What you'll do:
- Lead end-to-end campaign production, building clear timelines, deliverable lists, and milestones for AV and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Manage campaign budgets and forecasts, align spend with creative and marketing priorities, and build contingency plans to keep work moving.
- Oversee production and delivery of trailers, TV spots, social content, digital and paid media assets, broadcast and international versions—ensuring everything is on spec, on time, and on budget.
- Partner closely with creative and finishing/post-production teams to prioritize assets, manage workflows, and adapt plans as creative decisions evolve.
- Proactively troubleshoot production and post-production challenges, escalating issues as needed to keep campaigns on track.
- Build and manage relationships with vendors and agencies, from onboarding and scoping through day-to-day project management and invoicing.
- Provide ongoing visibility into campaign status, resource use, and spend, clearly communicating trade-offs and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

What you bring:
- 10+ years in creative production, project management, or marketing operations, ideally within entertainment, media, or creative agencies.

This is a hands-on creative leadership role for a visual storyteller who can both produce a high volume of content personally and scale production through external collaborators when needed.
Equal parts visual director and hands-on maker, this role is responsible for capturing, crafting, and elevating the visual language of each concept by ensuring content feels authentic, culturally relevant, and aligned with each brand's ethos. With a strong focus on social-first content, they will capture photography and video that creates a compelling narrative, resonates both locally and nationally, and sets Vandelay ahead in a competitive lifestyle and F&B landscape.
Core Responsibilities
Hands-On Content Creation
- Personally produce a high volume of original photo and video content (short-form video, still photography, social assets) for use across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms

Requirements
- 5-8+ years of experience in photography, video production, or creative direction, ideally within high-end hospitality, lifestyle, fashion, or consumer brands

- Fragrance Development - Develop olfactory strategy for clients, market, category, and guide Perfumery teams. Manage/execute multiple complex briefs and develop or select fragrances according to the given brief guidelines. Define fragrances to be tested and coordinate with Consumer Marketing Insights (CMI) team. Translate consumer insights results into olfactory guidelines for perfumers. Work with lab on testing product stability. Understand the Best Practices to influence efficiency improvement opportunities.
- Collaboration and Influence - Partner with other regional creative centers to complete project assignments. Conduct customer presentations/interactions. Participate in olfactory analysis of new products to identify interesting notes for creative development. Develop new fragrances with Perfumers. We’re looking for a Performance Creative Producer to join our team and play a critical role in the growth of EVERGOODS through performance marketing. This position is responsible for producing high-performing advertising creative across paid acquisition channels including Meta, YouTube, and Google. This role will take campaign media and raw footage and transform it into compelling video and static ads designed to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
This is a hands-on role for a highly creative and analytically minded individual who understands both creative storytelling and performance marketing metrics. The ideal candidate can rapidly produce ad creative, iterate based on performance data, and collaborate closely with the Growth team to continuously improve creative performance.
This individual will partner closely with the Head of Growth, Paid Marketing Manager, and Brand Manager to generate, test, and optimize creative concepts across paid channels.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Performance Ad Creative Production
- Produce video and static ad creative for paid channels including Meta, YouTube, and Google.
- Edit campaign footage and raw media into compelling ad formats optimized for performance marketing.
- Develop multiple creative variations from existing media to support testing and iteration.
- Design and produce static ad graphics and visual assets for paid channels.
- Package creative assets according to platform specifications and ad format requirements.

The Senior Manager-Creative Development Resources serves as the primary interface with the Director of Creative Development and the Managing Music Producer on project staffing, talent development, financial oversight, and long-term strategic planning, providing administrative and day-to-day leadership for creative areas within Disney Live Entertainment.
You will report to the Director-Creative Development.

