POSITION SUMMMARY: The QA/QC Commissioning Associate III assists in quality control and quality assurance of data center critical systems preparing for the commissioning process. The QA/QC Commissioning Associate assists the QA/QC Engineer to ensure that the correct equipment has been purchased and that installation is in accordance with industry standards and equipment specifications. This role will develop skills and industry knowledge to perform increasingly more complex commissioning tasks.

  • Develop QA/QC documents of the complete project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered, and other important QA/QC documents
  • Follow all standards to perform inspection and tests on all procedures and oversee all testing methods and maintain high standards of quality for all processes
  • Review the quality of all materials at the site and ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality and collaborate with the department for all material procurement and maintain a quality of materials
  • Support the effective implementation of all test and inspection schedules and ensure adherence to all procedures and coordinate with various teams to perform quality audits on processes
  • Assist employees to ensure knowledge of all quality standards and ensure compliance to all quality manuals and procedures and collaborate with contractors and suppliers to maintain the quality of all systems
  • Manage to lift all types of equipment and handle the efficient storage of all hazardous materials and perform quality audits as per the required schedule
  • Understand all products and non-conformance processes and evaluate all documents to ensure the maintenance of optimal quality and prepare monthly reports to evaluate performance
  • Monitor an efficient system and record for all project activities and analyze all processes to ensure all work according to quality requirements
  • Understand all work methods and maintain knowledge on all quality assurance standards and monitor continuous application for all quality assurance processes and recommend corrective actions for all processes
  • Support and follow a method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project
  • Liaise the Technical Engineer for submission of material submittals to Consultant
  • Develop and maintain inspection reports
  • Ensure compliance to federal and state laws, as well as company standards and specifications
  • Maintain calibration of quality testing equipment
  • Perform inspections across all stages of production
  • Advising on procedures to improve production efficiency
  • Prepare and maintain test data for review
  • Evaluate data and draft reports, noting any relevant deviations from existing standards
  • Identify areas for quality control improvement and implement new methods accordingly
  • Communicate quality or compliance concerns with urgency

Education/Experience (Desired):


  • Technical Military MOS, trade school and/or degree
  • Experience and/or education and internship in complex facilities or mission critical projects is preferred
  • Any civilian or military technical certifications is a plus
  • Experience with writing and enforcing standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Solid understanding of test equipment & software
  • Minimum of 5-9 years of inspection and/or production experience
  • Strong working knowledge of various mathematical concepts including fractions, ratios, and proportions

The Registered Polysomnographic Technologist works under the general supervision of the Director of Sleep Services or designee to provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment of sleep disorders including in center and out of center sleep testing, diagnostic and therapeutic interventions, comprehensive patient care and direct patient education. The Registered Polysomnographic Technologist is able to perform the duties defined for a sleep technologist and is able to provide oversight of other sleep center staff. The Registered Polysomnographic Technologist is credentialed in sleep technology.

Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

Sleep Study Preparation and Set-up
- Collect, analyze and integrate patient information in order to identify and meet the patient-specific needs (physical/mental limitations, current emotional/physiological status regarding the testing procedure, pertinent medical/social history).
- Determine final testing parameters/procedures in conjunction with the ordering physician or clinical director and laboratory protocols.
- Review the patients history and verify the medical order.
- Follow sleep center protocols related to the sleep study.
- When patient arrives, verify identification, collect documents and obtain consent for the study.
- Explain the procedure and orient the patient for either in center or out of center sleep testing.
- Select appropriate equipment and calibrate for testing to determine proper functioning and make adjustments, if necessary.
- Apply electrodes and sensors according to accepted published standards.
- Perform routine positive airway pressure (PAP) interface fitting and desentization. Sleep Study Procedures
- Follow procedural protocols [such as Multiple Sleep Latency Test (MSLT), Maintenance of Wakefulness Test (MWT), parasomnia studies, PAP and oxygen titration, etc.] to ensure collection of appropriate data.
- Perform appropriate physiological calibrations to ensure proper signals and make required adjustments.
- Follow lights out procedures to establish and document baseline values (such as body position, oxyhemoglobin saturation, respiratory and heart rates, etc.).
- Perform data acquisition while monitoring study-tracing quality to ensure signals are artifact-free. Identify, correct and document artifact.
- Document routine observations, including sleep stages and clinical events, changes in procedure, and other significant events in order to facilitate scoring and interpretation of polysomnographic results.
- Implement appropriate interventions (including actions necessary for patient safety and therapeutic intervention such as positive airway pressure, oxygen administration, etc.).
- Follow lights on procedures to verify integrity of collected data and complete the data collection process (e.g. repeat the physiological and instrument calibrations and instruct the patient on completing questionnaires, checking for completeness, etc.).
- Score sleep/wake stages by applying professionally accepted guidelines.
- Score clinical events (such as respiratory events, cardiac events, limb movements, arousals, etc.) utilizing AASM standards.
- Generate accurate reports by tabulating sleep/wake and clinical event data.
- Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to recognize and provide age specific care in the treatment, assessment, and education of neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
- Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to perform portable monitoring equipment preparation and data download.
- Perform patient education and instruction appropriate for out of center sleep testing.
- Demonstrate adherence to cleaning and disinfection procedures for portable monitoring devices.

