Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Underground Construction Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate underground telecommunications construction operations. This role is responsible for supervising directional drilling crews performing fiber optic and coaxial cable installations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with construction plans and company standards. The Site Supervisor will manage daily field operations, coordinate crews and equipment, communicate with project management, and serve as the primary on‑site leader for all underground construction activities. The ideal candidate has strong leadership experience in underground or utility construction, a solid understanding of directional drilling operations, and the ability to manage multiple crews and job sites effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily underground construction operations, including horizontal directional drilling (HDD), conduit installation, and fiber/coax placement
• Lead and coordinate drill operators, locators, laborers, and subcontractors on active job sites
• Ensure all work is performed according to construction drawings, permits, utility locates, and project specifications
• Monitor job progress, productivity, and quality to ensure schedules and production goals are met
• Coordinate equipment, materials, and crew needs with project managers, warehouse staff, and dispatch
• Serve as the primary point of contact on site for utility companies, inspectors, clients, and internal leadership

Required Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in underground construction, telecommunications, or utility installation
• Prior experience supervising crews in directional drilling or underground utility environments
• Strong understanding of HDD operations, utility locating, and safe digging practices
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, prints, and utility maps
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills in a field environment
• Valid driver’s license

Duties and Responsibilities:
As a BPA, you will be part of our 60,000+ workforce that strives to protect the American people by safeguarding our borders, deterring illicit activity, and enhancing the nations economic prosperity. Being a BPA makes you a valuable member of the Federal Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) profession.
Typical assignments include:
- Detecting and questioning people suspected of violating immigration and customs laws and inspecting documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations.
- Preventing and apprehending aliens and smugglers of aliens at or near the borders by maintaining surveillance from covert positions to include using infrared scopes during night operations.
- Interpreting and following tracks, marks, and other physical evidence of illegal entry of persons or contraband.
- Performing farm checks, building checks, traffic checks, city patrols, and transportation checks.
- Patrolling the international boundary and coastal waterways using a variety of government assets such as vehicles, horses, vessels, watercraft, off-road vehicles, ATVs, snowmobiles, and motorcycles for the accomplishment of the USBP Mission.
Qualifications:
GL-9: You qualify for the GL-9 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as:
- Performing physical searches of detained individuals, their vehicles, and their immediate surroundings for weapons, contraband, currency, and other evidence.
- Apprehending, physically restraining, or working with law enforcement officials to identify or apprehend violators of state, federal, or immigration laws.
- Proficient in the use of firearms, preparing investigative reports, serving court orders (e.g., warrants, subpoenas, etc.), and gathering evidence for criminal cases prosecuted through the court system.
If you have previous or current law enforcement or military law enforcement experience, you may qualify at the GS-11 grade level.
GS-11: You qualify for the GS-11 grade level if you possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, with the authority granted by the state or government to enforce laws, make arrests, and investigate crimes, performing primary duties in an official law enforcement capacity such as:
- Utilizing intelligence information to track illegal operations, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or contraband while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.
- Leading investigations of fraud, contraband, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or illegal operations to determine sources and patterns while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.
- Apprehending violators of state, federal, or immigration laws by utilizing various forms of complex technology that include surveillance, detection, situation awareness systems, and/or communications equipment.
The above experience will be applied in connection with the following: Make arrests and exercise sound judgment in the use of firearms; deal effectively with people in a courteous manner in connection with law enforcement matters; analyze information rapidly and make prompt decisions; or develop and maintain contact with a network of informants.
There are no education substitutions for the GL-9 or GS-11 grade-level Border Patrol Agent opportunities.

What You'll Do
- Create and deliver individualized treatment programs for students ages 3 and up based on their IEPs or medical plans
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to establish meaningful goals and accommodations
- Oversee and support Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) as needed
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of student needs, including initial and ongoing assessments

Job Summary and QualificationsAs a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in line with the requirements of the department and the standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. Collaborating with medical providers and the care team, you will provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care, following established nursing models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage." You will also act as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying the organization's vision, mission, and values to ensure an outstanding patient experience and positive clinical outcomes.
What you will do in this role:
- Assess the patient's condition during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
- Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s), and ensure thorough and timely documentation of care administration in the patient's medical record. - Administer prescribed medications, monitor the patient for therapeutic response, and take appropriate action in the event of an unintended response to the medication.
- Provide exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests, proactively anticipating patient needs, and resolving them.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers about the patient's medical condition, treatment plan, medications, possible side effects, and follow-up measures, ensuring complete understanding by translating complex medical terminology.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
