The Role
We’re looking for a Strategic Sales & Partnerships Lead to drive new revenue and scale our partner ecosystem. You’ll own the full sales cycle—from sourcing and closing direct deals to managing and activating partnerships that expand Cascade’s reach.
You’ll work closely with the CEO, Head of Sales, and Marketing to accelerate growth through direct sales and strategic alliances.
What You'll Do

About the Role:
The Field Quality Control (QC) Manager will lead and manage the project’s Quality Control Program, ensuring all construction activities comply with contract documents, technical specifications, and regulatory requirements.
This role operates independently from construction production staff and reports directly to Mountain Cascade senior leadership. The QC Manager will have the authority to stop non-conforming work and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
This is a critical leadership position focused on quality, documentation, inspections, and compliance.

- Develop and implement the project Quality Control Plan
- Conduct daily inspections of construction activities
- Oversee testing, inspections, and documentation

Qualifications
Required

- OR 15 years of relevant experience
- Completion of Construction Quality Management for Contractors course (available through USACE/NAVFAC)

Basic Qualifications:
- A valid Oregon Manufacturing Plant Journeyman License or higher, or the ability to obtain a license prior to date of hire, is required for this position.
