Pegasus Tech Ventures is looking for an experienced sponsorship expert to manage sponsorship for the Startup World Cup (SWC) platform. Startup World Cup ( ) is a series of global startup conferences and competitions, consisting of 100+ regional startup competitions around the world, leading up to the Grand Finale in Silicon Valley. The first half of the finale will be conference style sessions, featuring prominent industry expert guest speakers. Then, top startups from each regional event will fly out to the USA to compete for a $1,000,000 prize.
Many of the regional events are partnered with established technology/startup conferences in each country. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and organizing regional events with partner events, and implementing an effective marketing strategy to propel brand growth. You will work cross-functionally to understand marketing needs, and act as a platform brand ambassador to external sources.
Key Responsibilities
The Manager will be responsible for two primary functions: Capital Raising and Sponsor Servicing/Delivery.
I. Sponsorship Sales & Capital Raising
- Strategy & Prospecting: Develop and execute a comprehensive global sponsorship strategy targeting large multinational corporations, financial institutions, technology leaders, investors and service providers
- Outbound Sales & Pitching: Conduct aggressive outbound sales activities to identify and qualify high-potential sponsors whose strategic goals align with the SWC platform.
- Proposal Development: Create compelling, customized sponsorship proposals and pitch decks tailored to specific corporate objectives (e.g., brand awareness, executive networking, corporate innovation, deal flow access).
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiation and contract finalization processes to close sponsorship deals, achieving regional targets.
II. Sponsor Servicing & Delivery
- Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for committed sponsors, nurturing long-term relationships and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Asset Delivery & Fulfillment: Oversee the flawless execution and delivery of all contracted sponsorship assets, including on-site branding and signage, executive speaking slots, etc. for the regional events & at the Grand Finale
- Logistics Coordination: Work closely with our executive team to manage sponsor needs, production schedules, and logistical requirements before, during, and after the event.
- Post-Event Reporting: Prepare comprehensive ROI and recap reports for sponsors, documenting the fulfillment of entitlements, brand impressions, and measurable value delivered to secure renewals for the following year.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of successful experience in sponsorship sales, business development, corporate partnerships, or fundraising, preferably within the events, media, technology, or finance sectors.
- Revenue Track Record: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding high-value revenue targets (demonstrable history of closing deals over six figures is essential).
- Networking & Presentation Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage confidently with C-level executives and corporate decision-makers globally.
- Project Management: Excellent organizational and project management abilities, capable of overseeing complex timelines and multiple deliverables for several clients simultaneously.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the venture capital, startup, and corporate innovation ecosystems.

The Guest Experience Supervisor will play a key role in implementing hospitality operations, supporting access control procedures, assisting with guest services execution, and ensuring readiness across hospitality areas at the assigned venue.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Venue Manager and Guest Experience Manager with on-site execution of the Hospitality Program.
- Supervise assigned Guest Experience staff during match days and event operations.
- Coordinate with approved vendors and suppliers to ensure services are delivered according to established standards.
- Assist with implementation of hospitality services across lounges, VIP areas, and designated hospitality spaces.
- Support access control procedures, including guest tier verification and zone monitoring.

Role Overview
The Security Manager ensures that every person entering hospitality spaces overseen by On Location, from VIPs to fans and contractors, is authorized to be there. You will oversee and manage a diverse workforce of security access staff and maintain the integrity of the venues to ensure a safe, secure, and seamless flow of people.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Leadership & Training
- Team Oversight: Lead and brief a team of On Location Access Staff on matchday protocols.
- Ensure the proper placement of On Location Access staff at the identified locations and that positions are staffed according to On Location and FIFA requirements
2. Access Control
- Venue Management: Enforce strict access rules for restricted areas, including but not limited to On Location’s: Pitch-side Lounges, VIP Lounges, Pavilions, Villages, and vehicle and vendor access when applicable.
- Problem Solving: Act as the primary escalation point for accreditation discrepancies and failed ticket scans.
3. Safety & Security Integration
- Crowd Flow: Monitor ingress and egress points to prevent overcrowding and ensure that emergency exits remain clear and accessible.
- Inter-Agency Liaison: Coordinate, Venue IT, and FIFA Accreditation teams to align security screening with technical data flows.
- Reporting: Provide real-time data to the Venue Operations Center (VOC) regarding attendance numbers and security incidents in coordination with FIFA Security.
- Emergency Management: Ensure all emergency action procedures for all identified risks are documented, briefed, and trained by all staff at each venue.
Required Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 5+ years in security management, with a specific focus on stadium operations or large-scale international events.
Soft Skills: Calm under extreme pressure; ability to make decisions in high-stress, live environments, all while ensuring the highest level of guest experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Sports Management, or a related field (or equivalent employment and field experience).
Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory. Fluency in Spanish is required for the Mexico-based venues.
Physical & Scheduling Requirements
- Must be able to work long, irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to remain on your feet for 10+ hours and navigate large stadium footprints quickly.

Host Broadcast Services, fully owned by Infront Sports & Media, is a specialist host broadcast organization, originally established with the core mandate of producing the television and radio signals for the 2002 and 2006 FIFA World Cups™.

Your responsibilities
Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Manage the full payroll lifecycle using ADP TotalSource during event time.
- Maintain and update employee records related to payroll and benefits.
- Ensure accurate input of new hires and terminations into the system.
- Process payroll items such as absences, bonuses, leaves, allowances, and time tracking.
- Coordinate with third-party finance and payroll providers to ensure timely and accurate payroll execution.
- Support employees with payroll and benefits-related questions (e.g., health insurance, 401k, FMLA).
Employee Records Management
- Maintain accurate employee records in both physical and digital formats.
- Regularly update personnel files with necessary information and ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.
Is it really for me?
**MUST HAVE ADP/TotalSource experience**
Proven experience in Human Resources, ideally in a similar industry.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Familiarity with HR systems and Microsoft 365 (especially Excel).
Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
Strong organizational skills with a sharp attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Availability for a flexible schedule, especially during event periods.
