Responsibilities

This position will comply with bank and investor guidelines with portfolio and investor mortgage loans, conducting required functions for special asset protection management.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Execute and submit secondary market investors, government agencies, and mortgage insurance delinquency and status reports to safeguard the company's interest
    • Adhere to guidelines set by investors, guarantors, and regulatory entitles for accurate and timely reporting
    • Manage audits conducted by third party companies such as TenA for quality control of FHA-HUD and USDA portfolios
  • Prepare, monitor, and submit applicable servicing claims to safeguard the company's interests in residential real estate properties following applicable guidelines and regulations
    • Processing and application of, or release of claim documents and funds
    • Successfully resolve claim disputes brought to mortgage insurance, guarantors, and investor loan entities
  • Oversee the workflow for maintaining post-foreclosure accounts including Other Real Estate Owned (OREO) properties
  • Facilitate release requests including but not limited to release of security, releases of liability, and deed transfers by preparing, reviewing and processing documents
  • Assist with conducting review, preparing and managing charge offs and write downs
  • Prepare and mail notifications to borrowers per investor, guarantor, state, insurer, or bank guidelines
  • Comply with applicable regulations including but not limited to Fair Debt Collections Practices Act, Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, Service Member Civil Relief Act, Dodd-Fran Act (UDAPP) as they relate to consumer real estate loan collections

Ancillary Duties:

As an integral member of the Consumer Real Estate Servicing Department, this position is also responsible to provide assistance wherever necessary to help the Consumer Real Estate Servicing Department and the Company in achieving their annual goals.


Qualifications

Education/Training/Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • A.A. or A.S. degree with business field of study or relevant work experience strongly preferred

The Consulting Claims Intake Coordinator is a vital role in our healthcare organization, responsible for the accurate and efficient data entry of paper claims into our claims processing system. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines, particularly in relation to Claim Acknowledgement Regulatory Turn Around Time Guidelines, with a 95% accuracy rate. The successful candidate will also be responsible for identifying provider/vendor and/or eligibility maintenance claim work queues for internal department review as necessary. This role also provides essential back-up for our Claims Department, including tasks such as batching, sorting, monitoring, and maintaining claim batches for audit review. The Consulting Claims Intake Coordinator will also handle claims inquiry status calls.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurate data entry of received paper claims into the claims processing system.

  • Must be detailed oriented, attentive, organized, and able to follow directions.
  • Experience with medical terminology is a definite plus.

Position Summary:
The incumbent shall be responsible for providing quality care to medical and surgical cardiovascular patients of cardiac rehab services by supporting the development and implementation of a comprehensive Cardiac Rehabilitation Phase I ‐ III program that involves the patient and family. Education, License & Cert:
Prefer graduate from an accredited four ‐ year Bachelor’s degree program in Exercise Physiology / Physical Education or related field. However, may consider coursework in exercise physiology with direct patient care experience in lieu of Bachelor’s degree.
Experience:
Education/experience in developing safe exercise prescription and education for the cardiac patients is preferred.
Essential Functions:
1. Communicates and demonstrate a professional image/attitude for patients, families, clients, coworkers, and others.
2. If applicable, conduct and document in EPIC the initial Phase I review to include medical record review and patient interview to effectively communicate education for risk factor modification based on individual risk factor history. Determine appropriateness of Phase II referral.
3. Provide appropriate Phase I‐III exercise prescription resulting in positive outcomes as indicated by quality monitoring and patient satisfaction.
4. Evaluate and document patient response to treatment. Patient response to the treatment plan is evaluated by patient achievement of goals with update of goals as needed. Collaborate with Cardiac Rehab nurse. Provide information to patient/family regarding status, program planning and discharge plans throughout the rehabilitation program.
5. Document the course of patient care including progress made to justify need for ongoing intervention. Follow documentation guidelines for the inpatient and outpatient Cardiac Rehab environment according to the department policy/procedure/guidelines.
6. Provide patient and family education on risk factor modification and exercise guidelines. Integrates family members into the treatment, educational and discharge planning process for a safe transition back to home. Educational methods are adapted to meet patient and family education needs.
7. Participating in continuing education/professional development activities. Attends/presents at departmental in‐service sessions as scheduled. Attends external professional growth activities as scheduled and communicates information to the team.
8. Adhere to policies and practices of applicable federal and state guideline, and entity specific policies. Is familiar with and acts according to contents of applicable professional code, employee/handbook, unit Policy & Procedure and organizational policies.

Performs or has input in staff scheduling and timecard edits based on the department guidelines. Participates in QA/QC programs. Directs personnel in maintaining standards set out by accrediting bodies, licensures and safety guidelines. Participates in scheduling of department's technical equipment service and/or maintenance. Develops training programs and evaluates technical skills of staff. Responsible for ensuring staff has completed new employee and annual employee competencies. Recommends to the coordinator/manager/director personnel actions for hires, promotions, transfers, discharges, performance evaluations, and disciplinary measures of staff. Participates in submitting information and imaging for accreditation following department guidelines for accreditation processing. Responsible for reporting timely updates to one up on progress.   • Supports Food Management Process, oversees purchasing compliance & accuracy to menu, as needed supporting reviewing food orders.

  • Assists with new employee training in areas such as adhering to food safety standards, menu & recipe compliance, and portioning.
  • Provide support and assistance to students who require accommodation for dietary needs or food allergies, may include menu development and training of front-line associates.

  • Educates clients and consumers, regarding healthy food choices through school training and community outreach.

Qualifications
    • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, or RDN Eligible within 6 months of hire.
      • Completed a minimum of a bachelor?s degree and course work accredited or approved by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
      • Registered Dietitian with Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR): Successful completion of internship program (ACEND), satisfactory score on an exam, plus fulfillment of continuing education requirements).
      • Maintain applicable additional certifications, registrations, licenses, or credentials
    • Ability to maintain a friendly, efficient, positive customer service attitude toward customers, clients, and co-workers
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and problem solve with little oversight or direction
    • Ability to maintain a friendly, efficient, positive customer service attitude toward customers, clients, and co-workers
    • Knowledge of PC applications required and previous experience with food production systems preferred

The Registered Dietitian helps to provide a nutritionally sound and cost-efficient food services program that will meet the needs of students while maintaining compliance with all local guidelines as they relate to nutrition regulations. Utilizes technical training and government-mandated nutritional standards on food health to develop healthy menu implementation plans. Will work closely with OpX, culinary, and management teams.

Job Responsibilities
  • Plan all Child Nutrition menus utilizing a menu planning software in accordance with USDA guidelines and Aramark menu strategy.
    • Maintains required documentation for USDA, state, local, client guidelines related to meal services (i.e. Nutrient Analysis of menu, CN/PFS labels, USDA Workbooks, etc.)
    • Coordinating use of USDA Foods/Commodities within menus. Supporting with annual USDA Foods orders.

Drivers in this role may work in local, solo, or long-haul driving positions.
