About the Role:

Refactor Games is a AAA sports video game studio. We are developing the next generation of professional football (soccer) video games using Unreal Engine 5.


We are seeking a Game Designer - Economy to help design and balance the in-game economy for our AAA European football title developed in Unreal Engine 5. You’ll work on systems that define how players earn, spend, and progress through the game, ensuring a fun, fair, and engaging progression experience that supports long-term player engagement and economic health. Your work will influence reward structures, currency flows, seasonal content, and player motivation loops that keep players invested in the game.

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in game design, including roles focused on economy, progression, or balancing systems (AAA or live service experience preferred).

What You'll Work On:

  • Design and balance in-game economies, including player earnings, currency flows, reward pacing, and progression structures that align with game vision and player expectations.
  • Build and maintain models, spreadsheets, and simulations to represent economic flows and outcomes, helping to inform design decisions and tuning.
  • Collaborate with game designers, live ops teams, and engineers to ensure economy systems integrate smoothly with gameplay mechanics, progression, and live content updates.
  • Analyze economic data, player behavior, and KPIs to identify friction points, balance issues, or opportunities for improvement.
  • Contribute to defining reward structures, progression loops, and player incentives that support both engagement and retention.

  • Ability to communicate concepts and design rationale clearly in both written and verbal form.

What this job involves:   This position focuses on the hands-on performance of ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work orders across multiple facility locations. What your day-to-day will look like:

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work orders on facility mechanical, electrical and other installed systems, equipment, and components.

• Maintain, operate, and repair all HVAC systems and associated equipment, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, building interior/exterior repair, and related grounds.

• Conduct assigned facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting conditions that impact client occupancy and operations.

• Respond effectively to all emergencies and after-hours building activities as required.

• Prepare and submit summary reports to management listing conditions found during assigned work and recommend corrective actions.

• Study and maintain familiarity with building automation systems, fire/life safety systems, and other building-related equipment.

• Maintain compliance with all safety procedures, recognize hazards, and propose elimination methods while adhering to State, County, or City Ordinances, Codes, and Laws.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid state driver's license and Universal CFC Certification.

The SEM Manager is responsible for executing the digital marketing strategy across Tao Group Hospitality venues, with a primary focus on search engine marketing (SEM) and paid search campaigns. This role drives revenue, ticket sales, VIP table bookings, and brand visibility through Google Ads management, paid search strategy, performance marketing, paid social media, and online platform optimization.

  • Experience with Google Ads scripts, automated bidding strategies, and advanced audience targeting
  • Demonstrated success managing substantial paid search budgets with measurable performance outcomes

  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms, CMS systems, local search marketing, and SEO best practices
