Benefits:

Except as otherwise required by state law, CarMax Associates are entitled to the following paid sick, vacation, and holiday time.

Associates that are considered full-time hourly or commissioned are eligible:

• To earn up to 48 hours of sick time per year accrued on a per pay period basis and between 80 hours and 200 hours per year of vacation time after a 90 day waiting period depending on years of continuous service with the Company.

We're hiring for entry-level automotive roles at Carvana - the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history and one of the four fastest companies to make the Fortune 500. In these entry-level roles, you'll have several positions to choose from:

• Detailer: detailing vehicles, including washing, interior cleaning, and exterior buffing
• Lot Attendant: move vehicles from one department to the next in our Inspection Centers
• Photobooth Associate: take photos of our vehicles so customers can see our vehicles in our spinners

Cross Functional Store Manager in Training

Position Overview: Under limited supervision by the Location General Manager (LGM), the position is responsible for leading and developing a team of 10-15 cross-functional associates to deliver a world-class selling experience to CarMax customers. This manager stays actively involved in the sales process and creates a culture of learning by driving training to support the CarMax sales process. Team Overview: The Cross Functional Store Manager in Training will work closely with the Location General Manager and other business managers to ensure the effective execution of CarMax policies and procedures. · Strategizes to achieve store’s budgets and performance metrics based on corporate business assumptions and LGM prescribed guidelines.

The primary responsibility of the Logistics Modeling team is to intelligently and efficiently plan how CarMax moves vehicles across its nationwide network. Each year, CarMax completes over 2 million vehicle moves, and our data scientists develop algorithms that determine which moves are executed by CarMax and which are handled by third-party logistics partners. For the moves CarMax completes, the team generates detailed plans specifying exactly which vehicles each driver will transport and when. Front Line Manager in Training

Position Overview

At CarMax, all new managers complete a structured four-month training program to ensure they are prepared to succeed in their new role. The Front-Line Manager in Training is a training and development program designed to give a new CarMax manager the tools they need to assume the role of a Front-Line Manager within the Service Operations department. All Front-Line Managers in Training must successfully complete the training program before taking on the role of a Front-Line Manager.

Training includes learning the following:

· Roles and responsibilities of functional areas within Service Operations

· End-to-end production process including inventory management, cosmetic and mechanical repair

· Fundamental management skills of leaders at CarMax through our Management Development Program

Upon successful completion of the Front-Line Manager in Training Program, the new Manager will be placed in one of the following roles: Flow Mechanical Manager, Flow Cosmetic Manager, Flow Supply Manager, Inventory Manager, or Service Manager.

Required Qualifications

· Demonstrate computer skills with a variety of common and proprietary software

· Possess a valid Driver’s License

· Requires walking or standing for extended periods of time

· Variety of work schedules with shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays

· Occasional travel to other work locations

· Follow all CarMax, state and federal policies, rules and regulations, including, but not limited to: O.S.H.A., and EPA, Personal Protective Equipment, proper waste disposal in required areas, attendance, Asset Protection, Integrity and Standards of Professional Appearance

· Wears CarMax clothing (acquired through the company store) at all times while working in the store
