The responsibility:
The Dual Property Assistant General Manager plays a critical role in supporting the GM daily while also being the team leader for multiple teams. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

TRAINING & PERFORMANCE
Make sure appropriate trainings are in place and collect constant feedback to be able to adapt quickly to the always changing reality of the stores. Carry out specific training according to the market needs. Provide support and guidance to Store Managers and District Managers on the follow up, evaluation and development of their teams and have a robust succession plan for key positions.
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
Provide support to Store Managers, District Managers and Regional Managers with employee relations, conflict resolution and mediation when needed. Spread the MANGO culture and values in store ensuring high levels of engagement from all retail team members. Visit stores on a regular basis to evaluate the atmosphere and understand skill gaps/challenges in our teams and collaboratively offer solutions. Conduct the exit interviews to leavers to understand the employee experience, as well as identifying improvement proposals.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Follow up all stores have the company H&S protocols in place during weekly visits, making sure our employees are safe in their workplace.
LABOR
Collaborate with Labor department to support retail on updates about changes in the legislation, align company behaviors, and help to find new solutions to reach out store needs.
ORGANIZATION & PROJECTS
Participate in strategic People projects together with Internal Communication, Labor & Payroll, Health & Safety, Talent & Organization and Development and Compensation & Benefits. Analyzation of People KPIs and implement action plans with retail team.
REQUIREMENTS
-5+ years of experience in HR management in a retail setting and/or in store retail management role (must have in store retail experience and/or have worked in Human Resources for a retail brand)
-Experience with recruitment, talent management, and performance management

Job Summary
The Financial Administrator is responsible for assisting with financial operations of a department or unit, interpreting, advising and disseminating financial policies and procedures; ensuring that unit accounting practices and procedures follow Institute guidelines and recommending improvements to unit procedures. Job Description
As a HomeTeam Sales Manager, you can expect to:
* Manage sales in line with budgeted financial performance
* Assist in the preparation of financial projections and develops a plan for achieving the goals set out in those projections
* Demonstrate the ability to answer questions, research problems, and resolve issues
* Communicate daily with the Service Manager to be better able to set service expectations for customers
* Prepare completed sales reports
* Creates a positive work environment
* Attract and select high-caliber employees, while consistently maintaining a qualified staff of Sales Representatives
* Actively manage the performance and motivation of sales staff
* Assist with making regular sales calls to develop customer relationships and follow up on leads
* Monitor, analyze, and communicate monthly sales data to the corporate office
* Maintain sales levels to generate adequate revenue
* Responsible for adjusting errors and customer complaints
* Assist your team members in their assigned area to help generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls
* Able to influence others and self-motivated
