Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Provide guidance and direction to the night shift production floor personnel.
- Coordinate daily production floor activities and delegate assignments to production personnel.
- Communicate clear expectations to production personnel, keep them informed of matters pertaining to their job, and develop personnel growth opportunities.
- Provide effective, constructive, and appropriate feedback and leadership to direct reports to foster positive team atmosphere.
- Monitor employee work performance relative to expectations and maintain workflow through the facility.
- Ensure equipment and tools are in good working order and available for use when required.
- Ensure all stations are producing products to the company's quality standards.
- Complete production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel, accomplishing work results, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, revising schedules, and resolving problems.
- Facilitate smooth shift handoffs with day shift supervisors to ensure continuity of operations.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with fast-changing priorities.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources.
- Maintain compliance with established policies and procedures.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of recent manufacturing supervisor experience, preferably in plastics extrusion or continuous process manufacturing.
- Experience working night shift or non-traditional hours preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with ability to work independently during night shift hours.
- Computer literate: Microsoft and computer skills.
- Ability to interpret and implement OSHA standards for the facility.
- Understanding of extrusion processes, quality control measures, and preventive maintenance practices a plus

Role Description
The primary focus of this role is to establish a strong TEM presence in the Phoenix Arizona territory and build a new client base from the ground up. The Sales Engineer at Total Environmental Management, Inc. is responsible for qualifying opportunities, making sales calls, and developing new customer relationships in alignment with the schedule and priorities established by the Business Development Department and CEO.
This role conducts job walks, completes Job Walk Forms, estimates projects, prepares proposals, and assembles job packets to ensure accurate and timely project planning. The Sales Engineer also reviews completed work and billing to support proper job closeout and customer satisfaction.
In addition to driving new business development, this position plays a key role in fostering strong client relationships. Position Summary
The HR Coordinator - Benefits and Leave supports the organization by taking ownership of benefitβrelated processes, including enrollments, terminations, deductions, ACA coding, COBRA notices, QLEs, FMLA/LOA benefit actions, invoice reconciliation, payrollβimpacting benefit changes, safety communication, workers' compensation reporting, and monthly OSHA hours reporting. This role ensures accuracy, compliance with benefit regulations, and timely communication with employees and vendors. Because this role supports timeβsensitive compliance requirementsβincluding benefit carrier deadlines, payrollβimpacting benefit changes, FMLA/LOA timelines, and government agency reportingβworking beyond normal business hours may occasionally be necessary. Job Summary:
The Pharmacy Supervisor shall plan, organize, and supervise all pharmaceutical activities occurring in his/her respective pharmacy as directed by the Pharmacy Manager/Director. Such proceedings shall comply with the policies and procedures established by the WellStar Health System, federal, state and local laws governing the practice of pharmacy, and the rules and standards established by the regulatory agencies (e.g. TJC, Medicare, etc) involved in provision of health care. Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
* Supervisory Responsibilities
* Responsible for day to day pharmacy operations for the pharmacy he/she supervises
* Trains/instructs (or delegates responsibility thereof) pharmacy personnel on their required duties upon hire or modification of programs and systems.
* Supervises pharmacy personnel in the performance of their duties.
* Counsels or takes disciplinary action as necessary when pharmacy personnel violate established policies, procedures, rules, regulation or accepted standards.
* Assists the Manager/Director of Pharmacy in writing and implementing department and system policies and procedures pertaining to drug distribution, use and control.
* Establishes work schedules to provide sufficient personnel to meet the needs of the facility (as approved by WellStars Senior Management and Board through the budgetary process).
* Performs annual reviews and submit for merit increases for pharmacy personnel (direct reports).

* Supervises the audits and monitoring to include but not limited to the following: all Controlled Substance Outstanding Transactions, accurate documentation entry of controlled substances received from the manufacture/wholesaler in to pharmacys perpetual inventory system , and all Open Discrepancies and reporting to the Director, or CEO if necessary. (per protocol)
* Ensures outdated Narcotics are correctly inventoried and packaged for return using all required forms.
* Maintains the pharmacy in a state of readiness for federal, state and local regulatory agency inspections (e.g. TJC, Drug Inspectors, etc.)
* Adheres to and enforces the rules and regulations established by the Georgia State Board of Pharmacy.
Performs other duties as assigned

Provides primary care to patients acting as a physician in the clinic following established standards, practices and protocols. Normal working hours will be between Monday through Friday (8:00 a.m. 8:00 p.m.)
