The Operations and Sales Analyst (OSA) plays a critical role in driving business efficiency and revenue performance by transforming data into actionable insights. This role partners cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Clinical Services, Laboratory Operations, Pathology Operations, Procurement, and Finance to forecast performance, analyze trends, and support strategic and operational decision-making.
The OSA is responsible for the end-to-end management of data content, collection, validation, visualization, forecasting, and reporting. This includes developing dashboards and analytical tools that support leadership decision-making, ensuring data integrity, and translating insights into clear, practical recommendations that improve workflows, scalability and sustainable growth.
What you’ll be doing…
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret commercial and operational data using appropriate analytical and statistical techniques.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities; define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure performance
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support recurring and ad hoc business decisions across operations.
- Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for executive and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership teams.
Systems & Data Integrity Support:
- Partner with IT and other cross-functional stakeholders to recommend and support system, process and reporting enhancements
- Conduct data validation and peer reviews to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all analytics outputs
Forecasting & Strategy Support
- Collaborate with leadership to develop sales forecasts and procurement forecasts
- Support sales compensation planning and broader commercial and operational strategic planning initiatives
- Provide data-driven recommendations to sales, marketing, clinical services, and operations leadership
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Clinical Services, Finance, Operations, Quality, Procurement, and process engineering teams
- Translate business questions into structured analytical plans and convert insights into operational execution
Technology & Tools:
- Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to evaluate, implement, and optimize commercial and operations technology stack and analytics workflows in support of business goals
Performance Monitoring:
- Track and analyze operational KPIs to assess performance and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented initiatives
- Track and monitor marketing-generated leads, qualified leads, and attribution to evaluate campaign effectiveness
What you’ll need…
Knowledge & Skills & Experience
Required:
- 5-7 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, lab operations analytics, sales operations, commercial analytics or a similar role
- Proficiency with analytical and reporting tools such as Tableau, One Model, advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros), SQL, SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), R, Python, or similar platforms.
- Experience defining, structuring, and documenting data for diverse audiences
- Ability to translate business needs into meaningful, actionable data solutions

Position Summary
The IS Epic Cache Database Administrator will be responsible for implementing and supporting Epic Database Solutions that take into account appropriate redundancy, availability, scalability, security and manageability requirements of Lakeland Regional Health’s IS Department. This individual will be part of a team that is responsible for the technical strategy, vision, architecture and evolution of LRH’s Epic implementation(s), infrastructure and ancillary technologies. This is a technical position providing analysis, configuration, maintenance, modification and monitoring of all Epic Caché and SQL databases. The ideal individual understands and supports best practices and requirements for data storage, database architecture, tuning, maintenance and reporting, ensuring hardware and software compatibility and optimization. This individual assists in and supports personnel in determining databases are available, backed up regularly, and can be restored. Participates in, and evaluates installations (server and database binaries), tests, and implementations of system hardware, clustering technologies, software, manufacturer’s maintenance releases and utilities. Analyzes system performance to ensure it is meeting availability and performance objectives. Evaluates and recommends team personnel in resolution of hardware and operating system, and application software problems. Develops and maintains documentation on design specifications and system/software development life cycle for development projects.

Standard Work: IS Epic Cache Database Administrator
- Implements, manages and maintains the Epic SQL Database infrastructure, including installing/upgrading and/or deploying Epic applications on servers and clients using Kuiper, and System Pulse. Installs database software (e.g. Oracle, SQL Server or InterSystems Caché)
- Manage and maintain Epic databases for Hyperspace, EPS, Web BLOB, Hyperspace Web, BCA, MyChart, Carelink\Healthy Planet, Haiku, Rover, Care Everywhere, Home Health, Kuiper, and System Pulse services
- Performs technical analysis, configuration, maintenance, modification and monitoring of databases on a variety of platforms including SQL, Cache, Windows Server OS and Linux
- Uses processes for monitoring performance of installed systems or services and takes corrective actions when necessary. Uses tools for capacity planning, reporting, and proactive problem solving. Screen and analyze application performance for potential bottlenecks, specify possible solutions, and act jointly with developers to apply those fixes
- Acts as a technical resource to evaluate evolving infrastructure technology and perform as a consultant interface to the business and clinical units for new company initiatives. Gather requirements from functional teams for their integrations with third party products
- Supports third party software implementation as a technical resource and maintains private and public cloud infrastructure
- Identify, repair, and resolve any Epic Database system hardware or software failures within the enterprise, in a timely manner and following company procedures and standards

