Customer Sales Experience
- Seek out customers to ensure they have a world class beauty advisor experience.
- Provide personalized sales service based on customer needs, productive upselling and suggestive selling.
- Maneuver in a conversation to stimulate a different thought process. This means you are confident and comfortable using your verbal skills to generate sales.
- Be the brand expert by answering customer questions in detail with product knowledge to produce the largest sales basket possible.
- Engage all customers with CVS services, Beauty Club programs and invite customers to in-store events and/or explain current promotions to close the sale of products and services.
- Represent both the CVS and partner brands when interacting with customers and uphold the highest standards of service.
- CVS Licensed Beauty Sales Consultants are required to provide ear-piercing services in all stores. Licensed Beauty Sales Consultants are also required to perform all other applicable services offered in any location in which they work.
- CVS Licensed Beauty Sales Consultants must successfully pass assessments of proficiency before performing services in store.
- Educate beauty customers by demonstrating proper product usage and highlighting product features and benefits to help drive purchase conversion.

Required Qualifications
- Must possess a current and valid Cosmetology/Esthetician License in the state in which you will be working.
- Must maintain an active Cosmetology/Esthetician license at all times in the state you are employed and ensure it is present and displayed during working hours at your work site(s) as mandated by that state.

Summary

Responsibilities
Consultative Business Partnering
Customer Relationship Development and Management:
- Build and maintain consultative business relationships with customer Key Decision Makers (KDMs) at all levels.
- Partner and collaborate with KDMs to develop and execute action plans to increase sales. Cultivate a network of influential contacts at all levels of customers to achieve sales objectives.
- Leverage strategic relationships with KDMs to influence and negotiate customers' assistance in the merchandising of Hershey products.
Data Analysis:
- Obtain and analyze relevant store, product, and market data and leverage trends and analytics to build the business.

We're looking for a Regional Channel Sales Manager who knows how to build strong, long-lasting relationships with channel partners and make a meaningful impact internally for our partnership team. This isn't a desk job you'll be out with our partners' sales teams, supporting them in winning deals, onboarding their new reps, and making sure our brand is front-and-center. Along the way, you'll be laser-focused on your KPIs to achieve sales through our partners, while growing Avive's brand presence, awareness, and market share with our channel partners. Working alongside management, you will provide real-time feedback on what is and isn't working, and be a part of the solution to ensure we're maximizing our opportunity with our channel partners in the field.
What You'll Do:
- Be the Go-To Partner Resource
- Serve as the primary field contact for channel sales teams in your region.
- Jump in on deals with reps from pipeline strategy to customer meetings to closing support.
- Help uncover, track, and accelerate large opportunities within the channel's pipeline.
Drive Training & Enablement
- Onboard our partners' new sales reps alongside their internal training team, ensuring fast ramp-up.
- Lead engaging trainings and product demos that give our partners' sales teams the confidence and tools to win.
- Keep our partners' sales teams updated on product updates, positioning, and competitive insights.
Grow Brand Presence in the Field
- Build strong, regional-level relationships across your territory know the teams, the customers, and the local dynamics.

Track Opportunities & Pipeline Impact
- Partner with our partners' sales reps to identify and advance high-value opportunities.

Collaborate & Share Insights
- Work cross-functionally with internal sales, marketing, and partner teams to align execution.

Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of channel or distribution partner management experience, with a track record of growing relationships and driving revenue.
- 3+ years of direct selling experience, preferably in a high-activity environment (inside or outside sales).
- Experience working in organizations who have recently commercialized their product, with a willingness to adjust and audible the strategy in real-time.
- Strong understanding of channel and channel sales models, selling an innovative solution consisting of both software as a service, coupled with hardware.
- Proven success in training, enabling, and motivating sales teams.
- Leading from the front regionally with partnerships teams to help drive sales growth and brand adoption.
- Excellent communicator and relationship builder with a hands-on, in-the-field presence.

The District Sales Manager (DSM) is responsible for all sales activities within the district.Overseeing the development and performance of all Sales Consultants, ensuring clear understanding of the company vision and mission statement.This position staffs and directs Sales Consultants (SCs) as direct reports.The DSM provides leadership, strategic planning, training and monitoring for all sales activities to ensure the district achieves maximum profitability and growth in line with the company vision and goals.This leader establishes plans and jointly builds strategies with their direct superior (herein known as Senior Sales Leader) to increase sales revenues from current clients and new client acquisitions.This role requires participation in major client presentations and discussions to ensure best in class customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work directly with the SCs in the field and virtualy by assisting on sales calls while providing constructive feedback to further develop the skill sets of each SC interacting with customer as needed.
- Provide leadership, strategic planning, and monitors all sales activities to ensure the district organization achieves maximum profitability and growth in line with the company vision and goals.
- Work with all operating divisions that support the sales organization to create and ensure a collaborative work environment, to include but not limited to the following: credit and collections, purchasing, distribution, customer service, FF&E, National Accounts, Business Development, Vendors, etc. as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, select, train, assign territories, schedule individual time, coach, counsel, and implement corrective action (if necessary) for employees in assigned territories.
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for district and territories. Work closely with SCs to project expected sales volume and profit for existing and new properties. Ensure that plans are followed by SCs to ensure all goals are met.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field and/or equivalent work experience preferred
Experience
- 3-5 years of experience successfully growing profitable sales in the B2B market segment preferred.
- 2-3 years field and/or virtual sales experience.
- Experience with managing a remote sales team preferred.

Physical Demands & Work Environment
- District Sales Manager work from a remote home-based office.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk and use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and telephone to talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to sit and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
- This management position could require travel to and from SCs, customers and prospects in the assigned District as needed.
- Overnight travel is required as deemed necessary to attend company events, district meetings, training sessions, vendor fairs and client appointments.
- May be required to utilize personal vehicle for business travel that may result in extended periods of sitting. Must maintain a valid driver license with a driving record that meets Company minimum standards for travel throughout assigned district to service customers and call upon prospects. Must meet and maintain current automobile insurance coverage as set forth by Sysco.
- If working remote, must have required software to ensure timely communications and have a dedicated workspace free of any distractions and participate in customer or conference calls in a business-friendly environment.
