Job Summary and Qualifications
The Radiology Technician performs radiographic procedures using fixed and portable units in the imaging department, nursing units, and operating suites. Assists physicians in fluoroscopy using fixed and portable units. Practices radiation safety and observes universal precautions at all times. Pursues professional development for the continual improvement of patient care. Performs related work as required.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Graduate of a program in radiologic technology approved by the Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association or documented equivalent education.
- Licensure: Current certification by the American Registry of Radiology: Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) as an RT(R) or eligible for registry.
- Note: Registry eligible applicants must obtain certification within 6 months of hire.
- BCLS certification required.
- Experience: Ability to perform radiographic/fluoroscopic procedures following accepted standards and departmental protocols.

Working under the direction of the Regional Director, provides leadership, management and technical direction of modalities and oversees the colleagues, operational and financial activities of location. Required Education, Experience and Certification/Licensure
- Graduate from an approved Radiology program required.

Experience:
- Minimum of five years of Radiology Services Management experience required. Prior experience working in both acute and ambulatory environments, preferred.

Kelly Government Solutions has an opening for a Biomedical AI Imaging Scientist to support the Integrated Research Facility at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), National Institutes of Health (NIH) in Frederick, MD. Role is estimated to support work arrangement that is primarily on-site with flexibility for remote work if/when authorized.

KEY TASKS
(1) Support imaging scientists with acquisition of imaging data and conduct research as directed by NIAID involving and related to imaging and artificial intelligence in support of the Integrated Research Facility (IRF) in Frederick, MD

KEY REQUIREMENTS
(1) Ph.D. in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Bioinformatics, or a related field with a focus on artificial intelligence, machine learning, or image processing. Candidates possessing master’s degree and relevant experience may also be considered.

(3) Strong theoretical foundations in machine learning, deep learning, and image analysis techniques with experience working with biomedical imaging data.

The Clinical Operations Manager, Imaging Services is responsible for the daily clinical and operational management of Riverside Medical Center’s imaging service lines, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and patient-centered diagnostic care. This position oversees imaging clinical and non-clinical supervisors and clinical support staff, manages departmental operations, and drives excellence in performance, quality, and service delivery across all imaging modalities.
This leader will also provide technical or administrative support as needed—maintaining active engagement in imaging operations to ensure seamless workflow, adherence to regulatory standards, and excellence in patient care. The Clinical Operations Manager works collaboratively with radiologists, technologists, nurses, physicians, and administrative leaders to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Clinical & Patient Care Management
- Ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate imaging care across all modalities (e.g., radiography, CT, MRI, ultrasound, mammography, nuclear medicine).
- Provide technical or administrative support as needed, such as assisting with patient coordination or patient or staff satisfaction follow up.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of imaging services through audit, observation, and review of documentation, ensuring adherence to professional and regulatory standards.

Job Description Summary: This position provides management of the assigned areas of Radiology involving planning, organizing, directing and controlling Radiology operations for key areas comprising a significant portion of patient volume, revenue and personnel.
Responsibilities And Duties: 30% Manages all aspects of major clinical sections in Imaging/ Radiology: Oversees, plans and organizes efforts of respective areas; recommends and implements positive changes to any/ all areas; establishes and maintains vendor relationships; evaluates and ensures performance of vendor products, future enhancements and maintenance contracts, prepares short and long range planning for facilities and equipment; advises Director regarding appropriate and cost effective purchases; develops department policies and procedures; and works with radiologists and attending physicians regarding services and quality of products produced.
30% Supervises related management groups including: hiring, training, evaluation, goal-setting, policy development and implementation, and establishing overall standards of quality.
Develops innovative programs for maintaining well-qualified, hard-to-recruit staff.
Works cooperatively with other clinical managers on various related projects.
30% Develops work processes assuring all processes work and produces timely results with consistent, high quality: creates new systems to streamline workflows and allow consistency with radiology business plan: ensures consistency of efforts between sections of Radiology; and ensures cooperation and appropriate cross training of other skills in other areas.

This role offers the opportunity to practice the full scope of body imaging in a collegial, supportive environment serving Prince William Hospital, Haymarket Medical Center, Culpeper Hospital, Culpeper Outpatient Imaging Center and Gainesville Outpatient Imaging Center. The successful candidate will devote approximately 90–95% effort to clinical service and 5–10% to administrative and service activities, with flexibility to adapt as the division evolves.
Clinical Responsibilities
- Interpret a comprehensive range of Body Imaging studies across all major modalities (plain film, CT, MRI, ultrasound, fluoroscopic GI/GU exams, and non-vascular image-guided procedures).
- Refine, expand, and improve clinical services in body imaging and related image-guided procedures.
- Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and provide consultative expertise for referring physicians and technical staff.

- Share in the division’s clinical schedule and call responsibilities, with occasional coverage at the Culpeper Outpatient Imaging Center.
