Job Title: Exhibits Account Executive
Reports To: Director of Client Management
AGS is looking for a dynamic person with excellent multi-tasking and interpersonal skills to fill the role of Account Executive for Custom Exhibits within a fast-growing trade show and events company. This specific role will be a Junior Level Account Executive that will focus on a small book of business and assist the Senior Account Executive on larger projects nationwide.
This person must be a self-starter, client focused and able to work well with multiple departments and teams. They should be able to effectively balance a client’s needs while managing strong budget and financial targets. Employees should be comfortable in a fast-paced and goal-oriented sales role as well.
This is a position which coordinates and participates in all aspects of the Exhibitor Custom display service process, including design, client order management, report distribution and project related service coordination. A team-oriented position: this individual will need to be able to support multiple exhibits projects over multiple events in the areas of customer engagement and cost management.
Primary Responsibilities
Exhibits Account Manager
- Act a primary point of contact and creative counterpart to Exhibitors assisting in design & build out of Custom Exhibits as part of a team working on AGS Display Solutions offering
- Develop and write proposals to secure business
- Able to multi-task, addressing simultaneous project/event assignments, including pre and post-project problem resolution
- Effectively work with custom display and exhibit partners to obtain bids, supply work orders and direct project as necessary
- Processes orders, prepares correspondence
- Fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communicates clearly and concisely making every effort to listen and understand the customers’ needs and can properly channel that into action
- Works closely with supervisor/manager and sales team to obtain customer response protocols, problem resolution steps and per-project goals.
- Visit sites and make walkthroughs to ensure accurate project completion.
- Capability of leading on-site production crews or within an office team.
- Oversee installation or delivery of exhibit on-site
- Other assigned projects that maybe necessitated by business
Essential Skills and Responsibilities: (in no specific order)
- Has intermediate knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the trade show and events industry.
- Execute in a timely manner communications to customers both requested and scheduled including open invoicing, estimates and other project related paperwork or details.
- Responsible for pre & post-show production follow up to ensure future quality control or to secure business with existing exhibits clients.
- Coordinate on-site service needs for exhibits through established methods of paperwork processing and customer order acquisition/execution.
- Act as liaison for all AGS services for exhibits client
- Assist in the coordination of project logistics such as shipping and similar 3rd party services.
- Perform other assigned duties as necessary to manage the department
Work Hours
General office hours are 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. However, this position requires flexibility relative to a wide range of scheduled productions/events.
Availability to work evenings and weekends will be required to coordinate business.
Travel Requirements: ~25% +/-
Education and/or Experience:
- Experience in the trade shows or events industry.
- Four-year college bachelor’s degree at a minimum, as well as 3 to 5+ years of related work experience; A combination of education and work experience maybe used in lieu of college degree.
- Advance certifications within the events industry a plus, but not required.
Mathematical/Computer Skills:
- General math
- Must be able to type all correspondence and have at least “intermediate” knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Publisher, Power Point and Excel.
- Has experience in CRM or similar customer relationship management software
- Must be capable of learning company specific software/programs.
Language Skills: English
Physical Demands: Ability to lift a thirty-pound box and/or general office equipment for operational management.

The Entertainment Event Technician Internship position is responsible to suport the technical aspects of live events and performances
Responsibilities:
- Work with Entertainment Management on the execution of a season-long project that will be assigned during department onboarding.
- Operate and maintain technical support on equipment associated with a specific production in the manner designed and set by the production staff.
- Perform all shows on time and as designed by Entertainment Management.
- Execute cue and show specific job duties as set by the Production Staff and Entertainment Management. The performance will not vary from the direction set during the production period throughout the course of the show's run.
- Be involved in the rehearsal and operation of your respective productions under the direction of the Production Staff.
- Navigate in, on, or around scenic elements associated with specific production in potentially dark and restrictive spaces.
- Required to climb ladders and work at heights in excess of 35 feet and lift more than 50 pounds.
- Maintain clean and safe atmosphere in all areas of a specific venue. This may include, but not limited to sweeping, mopping, cleaning up trash, cleaning restrooms, and cleaning the storage/shop area.
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment in a safe manner and utilize all appropriate Personal Protection Equipment.
- Help to manage and maintain the House before and after show, to assist guests with questions and to help clean the house in preparation for the next performance.

· Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications, the Marketing and Communications Associate is responsible for curating and creating engaging content for the Colonial’s social media channels, website, and email campaigns; providing customer service on all digital channels; analyzing digital campaign analytics; and assisting in press-related activities.

Reporting to the General Manager, this individual will oversee all aspects of box office operations and strategy, ensuring efficient processes, accurate event builds, and top-tier customer service. The Director of Box Office plays a critical role in executing ticketing builds, driving sales, and collaborating with both internal teams and external partners to ensure a seamless experience for patrons and promoters alike.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead day-to-day box office and ticketing operations with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional customer service.
- Manage and mentor one full-time Box Office Manager and a team of part-time ticket sellers to foster a high-performance, guest-focused culture.
- Issue Event Audits and Ticketing Settlement Reports for all music, comedy, entertainment (MCE) events and serve as the primary ticketing liaison between the venue and Broadway Across America (BAA).
- Execute timely and accurate event builds, including seating manifests, scaling maps, audits, holds/kills, discounts, presales, and dynamic pricing.
- Adapt quickly to last-minute event changes and ticketing build adjustments, ensuring accuracy and timely updates in collaboration with internal teams, promoters, and ATG Central Ticketing.
- Oversee ticket inventory management, including general availability, premium seating, and house/promoter/artist holds.
- Ensure all customer-facing ticketing information is accurate and up to date across digital and physical platforms.
- Serve as the primary liaison with ATG’s Central Ticketing Team to coordinate builds, sales strategies, and technical needs.
- Collaborate with the General Manager and the Marketing department to develop and monitor ticket sales goals, revenue targets, and KPIs.
- Analyze sales trends and reporting to identify sales opportunities and operational improvements; share insights with leadership.
- Resolve customer service issues involving patrons, promoters, or artists with professionalism and care.
- Support Front of House teams with ticketing-related guidance to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Collaborate across departments including General Management, Production, Facilities, and Food & Beverage to support event success.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with promoters, clients, and community partners.
EXPERIENCE and SKILLS
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the live entertainment or ticketing industry, including supervising box office staff and managing ticketing operations.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams while delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Brings confidence and clarity to decision-making, issue resolution, and representing the box office across departments, clients, promoter teams, and customers.
- Understands the value of promoter and agent relationships and supports ticketing strategies that contribute to event success and client satisfaction.
- Working knowledge of venue booking procedures and event life cycles from on-sale to show settlement.
- Proficient with ticketing systems and platforms., especially AudienceView.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret ticket sales data, identify trends, and recommend data-informed strategies.
- Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with dynamic pricing models and revenue optimization tools.
- Familiarity with ADA seating regulations and best practices for inclusive ticketing.
- Professionalism, integrity, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach to challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
