Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a growing aerospace company in Signal Hill. They are looking to hire multiple CMM Programmers. This position is paying between $30 and $45 an hour based on experience and skills.

The CMM Programmer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) programs using PC‑DMIS software to support inspection activities. This role ensures that manufactured components meet engineering specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements. The CMM Programmer works closely with Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to support production and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and optimize CMM programs using PC‑DMIS for dimensional inspection of parts, assemblies, and tooling.
• Perform first‑article inspections (FAI), in‑process checks, and final inspections as required.
• Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical specifications to develop accurate measurement strategies.
• Set up and operate CMM equipment to validate program accuracy and ensure measurement repeatability.
• Analyze inspection results, generate detailed reports, and communicate findings to Quality and Engineering.
• Maintain CMM equipment, including calibration checks and basic troubleshooting.
• Assist in root‑cause analysis and corrective actions for dimensional non‑conformances.
• Support continuous improvement efforts by recommending measurement process improvements.
• Maintain documentation, revision control, and adherence to quality system standards (AS9100, ISO 9001, etc., if applicable).

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a CMM Programmer or similar role in a manufacturing or precision machining environment.
• Proficiency with PC‑DMIS software (Required).
• Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) and metrology principles.
• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and 3D models.
• Experience operating various inspection tools (micrometers, height gages, calipers, optical/comparator equipment).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

As a PCS intern, you will be working with the PCS team to learn the process of preparing financial statements and how to perform compilations and reviews. You will also learn the preparation procedures of federal and state income tax returns.

Current Junior or Senior working on completing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, or on track to complete 150 credits for CPA-eligibility. 0-2 years recent public accounting experience. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

150-Date/Final Graduation of December 2027 through September 2028. Strong academic track record (Minimum GPA: 3.0). 0-2 years recent public accounting experience. Strong MS Excel and MS Word. Strong time management and organizational skills. Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and with a team. Great communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

Have the availability to work in a hybrid setting for 40 hours per week during business hours (8:30am 5:30pm; Monday Friday). Live in commutable distance to your assigned office. Work a minimum of 3 days per week in your assigned office. Ability to complete the entire 15-week Winter Internship Program: January 4, 2027 April 16, 2027.

Grill Cook Responsibilities:

• Responsible for preparing each order by following company recipes, carryout procedures, and plating standards
• Ensures proper food handling and sanitation procedures are followed
• Prepare visibly appealing meals; preparing all items in a timely manner; delivering hot and fresh meals
• Follows recipe and storyboards to prepare and cook meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, and other foods according to proper preparation methods per the current Bob Evans recipe book
• Works with approved cooking equipment and cooking methods to deliver high quality meals
• Responsible for practicing and upholding health and sanitation standards
• Maintains high standards of personal grooming. Washes hands frequently. Wears gloves to prevent bare hand contact. Promptly changes apron if it becomes soiled
• Understands and complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures
• Must maintain high standards of quality and appearance for all food prepared and served