Qualification, education, and experience requirements:

Purpose:

The quality assurance Supervisor of Hampton Farms is involved in the manufacture of food products intended for the consumer. The quality assurance Supervisor is a critical position in Hampton Farms food quality and safety for producing our peanut product. The quality assurance supervisor is trained in various areas pertaining to the job required. He / she will assume all duties as the quality assurance manager in his / her absence. * Verify with the production scheduler what products are running at the beginning of each shift.

* Must be able to complete work required paperwork, for example: QA documents, metal detector sheets, roasting peanuts report, and weight check sheets. Must also review quality control technician's paperwork.

* Be able to collect samples for retains and for micro samples and be able to document. Send out samples for testing with proper paperwork.

This dental faculty member will provide leadership and oversight for the design, delivery, assessment, and continuous improvement of the Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) curriculum. As a licensed dentist and academic leader, the Assistant Director works in close collaboration with the Assistant Dean of Curriculum and Integrated Learning to ensure that the predoctoral program provides students with a rigorous, integrated, and competency-based educational experience.


The Assistant Director plays a pivotal role in preparing students for successful entry into patient care, fostering a culture of educational innovation, and ensuring that the DMD program maintains the highest standards of academic excellence and clinical relevance.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Curriculum Leadership and Oversight

  • Collaborate with the Assistant Dean to ensure the DMD curriculum is innovative, evidence-based, and aligned with institutional and CODA standards.
  • Review, update, and approve course syllabi for accuracy, clarity, and integration across the curriculum.
  • Guide the implementation of integrated learning strategies across biomedical, behavioral, and clinical science courses.
  • Identify opportunities for curricular innovation and integration, and collaborate with the CDM team to implement them.

Assessment and Competency Development

  • Oversee rubric development, review, and calibration processes for formative and summative assessments in both pre-clinical and clinical settings.
  • Coordinate faculty calibration in grading and competency evaluation to promote fairness and consistency alongside the Assistant Director of Faculty Development.
  • Monitor student progression toward achievement of program competencies, including analysis of reports, dashboards, and data-driven recommendations.
  • Lead initiatives to assess the effectiveness of educational outcomes and implement continuous quality improvements.

Faculty and Administrative Support

  • Serve as a resource and mentor to faculty in curriculum design, assessment, and educational best practices.
  • Provide faculty development opportunities in competency-based education and assessment methodology.
  • Assist the Assistant Dean in managing the operational responsibilities of the curriculum office, including scheduling, accreditation preparation, and policy development.
  • Contribute to institutional reporting, strategic planning, and accreditation site visit preparation.
  • Assume responsibility for didactic and clinical coverage as necessary to support programmatic and patient care needs.

Collaboration and Service

  • Serve as a liaison between faculty, course directors, students, and academic leadership to facilitate curricular charge.
  • Participate in relevant committees related to curriculum, assessment, student success, and accreditation.
  • Support institutional initiatives in educational innovation, interprofessional education, and continuous quality improvement.


Qualifications:

Required:

  • DMD/DDS degree from a CODA-accredited institution.
  • Current licensure (or eligibility for licensure) in the United States.
  • Preferred experience in academic dentistry with demonstrated involvement in teaching, curriculum design, and/or assessment.
  • Knowledge of competency-based education, rubric development, and evaluation of clinical skills.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Commitment to student success, mentorship, and continuous program improvement.

Preferred:
