- Content Creation & Publishing:
- Concept, create, and publish bold, scroll-stopping content across all social platforms that reflects Bloom’s brand voice and aesthetic.
- Design and edit posts, stories, and short-form videos that capture attention and drive engagement.
- Comfortable on camera and confident speaking directly to the audience to bring the brand to life.
- Support and amplify founder-led content, ensuring their voice, vision, and presence are seamlessly integrated across social.
- Content Innovation:
- Develop creative, trend-driven video concepts (e.g., TikTok trends, Reels) that showcase Bloom’s personality and connect authentically with our community.
- Partner with the creative and brand marketing teams to bring product launches, campaigns, and promotions to life through original social content.
- Social Media Strategy:
- Support the execution of Bloom’s social media strategy across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more, ensuring content aligns with brand goals and audience insights.
- Trend Monitoring:

Project Management

Technical Skill

- Measure and document product attributes, perform fittings and investigate construction issues with no supervision. Ability to fully dissect a shoe to fully understand details about construction that affect decision-making conversations.
- Expected to recommend solutions from moderate to complex level shoe engineering challenges that arise throughout the development process.
Industry Knowledge
- Has obtained 2-3 years of footwear development employment history and established a highly proficient level of technical knowledge of development, engineering and manufacturing processes.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the footwear industry in your ability to recommend relevant and viable solutions to problems, in alignment with generally accepted industry best practices.
- High level of comfort speaking with material suppliers, factory technicians, outside contractors and consultants about shoe development best practices and objectives.

- Pay: $$90,000.00 - $105,000.00 DOE
This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law. The range may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rule 4.1.2. A day in the life, what you’ll be doing:
- Lead denim product development from concept through commercialization, aligned to seasonal calendars and brand vision. Create detailed hand sketches and digital CADs in Adobe Illustrator, clearly communicating silhouette, proportion, wash, and construction intent. Maintain uncompromising attention to detail to ensure execution preserves design integrity from initial concept through bulk production. Analyze sales performance and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities in fits, washes, and emerging categories.
- Drive seasonal denim direction by developing innovative fits, washes, fabrics, and finishes that balance creative vision with commercial viability. Partner closely with mills and vendors to source and develop new denim fabrics, including sustainable and innovative constructions. Identify and implement trim, hardware, and wash techniques that elevate product differentiation while adhering to cost and margin targets. Oversee lab dips, wash developments, strike-offs, and sample approvals to ensure alignment with aesthetic and quality standards.
- Maintain deep awareness of global denim trends, competitive landscape, and cultural influences impacting youth and contemporary markets. Conduct ongoing market research, store visits, and international sourcing to inform product strategy. Continuously evolve core denim programs while introducing new fits, fabrications, and design details that strengthen brand positioning and relevance
- Develop comprehensive and accurate tech packs that clearly communicate garment construction, wash techniques, fit intent, and trim details. Partner closely with Technical Design throughout fittings to refine silhouette, proportion, and overall aesthetic, ensuring consistency with brand standards. Collaborate with Product Development and sourcing partners to troubleshoot construction and wash challenges and ensure timely sample execution. Maintain all design updates within PLM systems to support efficient cross-functional communication.
- Must keep PDM system updated with any and all design changes within designated time frame.
- In addition to the performance of the job responsibilities, mentioned above, this position might be required to perform supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based on the particular requirements of the operation.
What it takes to Join:
- Bachelor’s degree in fashion/design related field and/or equivalent work experience preferred.
- 5-10 years design experience, which includes fabric sourcing, technical design, trim development and color training and practical experience.

Responsibilities:

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Designer of Golf and Outerwear for Menswear located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The role involves designing innovative and stylish menswear clothing, in golf apparel and outerwear. Responsibilities include conducting trend research, selecting fabrics, creating sketches, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring designs align with the brand’s unique identity and vision. The role also entails overseeing the design process from concept to production, ensuring quality and attention to detail.
Qualifications
Lead Outerwear Design Strategy: Set the seasonal creative and technical design vision for all outerwear pieces (including jackets, vests, and layering components) within the men's golf line, ensuring alignment with the overall brand aesthetic and business goals.
End-to-End Product Ownership: Independently manage the complete design cycle for outerwear, from initial concept sketches and mood boards through detailed technical pack creation, fit approvals, and production sign-off.
Innovation & Technical Expertise: Pioneer and execute innovative designs, fabric development, and performance technologies specifically for golf outerwear. This includes expert knowledge of waterproofing, breathability, seam sealing, thermal insulation, and active stretch for both knit and woven constructions.
Trend & Market Mastery: Conduct high-level, strategic trend forecasting, competitive analysis, and market research to identify opportunities for new silhouettes, features, and performance enhancements that keep the outerwear line at the forefront of the industry.
Technical Design Execution: Create and present comprehensive, production-ready technical sketches using Adobe Illustrator (or equivalent CAD software). Oversee the 3D CAD process (if applicable) to expedite prototyping and design visualization.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the primary design liaison with Sourcing, Product Development, and Technical Design teams to ensure the integrity of the design and technical specifications is maintained from proto to bulk production

Fabric & Trim Development: Direct the sourcing and development of specialized performance fabrics and trims. Negotiate and approve lab dips, strike-offs, and fabric/trim quality to meet stringent performance and aesthetic standards.
Presentation & Communication: Confidently and persuasively present seasonal concepts, design details, and finalized collections to Senior Leadership, Merchandising, and Sales teams.
Mentorship & Guidance: Provide technical guidance and feedback to Associate Designers or Assistant Designers, fostering a culture of high-quality design and execution.
Documentation & PLM: Ensure all outerwear technical packages, specifications, bill of materials (BOMs), and critical information are accurately and proactively entered and maintained within the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.

Qualifications:
