Licensed Clinical Social Worker

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide mental health services to children and adolescents (ages 0–18) in an outpatient pediatric setting. This role focuses on early intervention, behavioral health support, and family-centered care. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, intake evaluations, and treatment planning
• Provide individual and family therapy (CBT, play therapy, trauma-informed care)
• Collaborate with pediatric providers on integrated care plans
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments
• Occasionally, provide off-site educational workshops/services and community outreach

Requirements:

• Active LCSW license in Illinois (required)
• Minimum 3 years of pediatric clinical experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
