ABOUT THE ROLE
Savills is seeking a Senior Research Director to report directly to the Head of Americas Research. This role serves as a senior lead responsible for driving the day-to-day delivery of national office reporting, sector thought leadership, and research platform initiatives. The position is designed to help ensure that key priorities move forward with rigor, discipline, and accountability. The individual will project manage complex deliverables, step into team workflows as needed, maintain high standards of analytical quality and timeliness across the platform, and help develop world-class research that differentiates Savills as a market leader.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Sector Thought Leadership and Industry Data Oversight
- Author and co-author national thought leadership across office and key industry verticals, ranging from concise trend briefs to comprehensive white papers.
- Support the Head of America Research in advancing national sector strategy for legal, technology, healthcare, and other industries.
- Present research insights to clients and internal stakeholders as needed.
- Maintain and enhance proprietary databases and develop proprietary dashboards and analytical frameworks.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across research platforms.
Office Market Reporting and Project Management
- Manage the quarterly office market statistics and reporting process across markets.
- Coordinate timelines, reminders, data collection, quality control, and final report review.
- Support regional research efforts directly when capacity gaps arise.
- Maintain strong knowledge of office market fundamentals, capital flows, tenant demand drivers, and macroeconomic trends to support national reporting.
Research Platform and Infrastructure Support
- Assist in the development of the internal research database to consolidate tracked products into a centralized and scalable system.
- Evaluate data sourcing, integration, quality assurance, and workflow improvements.
- Champion automation, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled workflows to improve and modernize research delivery.
Salesforce and Research Technology Enablement
- Serve as a research power user within Salesforce and help enhance research tools embedded within the CRM platform and improve data integration, reporting functionality, and broker-facing usability.
- Support adoption through training and best-practice sharing across the research team and improve broker self-service adoption through training and enhancement of broker-facing tools.
Team Support and Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Step in across the research team as directed to support high-priority initiatives or special projects.
- Work closely with brokerage, consulting, marketing, and graphics teams to position research as a driver of business development and client strategy.
- Help maintain consistency, discipline, and accountability across research workflows.
- Contribute to onboarding and mentorship of research team members.
- Collaborate with global research team by assisting with global thought leadership, providing data as needed, and assisting with other ad hoc requests.
- Cultivate relationships with external research peers and industry experts to remain current on relevant industry developments.

General Summary of Position
Coordinates daily functions of the practice's EP device program by serving as a primary resource for pacemaker and defibrillator programming and tracking. Provides direct patient care and database administration to assure high-quality care and service to patients with implanted EP devices.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Contributes to the achievement of established department goals and objectives and adheres to department policies procedures quality standards and safety standards. Complies with governmental and accreditation regulations.
- Assists in the development and implementation of pre-and postoperative and discharge teaching for patients undergoing implantation of permanent pacemaker/ICD devices EP studies and radiofrequency ablations.
- Coordinates EP Device Clinic with EP Physicians' Schedules and notifies management of potential scheduling conflicts.
- Enrolls patients in the appropriate transtelephonic system by gathering and updating information from patient medical records and educating patients on the use of the system to ensure accurate and timely participation in the transtelephonic system.
- Maintains a regulatory/compliance environment by following organizational policies and procedures to ensure compliance to state local and federal standards and regulations.
- Performs and reports clinical analysis of device interrogations received through the transtelephonic systems by following established protocols to provide optimal clinical treatment to patients.
- Performs and reports pacemaker and ICD device interrogation and analysis with reprogramming as needed by following established protocols to provide optimal clinical treatment to patients. Maintains expertise as new technology becomes available including the use of new programmers and the programming of new devices.

- Provides continuity of care for EP practice patients between appointments and after hospitalization by providing care to coordinate the effective transmission of patient-related information.
- Provides direct patient care by following practice policies and procedures to render appropriate clinical support to the electrophysiologist physicians in both the offices and the hospital environments.
- Provides patient education and follow-up reminders by meeting with patients in person and/or over the telephone to ensure that the transtelephonic system is being used appropriately and in a timely manner.
- Works in conjunction with device manufacturing representatives to alert physicians and patients of potential device alerts or recalls.

