Securian Financial is seeking an experienced, collaborative, and highly detail-oriented Senior Paralegal to join our Investments Legal team. This role supports a growing platform focused on private placement bonds and private equity / alternative investments.
This position serves as a key liaison among internal partners, external counsel, portfolio managers, and business counterparties. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
Required
- Paralegal certification with 5+ years of investments transactional experience, gained in a law firm and/or in-house environment at a registered investment adviser, insurance company, or similar financial institution.
- Subject matter expertise in private placement bond transactions, particularly physically-certificated Section 4(a)(2) offerings, and/or private equity or alternative investments.
- Strong working knowledge of:
- NAIC requirements and risk-based capital considerations
- Federal and state securities and investment laws and regulations (e.g., Securities Act, Investment Advisers Act)
- General corporate law principles, applied in a practical, business-focused manner
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to project professionalism and independently negotiate and resolve complex issues.
- Advanced organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple high-priority transactions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong aptitude for learning new technology platforms and document management systems.

The estimated base pay range for this job is:

Lactalis American Group, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Laboratory Excellence Sr. Auditor based in Buffalo, New York. As a Laboratory Excellence Sr. Auditor, the role will carry out responsibilities such as but not limited to satisfy the training needs of Lactalis USA Labs, as well as assuming responsibility for the auditing of all Lactalis USA Labs (12 relay labs + 8 auditing).
From your EXPERTISE to ours
Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Coordinate travel to all USA labs, report of their compliance against the Lactalis testing expectations (SOPs, reproducibility, etc.). Create a force of proposal for improvement and follow up.
- As a Lactalis laboratory accredited auditor, you will plan, organize and perform lab audits for all internal and external labs used by Lactalis in USA, follow up on all corrective actions noted during auditing, make proposals for acceptance (or not) of new external labs (chemistry and micro), based on audit results and compliance within Lactalis protocols.
- Responsibility of "Lab relay" for the USA (that includes plants laboratories, such as LAG, LUSY, Karoun, and LHD); travel to all laboratories in the US to bring testing methods according to the Lactalis standards. Will organize bi-weekly teams meetings with each lab, following on corrective actions and updates on progress
- Responsibility of the integration of any new labs, as Lactalis pursue new acquisitions, as they will need to be transitioned into Lactalis Lab procedures and protocols.
- Manage the Lactalis Cecalait verification system with all laboratories, helping to troubleshoot when out of compliance

The Role:
Reporting to the Senior Regional Business Director, the Senior Oncology Account Manager (Sr. OAM) will contribute to Nuvalent's overall sales objective by performing assigned sales-related activities. The Sr. OAM will provide physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and all healthcare professionals (HCPs) with products, services, and approved information that enable them to prescribe Nuvalent's product(s) appropriately.
The Sr. OAM will implement Nuvalent's marketing strategies and execute corresponding plans in a compliant and successful manner to achieve both short-term and long-term objectives. Job Summary:
We are currently seeking an applicant interested in a long-term position in the Cincinnati Technology Center CTC conducting analytical testing to support, production, product stewardship, and technical services growth. The Analytical Senior Laboratory Technician plays an integral role in technical services of the PFX Group/KOSTUSA. The responsibilities include the setup, testing, and documentation of analytical testing specifically liquid or gas chromatography, based out of the KOSTUSA, CTC Site. Job Functions

Securian Financial Corporate Compliance is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Consultant to lead and mature regulatory change tracking, impact assessment, and implementation across our insurance business. This role will be a key driver of end-to-end regulatory change management - from monitoring and triage, to business impact analysis, to partnering with stakeholders to implement operational changes, update policy/procedure documentation, and establish/refresh monitoring and control plans.

Qualifications:

Job Summary
The Senior Contract Manager, Ancillary Network Contracting, will be part of the Point32Health Ancillary Network Contracting team reporting to the Manager, Ancillary Network Contracting. Senior Contract Manager will operate with minimal oversite to manage ancillary specialties, for Harvard Pilgrim and Tufts Health networks for all lines of business. The Senior Contract Manager is responsible for provider specialties that are more complex in reimbursement, benefit application, and/or larger networks.The Senior Contract Manager will function as point person for provider recruitments; determining network needs and evaluating prospective providers. The Senior Contract Manager will be responsible for working on contract negotiation and administration; adhering to plan reimbursement strategies. - Develops, negotiates, executes and manages provider contracts for services and reimbursement issues with ancillary providers. Participates in all operational aspects of contractual agreements. Develops and maintains key provider relationships.
- Effectively manages the enterprise contractual structure with providers across networks and lines of business. As well as represent the ancillary providers within the organization to include key network issues relevant to plan strategy and operations.
- Collaborates with analytic staff to develop medical budget, evaluate cost trends, and formulate reimbursement models and/or program design. Monitors marketplace trends and new reimbursement methodologies. Is well versed in publicly reported data on reimbursement, market competitors, and regulatory requirements.
- Evaluates the demand for assigned services and identifies areas of network deficiencies or increased service demand for network expansion. - Identifies, evaluates, and implements new programs for improving medical cost management and/or administrative efficiency.
- Represents Ancillary Network Contracting team in internal and external meetings. Prepares and delivers presentations with providers and to partner departments.