What You Will Do:- Lead and manage Disney Live Entertainment creative teams, including Show Directors, Writers, Art Directors, Designers, Choreographers, and other creative disciplines as assigned.
- Oversee creative resource planning for Walt Disney World projects, aligning talent to approved shows and initiatives across multiple priorities.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, creative environment that supports effective ideation, innovation, and cross-disciplinary teamwork.
- Partner with stakeholders from creative concept through ongoing operations to ensure strong creative vision, efficient processes, and high-quality delivery.
- Track project progress and sustain creative excellence through leadership of Entertainment Show Quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external partners, including Show Production, Talent Casting, Technical Direction, Design, and Park Operations.
- Develop, mentor, and motivate creative talent by driving training, development, and growth opportunities across disciplines.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients, creative partners, and industry and educational organizations.
- Communicate effectively with audiences ranging from front-line teams to executive leadership, presenting ideas clearly and crafting compelling business narratives.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the Entertainment Industry working in Show Production and Entertainment operation of live shows
- Ability to be flexible with work schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities, take initiative, earn respect, and establish credibility with creative professionals, and assume ownership and accountability for creative teams of multiple disciplines
- Demonstrated functional leadership ability, including problem-solving, influencing abilities, negotiating skills, and continuous improvement process experience
- Lead, mentor, and develop creative teams, with a focus on delivering value-added results, global alignment, operational excellence, and legendary service to clients and guests
- Demonstrated robust verbal, written, presentation, and public speaking skills are essential for leading, coaching, and corresponding with all levels within the organization, including creative executives and leaders
- Demonstrated ability to initiate, organize, prioritize, take, and provide direction and complete multiple tasks on time to deliver on specific and measurable targets through a collaborative team environment
- Proven ability to handle financial/accounting issues related to the area of responsibility
- Proficiency with various software/computer programs, including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet, and willingness to learn new software programs or applications
- Demonstrated ability to be adaptable to a wide variety of working environments
- Demonstrated ability to model Disney heritage, traditions, and guidelines
- Proven knowledge and understanding of Walt Disney World® Resort policies and procedures
- Leadership ability, including problem-solving, decision-making, influencing abilities, negotiating skills, and continuous process improvement experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage change, deal with multiple priorities, and handle confidential information
It would be great if you also have:
- Working knowledge of Walt Disney Entertainment collective bargaining agreements, including AEA, AFM, and Service Trades Union contracts (particularly IBT and IATSE side letters)
- Demonstrated Theme Park entertainment experience or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in Theater-related field, or equivalent work experience is required
- Master's degree in Theater-related field is preferred

About the School of Arts, Entertainment, and Creative Technologies
This newly launched school will further position Georgia Tech as an international leader in research, education, and community and industry engagement at the intersection of arts, technology, and design. The school's pedagogical approach will integrate artistic foundations, technical innovation, and creative entrepreneurship. The school will leverage Georgia Tech's existing strengths in areas ranging from artificial intelligence and student startups to digital media and music technology, adopt the culture of practice-based studio pedagogy in the College of Design, and build sustained partnerships with creative studios, technology providers, startup companies, nonprofits, and artists-in-residence taking advantage of Atlanta's thriving creative ecosystem.
The school will be piloting courses in Spring 25 and launch the B.S. in Arts, Entertainment, and Creative Technologies in Fall 2026 for both incoming students as well as transfer students. Job Summary
The College of Design at the Georgia Institute of Technology invites nominations and applications for the position of the founding Chair of the School of Arts, Entertainment, and Creative Technologies in Atlanta, Georgia. We are seeking a visionary, creative, and entrepreneurial academic leader who will develop a nationally and internationally recognized center of excellence for studying the intersection of arts practice and emerging technologies.
The chair will have the opportunity to shape a new school that will expand Georgia Tech's academic and research activities and reputation at the intersection of technology and the arts, with the opportunity for substantial impact within Georgia Tech, the state of Georgia, and beyond. The new chair will be expected to provide overall leadership and vision for the development of a comprehensive program of teaching and research and will oversee the hiring of new faculty for the school, as well as new internal joint appointments that might complement those already in place. Over time the Chair will oversee expanding the major to include a pre-college program and a minor and will help develop a vision to expand into a graduate degree.
Responsibilities
The Chair will:
- Manage academic, fiscal, and personnel matters and ensure the alignment of the School of Arts, Entertainment, and Creative Technologies with the strategic objectives of the College and Institute;
- Maintain an active role in the academic life of the school by contributing personally to teaching and research;
- Create strong interdisciplinary relationships with other schools within the College of Design and across campus;
- Foster an active research culture;
- Elevate awareness of the school and its programs across the campus, as well as with prospective students, alumni, and community, arts, and industry leaders through relationship building as well as public presentations and speaking engagements;
- Work with community and corporate leaders' including through the College of Design Dean's Advisory Board and bring a demonstrated passion for community engagement and fundraising, with a commitment to building lasting relationships that support the School and the College's mission and future growth.
- Develop curricular plans for growth, including growing the major, developing a minor and/or certificate, and envisioning higher-level degrees.
- Manage space and resources to accommodate growth and ensure technology expansion as technological landscapes change.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a terminal degree or professional equivalency related to the intersection of arts, entertainment, and creative technologies with a distinguished record of creative and/or scholarly achievement that typically qualifies for a tenured position at the rank of full professor.
Preferred Qualifications
The candidate must maintain an active commitment to the creative industries, to the technologies that support them (especially film, gaming, and/or immersive media), and to the promotion of excellence in teaching and research and must have the ability to engage with community and industry leaders and work effectively with faculty, students, and administrators. Significant experience in academic or research administration is desirable. We especially encourage candidates with proven or emerging skills in industry partnerships and/or fundraising to apply.
