ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Completes corrective and planned maintenance work order documentation per policy.

Must have a basic understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
Working knowledge and ability to use basic hand tools and test equipment specific to the field. Ability to train CE associates on use and application of select test equipment.

Broad Responsibilities:

In the Appraisal Analyst role, you will review the Desktop Exterior and Desktop Interior assessments to evaluate and sign off on a property’s valuation for a large bank in the US. The Assurance Manager is responsible for supervising, directing, and reviewing the results through the delegation of tasks throughout the planning, field work and \"wrap-up\" stages of an Audit client engagement.
