory Control Associate guarantees that the sales floor is fully stocked with merchandise to promote a positive customer experience and to support our sales goal objectives. Overview: The Packaging Mechanic plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations by performing setups and maintenance tasks on assigned production lines. Key Responsibilities
- Perform moderate to complex adjustments, maintenance, and repairs on packaging and pneumatic equipment.
- Conduct machine changeovers, troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical systems, and make appropriate repairs.
- Execute daily preventative maintenance on packaging equipment, conveyors, compressors, and assist with equipment installations.
- Complete work orders for machinery repairs, interpret equipment manuals, diagnose issues, replace or repair parts, test, and adjust equipment.

Your part in our story: The Production Lead is responsible for the staffing set up and operation of the bottling lines to meet production standard and customer expectations.
Together with the Production Supervisor, the Production Lead is responsible for the proper training and development of the production line personnel.
Will perform basic machine operations to include; stacking raw material, handling finished product cases, performing quality inspections and minor machine adjustments.
Ensure training and orientation of production employees in accordance with published Lesson Plans.
Provides input and participates in employee performance reviews.
Oversees production lines to ensure that quality product is being produced in a safe manner.
Operates Ergo Block (blow molder/filler/labeler/capper); performs prescribed quality tests.
Maintains safe and clean workshop, follows safety guidelines.
Reports all emergencies, injuries, and production incidents immediately to production supervisor.
Must follow all established Good Manufacturing Practices.

Some manufacturing experience with a beverage, food or liquid consumer products manufacturer is preferred.
Prior knowledge of GMP’s, sanitation standards and FDA requirements is helpful.
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time – 12 hour shifts.
Basic math skills are needed.
Must be able to work flexible hours.
