Your Role: The Plant Manager for our Weasler Engineering-West Bend WI, will be responsible for executing company objectives, accelerating operational achievement of standard for manufacturing and operational capabilities. This position will also champion and lead the Continuous Improvement efforts.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop world class operational standards of measuring and achieving key performance goals to meet manufacturing requirements achieving customer satisfaction on time and within budget i.e. On Time Delivery, Scrap Reduction, Quality, Safety, Cost Control, Waste Reduction, capacity planning, inventory, production scheduling, and performance measures.
- Drive Standard Work to all manufacturing processes through Kaizen events and involve employees at ALL levels.
- Develop and improve manufacturing processes for greater efficiencies, i.e. work instructions, process flow, material usage, and material flow, cross training, visual performance (productivity-throughput, quality, OTD) and goals.
- Lead the development and expansion of continuous improvement methodologies in Medina to establish and improve manufacturing processes for greater efficiencies and gain positive results in materials usage, shipping and receiving, capacity planning, inventory, scrap reduction, production scheduling, safety, quality, customer satisfaction, and performance measures.
- Work with Staff Management within the business unit to develop and execute the strategy/plan and to identify the needs of the company regarding the PCIS process.
- Responsible for the quality improvement and cost reduction of assigned products. Responsible for meeting plant cost reduction goal for four wall and material costs.
- Provide leadership for problem resolution and use formalized problem solving approaches (A3, FMEA) to effectively define problems and drive to solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and facilitate problem-solving methodologies regarding quality-related issues (e.g. six sigma methodologies, and other related problem solving processes).
- Responsible for materials management including purchasing, planning, and inventory control.
- Support and ensure ISO 9000 processes and procedures are developed and implemented and coordinates preventative measures to enhance system capability.
- Reviews new product designs for effective and low cost method of manufacturing. Initiatives action and follow-up to incorporate changes prior to pre-production sign off.
- Specifies and/or provides necessary tools, fixtures, equipment and related training as required for plan production and testing. Follows up to ensure efficient ergonomic safe operating conditions and methods.
- Responsible for administrating major capital investments and improving cost structure of manufacturing operations and facilities.
- Builds, develops and manages operations leadership team capable of carrying out needed operations strategies and improving employee relations.
- Maintain and nurture effective working relationships/communications with key support functions to improve and ensure effective support and achieve business goals and objectives.

Description
Carlisle Brake and Friction (CBF) is a strategic business unit of CentroMotion. With eight manufacturing facilities globally located in the US, UK, Italy, China, Japan, and India, and with over 1,600 employees, CBF is the leading provider of high performance braking solutions to the off-highway, high performance racing, aerospace, and alternative energy markets, serving over 100 leading original equipment manufacturers in 55 countries.
Additionally, we manufacture both wet and dry friction materials used for wet brakes, brake linings, clutches and transmissions. We also design and deliver hydraulic actuation, including hydraulic valves, master cylinders, adjustors, and boosted master cylinders.
Reporting Relationship: Reports directly to Quality Manager
Location: Medina, Ohio
Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree; engineering or equivalent technical field of study.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills are required, along with working knowledge of PC applications & statistical software. Requirements: Work Experience: Minimum of five years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Ideal candidate would be a “hands-on” person with shop floor experience. Working knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) required. Six Sigma and Lean training and/or certifications are a plus.
Principal Area of Responsibility: Assists in administering the total quality assurance program encompassing APQP, planning, evaluation and reporting on all quality aspects of a product, from its conception through manufacturing, fabrication, storage and delivery with intent to provide an optimum quality product at the lowest cost.
Specific Duties
- Ensure all customer specific requirements are met.