Education

Licenses and Certifications

Physician Responsibilities Include:
Ensures compliance with OSHA and Privacy Act standards, including those set by USMEPCOM, the Department of Defense, and applicable service regulations.

BHE GT&S has an exciting opportunity as an Associate Environmental Specialist, Environmental Specialist 2, or Environmental Specialist 3 at our Southern Area Headquarters in Jane Lew, WV.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supports construction erosion and sediment stormwater inspections and be available 24/7 to support inspections.
- Works closely with Operations and Engineering on monitoring compliance and close out of construction projects.
- Provides support to operations and engineering for multi-media environmental compliance programs.
- Conducts multi-media environmental compliance inspections to meet permit/plan requirements.
- Conducts waste sampling for waste characterization and disposal.
- Supports environmental regulatory inspections.
- Develops and conducts environmental compliance training.
- Conducts environmental self-assessments to improve environmental compliance.
- Develops environmental plans and reports for submittal to regulatory agencies.
- Inspects and advises on operations and construction, for numerous facilities and projects, across a large geographic area in West Virginia.
- Ensures compliance with environmental requirements, prescribed by-laws, regulations, company policies, and company procedures.
- Uses electronic databases to analyze and monitor company compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Tracks environmental compliance deadlines in electronic databases.
- Provides emergency response direction and expertise, to address environmental emergencies such as oil or chemical releases.
- Be available 24/7 and live within 2 hours of Southern Area Headquarters for environmental compliance support.
- Minimizes impacts to the environment, company regulatory exposure and response cost.

QUALIFICATIONS
Associate Environmental Specialist:
0-2 years' related work experience.
Environmental Specialist 2:
3-4 years' relevant experience.
Environmental Specialist 3:
At least 5-7 years' relevant experience.
All Levels:
Knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental regulations specific to the work location.
Knowledge of environmental operating permits and regulations specific to the work site, if responsible for contracted assets.
Written and oral communications skills.

Primary responsibilities will direct supervision of two other team members, a paralegal and claims coordinator.
The Litigation Attorney will oversee low to middle level risk claims and manage the work of the claims team members as well as outside counsel.
The Litigation Attorney will provide timely response to claims, complaints, subpoenas and other service of process; legal research; review and drafting of pleadings and discovery responses, claim summaries, executive reporting, mediation/trial and other litigation-related events; e-discovery and legal holds management; and other activities under the supervision of more senior attorneys relating to all phases of litigation from pre-trial investigation through mediation, settlements, verdict or appeal.
Responsibilities: Work with VP of Litigation and other attorneys in the daily management of pre-litigation and litigation pertaining to a broad range of litigation, pre-litigation and other claim management matters for the entire enterprise including professional liability, general liability, regulatory matters and commercial litigation.
Direct management of 2 associates (Paralegal and Claims Coordinator) Monitor and manage service of process, filings, subpoenas and a variety of other legal service documents served on the entire enterprise.
Monitor and assist with legal demands, preservation demands, legal holds and the collection of e-discovery, medical or billing records as needed.
Draft, review and management of various agreements and other documents related to claims management, pre-litigation and litigation matters.
Draft, review and interact with internal and outside counsel as well as internal clients working on discovery projects, retrieval of ESI, reviewing discovery responses, draft motions and other litigation related filings.
Draft correspondence to regional clients and/or outside counsel related to a variety of topics.
Monitor and manage confidential and proprietary databases and documents utilized by litigation team department.
Work and collaborate with internal clients across the enterprise to manage claims at various levels including claim resolution and settlement closings.
Communication with outside counsel and internal leadership and staff regarding various matters.
Conduct legal document research, retrieving information, and investigations.
Assist with various projects, such as subpoena responses, coordination of witness appearances, participation in deposition and trial preparation and collection of, hold and retrieval of e-discovery.
