Duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Knowledgeable in joining, fabricating, and repairing metal and other weldable material by applying appropriate welding techniques.
- Perform various welding processes to repair, modify and install various pipes, structures, foundations and fittings associated with shipboard hydraulic, pneumatic and water systems.
- Fabricate and install fixtures and jigs required for welding process alignments.
- Interprets blueprints, specifications, diagrams or schematics to determine appropriate welding process.
- Must be able to select required welding filler materials, joint design, heat ranges and most effective or required welding process/procedure to ensure quality welding operations IAW TWD.
- Inspects completed welds to determine structural soundness and adherence to NAVSEA, ABS & AWS standards. Installs or repairs equipment, such as pipes, valves, floors and tank linings.

Experience and Skills
- Must possess a high school, trade or vocational school degree
- 5-10 years of direct experience in ship repair and installation of HM&E systems and equipment

- Must have or have the ability to obtain a SECRET clearance
- Must have the ability to obtain base access and security credentials

The Role
We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 1 to 3 years of experience in family law who thrives in a small office setting. This position is in-office for at least the first six months, allowing for real-time engagement, mentorship, and learning a seamless team workflow. After six months, this position is open to a hybrid work model. You will handle a diverse caseload including divorce, child custody, and modifications from initial intake through final resolution.

Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials in Williamson and Travis Counties.
- Draft pleadings, discovery requests, and complex orders with accuracy.
- Maintain direct and empathetic communication with clients.
- Collaborate daily with the principal attorney and support staff to ensure case files are organized and handled correctly.
- Minimum billable requirement of 80 hours per month.
Requirements
- License: Active member in good standing with the State Bar of Texas (Required).
- Experience: 1-3 years experience practicing in family law (Preferred).
- Skills: Exceptional writing ability, communications skills, and a strong courtroom presence.
- Location: Must be able to work daily from our Austin-area office.

As the Senior Litigation Manager, you will be responsible for strategically directing the organization’s Tax Controversy function while leading, developing, and managing a high performing team of tax professionals. You will oversee tax disputes with the IRS on behalf of our clients.
The Senior Litigation Manager serves as a primary leader for the controversy team, fostering a collaborative, proactive environment focused on risk mitigation and efficient resolution. Responsibilities:
- Drive strategy and execution for all tax audits, disputes, and appeals to achieve optimal outcomes
- Oversee interactions with tax authorities, clients, and internal teams

Qualifications:
- JD or equivalent, and active license to practice law
- Preferred 15+ years of litigation experience, preferably in federal court or as a federal clerk
- Demonstrated leadership skills to lead and develop high performing teams
- Collaborative team leader
- Strong business judgment with the ability to navigate complex shareholder environments
- Strong advocacy, negotiation, and communications skills; expertise in leading negotiations with tax authorities and stakeholders
- Excellent legal writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
- Admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Preferred background or coursework in tax, accounting, financial regulation, or a technical field such as engineering
- Experience drafting dispositive motions, legal briefs, and analyzing discovery is highly valued
- High sense of urgency with the ability to meet deadlines and changing priorities
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, work independently, manage team deadlines, and handle client-facing responsibilities
- Receptiveness to performance feedback and continuous improvement within a team environment is essential
- Available to travel 25% within the United States