We are looking for a creative and highly organized Guest Experience Venue Manager to support and dual report to the Venue Manager and VP of Guest Experiences. As Guest Experience Manager, you will shape and deliver the end-to-end hospitality experience at one of the (16) host cities of the FIFA World Cup 26™.
Your scope will include oversight and management of such areas as hospitality gifting, guest experience staff and external vendor management, hospitality entertainment, omnichannel communication, content recommendations, service mapping, and post-tournament reporting. Role Overview
The Security Manager ensures that every person entering hospitality spaces overseen by On Location, from VIPs to fans and contractors, is authorized to be there. You will oversee and manage a diverse workforce of security access staff and maintain the integrity of the venues to ensure a safe, secure, and seamless flow of people.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Leadership & Training
- Team Oversight: Lead and brief a team of On Location Access Staff on matchday protocols.
- Ensure the proper placement of On Location Access staff at the identified locations and that positions are staffed according to On Location and FIFA requirements
2. Access Control
- Venue Management: Enforce strict access rules for restricted areas, including but not limited to On Location’s: Pitch-side Lounges, VIP Lounges, Pavilions, Villages, and vehicle and vendor access when applicable.
- Problem Solving: Act as the primary escalation point for accreditation discrepancies and failed ticket scans.
3. Safety & Security Integration
- Crowd Flow: Monitor ingress and egress points to prevent overcrowding and ensure that emergency exits remain clear and accessible.
- Inter-Agency Liaison: Coordinate, Venue IT, and FIFA Accreditation teams to align security screening with technical data flows.
- Reporting: Provide real-time data to the Venue Operations Center (VOC) regarding attendance numbers and security incidents in coordination with FIFA Security.
- Emergency Management: Ensure all emergency action procedures for all identified risks are documented, briefed, and trained by all staff at each venue.
Required Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 5+ years in security management, with a specific focus on stadium operations or large-scale international events.
Soft Skills: Calm under extreme pressure; ability to make decisions in high-stress, live environments, all while ensuring the highest level of guest experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Sports Management, or a related field (or equivalent employment and field experience).
Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory. Fluency in Spanish is required for the Mexico-based venues.
Physical & Scheduling Requirements
- Must be able to work long, irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

The Production Supervisor serves as a vital member of the manufacturing operations site leadership team reporting directly to the Plant Manager. This position will be responsible for leading Manufacturing functions for a hydraulic assembly operations plant. The chosen candidate will effectively direct and lead all aspects of manufacturing operations as well as provide critical support to continuously improve Quality in our manufacturing processes. This person must possess a “continuous improvement” mindset and be a champion of LEAN efforts throughout the facility. Moreover, this position will be supported by a leadership team that values Lean Manufacturing principles and understands the value and link to achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Description
The primary role of the EHS Site Manager is to provide environmental, health, and safety (EHS) technical support as a resource for CentroMotion’s (Carlisle Brake & Friction) Medina, OH, and Solon, OH facilities. The EHS Manager will partner with site leadership to provide leadership, strategy, development, implementation, and oversight of world-class occupational health and safety and environmental initiatives.
This position is based on-site at CentroMotion’s facility in Medina, OH where it will be directly responsible for all day-to-day EHS-related activities on-site. In addition, this position is responsible for supporting the Solon, OH, site and its day-to-day responsibilities. These responsibilities include but are not limited to ensuring the company's environmental, health, and safety programs meet or exceed federal and local regulatory compliance; auditing operations to ensure consistency with written EHS programs; ensuring thorough incident investigations and corrective actions are implemented; and providing Emergency Response training.
This position will administer and oversee various compliance programs, procedures, and policies associated with federal, state, and local regulations and act as a liaison with internal/external legal and regulatory personnel and agencies as directed by the Regional EHS Manager.
Requirements
· Create, implement, and improve the plant's future state EHS management system. Support behavior-based safety programs and processes.
· Incorporate new EHS regulations, directives, and standards into the plant's management systems. Conduct regular internal EHS auditing to ensure compliance, including follow-up on incident/accident investigations through the internal EHS system, corporate audit, and compliance inspection actions.
· Interact with the production and maintenance team to ensure policies and procedures are followed. Train, audit, instruct, and correct where necessary.
· Chair, conduct, and report on the actions of the Plant Safety Committee.
· Prepare and execute the necessary air, water, and solid waste management activities, reporting, and permit requirements.
· Ensure training compliance with managing and coordinating EHS training for the entire facility.
· Ensure that Federal, State, and local EHS laws, regulations, codes, and rules are followed.
· Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, QC Laboratory, Sourcing, and Engineering to institute EHS controls and remedial measures to reduce risk due to EHS conditions, behaviors, procedures, or equipment.
· Develop and maintain safety, environmental, and industrial hygiene programs, including PPE and ergonomic assessments.
· Create ways to keep workers, contractors, and visitors safe from harm by working with peers to identify and resolve unsafe acts and conditions.
· Inspect machines for safety devices, Energy Isolation (Lockout/Tagout) and guarding compliance.
· Evaluate current and future equipment, products, facilities, or processes and those planned for future use through a Management of Change process.
· Utilize and enhance corporate programs identifying, eliminating, and mitigating hazards found on site.
· Review injury data to identify trends and implement programs and practices to address identified hazards.
· Documentation/Records Management — Capturing, storing, and maintaining information in written or electronic form as required by policy/regulations.
· Evaluate the probability and severity of accidents—risk assessments. Provide specialized technical advice and support on all aspects of tool design, machining, manufacturing, and estimating.
· Engage site leadership in making decisions and solving problems. Analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems. Knowledge of Six Sigma/LEAN is a plus.
· Communicate with People Outside the Organization—Communicating with people outside the organization, representing the organization to customers, the public, the government, and other external sources. This information can be exchanged in person, in writing, or by telephone or e-mail.
· Ensure compliance with Environmental policies, regulations, programs, and procedures, including Hazardous Waste Management, Air Emissions Calculations, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan, and Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures

Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health, Safety, or a related technical field is preferred.
Experience and Training:
· Six (6) to Ten (10) years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Equivalency may be considered with a minimum of six years of relevant experience.
· Excellent verbal, written, and oral presentation skills required in English, with Spanish proficiency preferred.
· Additional certifications and training in Safety, Environmental Compliance, and related fields are highly desired.
· Knowledge of ISO 14001 and 45001 Management Systems
· Competence in the preparation of technical documentation
· Proven EHS background (ideally supported by environmental experience)

The Driver, Formula CDL-B is responsible for driving a tractor trailer or straight truck on intrastate and interstate local, over-the-road (OTR), shuttle, and overnight and drive and drop routes for the purpose of delivering and/or unloading food and food related products to customers in a safe and timely manner and in accordance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. Communicates and interacts with customers, vendors and co-workers professionally ensuring questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.
Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Performs all required safety checks (i.e., pre/post trip) including inspections of tractor/truck and trailer according to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations; inspects tractor/truck and trailer to insure they meet company safety standards and take appropriate action as needed.
- Report all safety issues and/or repairs required.
- Follows all DOT regulations and company safe driving guidelines and policies. Immediately reports all safety hazards. Inspects trailer for properly loaded and secured freight.
- Performs count check of items and checks customer invoices of products that have been loaded.
- Checks and completes in an accurate and in legible fashion all required paperwork associated with freight.
- Moves tractor to the loading dock and attach preloaded trailer as needed.
- Drives to and delivers customer orders according to predetermined route delivery schedule.
- Unloads products from the trailer, transports items into designated customer storage areas.
- Performs damage control checks on items, scans, and contacts supervisor about removing orders according to company policy.
- Verifies delivery of items with customer and obtain proper signatures.
- Collects money (cash or checks) where required.
- Loads customer returns on to trailer and secure trailer doors.
- Ensures that tractor, trailer, and freight are appropriately locked and/or always secured.
- Unloads damaged goods and customer returns and bring to the driver check-in and complete necessary paperwork.
- Unloads all equipment, materials and removes trash from trailers as required.
- Completes daily record of hours of service and enter in log in accordance with Federal DOT, state, and company requirements.
- Performs general housekeeping duties in tractor, loading dock area and keeps trailers clear and clean as required.
- At the end of the shift secure all equipment and complete all necessary paperwork.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• 12 months commercial driving experience• High school diploma/GED or state approved equivalent
• Valid CDL B
• Meet all State licensing and/or certification requirements (where applicable)
• Must be 21 years of age
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for past 3 years
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check
• Pass road test
• Valid current DOT Health Card and/or able to secure new DOT Health Card
• Able to hand-lift and utilize two-wheeler, lift gate and/or other equipment to move and/or stack product cases/freight of varying size and weight throughout shift; product generally ranges from between 10-35 pounds and up to between approximately 60 and 90 pounds, depending on the location