Workday Technical Analyst II
Position Highlights:
- The Technical Analyst II serves as a key member of the Enterprise Applications team, representing the first point of escalation from the Service Center. This role is responsible for handling complex technical troubleshooting and issue resolution, as well as fielding integration-related inquiries.
- The Technical Analyst II evaluates the impact of cross-functional Workday configuration requests from the business, ensuring alignment with system governance and operational best practices. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of multiple ERP/Workday modules, the ability to analyze technical dependencies, and a collaborative approach to supporting enterprise applications and integrations.
- This role is also responsible for report catalog management. Maintain the enterprise report catalog by owning and maintaining the integrity of the organization's enterprise-wide report catalog. Ensure reports remain functional following Workday and system updates. Performs periodic audits to verify usage, accuracy, and relevance of existing reports; recommends decommissioning or updates where appropriate.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the escalation point for unresolved technical issues from the Service Center.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Workday issues, including those involving business processes, tenant settings, calculated fields, reporting, and advanced tools such as Studio, and BIRT.
- Review and assess the impact of configuration change requests from business units, particularly those that affect multiple functional areas or fall outside of safe zones.
- Maintain documentation of complex issues, resolutions, and configuration decisions.
- Migrate configuration resolutions from lower development tenants to Production.
- Ensure compliance with internal change management and governance processes.
- Collaborate with the Integrations team to resolve cross-functional issues and ensure seamless data flow between Workday and external systems.

This position includes a predominance of breast imaging with some general radiology or optional 100% mammography. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is well versed in multimodality breast imaging, as well as stereotactic and US- and MRI-guided procedures.
We work closely with clinicians in the Breast Lump Clinic and collaborate with a multimodality treatment team, via weekly tumor boards, including two dedicated breast surgeons, medical and radiation oncologists, plastic surgeons, geneticists and social workers. The breast imagers are well-supported by an administrative breast care coordinator, as well as an RN breast care navigator. Our integrated system makes it seamless to provide the best and most appropriate breast care. An opportunity to work remotely may be available.

Qualifications:

Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, Discovery).
- Execute all work hands-on-keyboard directly within Google Ads and related platforms.
- Own setup and implementation in Google Tag Manager (GTM), including event tracking, conversion tagging, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain and optimize campaign structure, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.

Required Skills & Experience

- Compensation: $130,000 to $160,000 base salary (commensurate with experience) plus bonus potential and benefits
Summary:
Bankruptcy Specialist / Trust Associate will be responsible for handling post-confirmation administration of bankruptcy estates with minimal supervision. Expertise in understanding motions, disclosure statements, and Chapter 11 plans will be essential in ensuring compliance with debtors' continuing bankruptcy obligations, tax responsibilities, and distributions to estate creditors. Selected individual will assist in reviewing Proofs of Claim and drafting various documents, including notice responses and abatement letters related to tax disputes.
Responsibilities of Bankruptcy Specialist / Trust Associate:
- Manage bankruptcy estates post-confirmation, ensuring adherence to all bankruptcy obligations and tax requirements
- Oversee and execute distributions to estate creditors following approved Chapter 11 plans
- Review tax Proofs of Claim and collaborate with tax professionals in first-day valuations for estates
- Prepare & dispute collection delinquent liabilities with state and federal tax authorities through abatement letters and other legal means
- Assist in the preparation of monthly operating reports and communicating filing requirements to legal counsel
- Administrative support in setting up new client information into our management database
- Effectively communicate with supervising attorneys, co-counsel, clients, and tax professionals
- Draft correspondence related to bankruptcy proceedings and respond to creditor inquiries
- Collaborate with tax professionals to limit the risk of liens and fines for trusts, payroll reports, and disbursements of wage claims
Qualifications for Bankruptcy Specialist / Trust Associate:
- 3+ yeas relevant Bankruptcy experience
- Familiarity with bankruptcy laws, motions, disclosure statements, and Chapter 11 plans
- Previous experience in bankruptcy estate administration
- Familiarity with the US Bankruptcy code
- Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal certificate preferred
- Excellent research skills and the ability to analyze complex legal documents
