The School of History and Sociology (HSOC) is a uniquely interdisciplinary unit with an intellectual culture of cross-pollination between sociological and historical scholarship as well as work in science and technology studies. The School of History and Sociology () at the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia, seeks a tenure-track assistant professor of history who specializes in immigration and the United States in a period after 1860. We are particularly interested in applicants whose work also includes a focus on women, gender, and/or the U.S. South although scholars of immigration and the United States whose work falls outside of those areas are still encouraged to apply. Due to existing research and teaching strengths in the School, preference will be given to applicants who study non-European immigrants and/or their descendants. The successful candidate will be expected to teach the second half of the U.S. history survey, including possibly online, as well as classes in the candidate's area of specialization that suit the needs of the School. Assistant/Associate Professor Positions in Biology and Bioengineering
The University of Massachusetts Dartmouth invites applications for multiple tenure-track faculty positions in the life sciences and biotechnology. Appointment will be at the Assistant or Associate Professor level in either the Department of Biology or of Bioengineering beginning in September 2026.
The Biology Department in the College of Arts and Sciences is seeking candidates with a teaching and research focus in biotechnology, genetic engineering, synthetic biology, or molecular biology, whose research crosses boundaries of traditional life science disciplines and addresses questions of broad significance. Research focusing on questions in the marine environment, using marine model species, or addressing fundamental biological questions with potential relevance to life sciences is of particular interest. The Bioengineering Department in the College of Engineering seeks applications across the full breadth of biomedical engineering. It is particularly interested in candidates with a teaching and research focus in the broad areas of biomedical devices, synthetic biology, drug delivery, and cell and tissue engineering. Candidates that can collaborate across these areas and across traditional departments are encouraged to apply.
The successful candidate's research program will complement existing research strengths in their home Department and have the potential to form new cross-disciplinary research collaborations, including between the Colleges of Arts and Sciences and Engineering. - Inpatient Obstetric Care: Provide 24/7 in-hospital coverage for labor and delivery, including triage, active labor management, and postpartum care.

The Opportunity
The University of Central Florida (UCF) College of Medicine (COM) invites applications for a non-tenure earning assistant professor of medicine or associate professor of medicine position in the Department of Medical Education. We are seeking an experienced medical educator with expertise in foundational biomedical sciences, particularly pharmacology, to contribute to our innovative curriculum and support the development of future physicians.
The successful candidate will work with a multidisciplinary team of educators to design, deliver, and continuously improve a competency-based, integrated medical curriculum.Responsibilities include teaching in areas such as pharmacology, cellular and molecular biology, biochemistry, and genetics. The ideal candidate will have experience in curricular design, active learning methodologies (e.g., case-based and team-based learning). The incumbent will be expected to engage in educational scholarship and will have service responsibilities to the department, college, and university.
The Department of Medical Education is composed of a multidisciplinary team representing the foundational sciences, clinical sciences, and health library sciences. Its mission is to develop, enhance, and evaluate integrated educational programs that promote student learning across the basic and clinical curriculum.
Minimum Qualifications:

Assistant Professor - Management (Tenure-Track)
The department of Management & Marketing of the Charlton College of Business at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth seeks an Assistant Professor (Tenure-Track) in Management to conduct innovative research within this field that is aligned with the college's mission and the department's research priorities. The appointee will also teach three sections per semester of undergraduate or courses, pursue pedagogical innovation, and engage in service activities. The Assistant Professor (Tenure-Track) in Management is expected to publish research in well-regarded scholarly management journals. Job Summary
The Georgia Institute of Technologys School of Architecture invites applications for a tenure-track appointment at Associate or Full Professor in the School of Architecture in the area of Architecture and Design Computing. The successful candidate will: First, lead the development of research agendas in this area; second, serve as steward for the Eastman Fund to support doctoral students; and third, work with the School Chair and the Dean in order to reshape the mission of the Digital Building Lab (DBL).
The DBL was created by professor Chuck Eastman to address design computation, data standards and interoperability. Over the years it has housed studies in design and construction automation; project delivery systems; and smart buildings, infrastructure and environments, often working in conjunction with the Digital Fabrication Lab which provides a setting for design-build projects for the faculty and the students. The DBL has also fostered collaborations between the faculty of the School of Architecture, the School of Building Construction and the School of Industrial Design, as well as collaborations with the research labs of the faculty including the Shape Computation Lab (SCL) and the High Performance Buildings Lab. Under professor Chuck Eastman, funding came from both successful research applications and from industry memberships. The partnerships with industry fostered and sustained a link between academic research and advances in practice as well as in research internal to major architecture firms. Now is the time to redefine and revitalize the vision and the mission of the lab, taking into account current developments in artificial intelligence, data-based design decisions, and advanced digital modeling of buildings and their performance.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the successful candidate include securing and conducting funded research, stewarding the future identity and growth of DBL, mentoring early career researchers, advising PhD students, leading the development of forward-looking curricula for the MS Arch and PhD programs, and teaching advanced graduate courses in candidate's area of expertise.
Required Qualifications
Candidate must have a terminal professional degree in Architecture or an allied discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
A strong record of publications on architectural and design computation and/or the development of digital technologies applicable to building design and construction; and a strong track record of sponsored research, industry collaboration, and teaching. A Doctoral Degree is preferred. An interest and ability to relate research to studio teaching is welcome but studio teaching is not a requirement for this position.

The University of Massachusetts School of Law - Dartmouth invites applications for the position of Assistant Teaching Professor. The professor will teach Legal Skills I and II courses in which students develop abilities in legal research, writing, analysis, and advocacy. The Opportunity

Job Summary
