Position Responsibilities:
Level 3

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

Level 4: 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience

The Senior Design Engineer is a team member of the EG Design group and is responsible for the process design of industrial gas, specialty gas and chemical systems for Air Liquide customers in the Electronics industry. This position is responsible for design development and project technical support starting at the conceptual phase through project execution and has mastered the skills needed to apply RAGAGEP (Recognized and Generally Accepted Good Engineering Practices), national codes and internal IMS standards to the project design. Responsibilities

About the Role
We are seeking a Rapid Response Producer who can identify emerging news moments, cultural conversations, and viral social trends, and quickly translate those opportunities into clear and compelling digital content.
This role requires the ability to invent original video concepts from breaking news and emerging political conversations, transforming real-time narratives into compelling digital content.
This role sits at the intersection of news awareness, social media instincts, and fast content production. The ideal candidate has strong editorial judgment, understands how narratives form online, and can quickly create social-ready video, graphics, and written content while stories are still unfolding.
This role works closely with the Creative Director and leadership to identify high-velocity news and social moments, then produce and distribute content designed to inform, shape narrative, and reach audiences while conversations are actively developing.
Responsibilities
News Monitoring & Trend Recognition
• Monitor daily news, cultural developments, and social media conversations to identify emerging narrative opportunities
• Track trending topics, breaking stories, and influential commentary across platforms including X, YouTube, TikTok, and major news outlets
• Recognize viral moments early and surface opportunities for rapid response content
• Maintain awareness of political, cultural, and policy developments that intersect with the organization’s mission
Narrative Identification & Content Ideation
• Identify emerging political narratives, viral moments, and cultural flashpoints that can be turned into compelling video content
• Generate original video concepts based on breaking news, media coverage, political speeches, and online conversations
• Rapidly translate political developments into clear, shareable content ideas designed to influence online conversation
• Develop creative angles that highlight contradictions, hypocrisy, or overlooked aspects of political stories
• Pitch daily content ideas and collaborate with leadership to prioritize high-impact narratives
Rapid Response Content Creation
• Monitor political news, podcasts, interviews, and social media platforms to identify moments that can be turned into impactful video content
• Quickly produce short-form videos responding to breaking political stories, media narratives, or viral moments
• Create fast-turnaround video content designed to participate in and shape real-time online conversations
• Develop reaction videos, commentary edits, and narrative-driven clips designed to drive engagement and sharing
Rapid Content Production
• Quickly produce social-ready content in response to breaking news and trending conversations
• Create short-form video edits, social clips, graphics, quote cards, and commentary content
• Turn around content rapidly while maintaining clarity, accuracy, and strong creative standards
• Adapt content formats for multiple platforms including X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Create, manage, and maintain social media accounts when needed to enable rapid distribution and activation around emerging news and cultural moments
• Upload, schedule, and publish content directly through organizational social accounts to ensure expedited distribution during breaking news cycles
Social Platform Strategy
• Understand how video performs across platforms such as X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Design videos with strong hooks, captions, and pacing optimized for social media consumption
• Identify formats and editing techniques that increase shareability and audience engagement
• Track which types of content generate the strongest response and iterate creative approaches accordingly
Political Narrative Awareness
• Maintain strong awareness of political media coverage, cultural debates, and influencer conversations
• Identify opportunities to create content that reframes or challenges prevailing narratives
• Translate complex political developments into clear, visually compelling stories that resonate with audiences
Narrative Framing & Editorial Judgment
• Identify key story angles, moments, and commentary that resonate with audiences
• Translate complex news developments into concise, accessible content
• Ensure rapid response content aligns with the organization’s messaging priorities and narrative objectives
• Work with leadership to refine tone, framing, and positioning for timely topics
Content Repurposing & Optimization
• Repackage interviews, archival footage, and existing media into timely social content
• Extract relevant clips or moments from long-form video, press conferences, or broadcast segments
• Adapt content into formats optimized for engagement and distribution
• Stay informed on emerging social formats and evolving content trends
Creative Ownership
• Take ownership of the creative process from idea generation through final video delivery
• Proactively propose new content formats and storytelling approaches that strengthen campaign impact
• Continuously experiment with new editing styles, formats, and narrative techniques to improve performance
Collaboration & Execution
• Work closely with the Creative Director and leadership to align rapid response content with strategic priorities
• Contribute ideas for how the organization can participate in emerging cultural and political conversations
• Manage multiple content opportunities simultaneously in a fast-moving environment
• Maintain organized project files and efficient production workflows
• Receive direction and apply feedback constructively while maintaining strong editorial judgment
Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in social media production, digital media, journalism, or video content creation
• Strong instincts for identifying news moments, cultural trends, and viral social conversations
• Ability to produce content quickly while maintaining high editorial and creative standards
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar platforms
• Familiarity with design tools such as Photoshop, Canva, or similar graphic platforms
• Strong understanding of how content performs across major social platforms
• Experience managing or publishing through social media accounts and content distribution platforms
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
• Familiarity with news monitoring tools, social listening platforms, or media research services is a plus
• Portfolio required demonstrating social video, rapid response content, or digital storytelling work

Position Summary
The Quality & Compliance Manager provides organization-wide leadership for quality assurance, performance improvement, and compliance across Care Management, Addiction Response, and related programs. The Quality & Compliance Manager plays a critical role in supporting North Colorado Health Alliance's mission by ensuring programs operate with integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement—strengthening organizational readiness, reducing risk, and improving outcomes across northeastern Colorado. Reporting directly to the Deputy Executive Officer, this role ensures that programs operate in alignment with regulatory requirements, funder expectations, internal policies, and
best practices while driving continuous improvement in quality, outcomes, and accountability.
This position serves as a core governance and risk-management function, translating requirements into operational practice, monitoring performance and compliance, and supporting leadership with data-informed insights and corrective action strategies. This role serves as the organization's central point of accountability for program quality, performance measurement, reporting compliance, and contractual adherence, ensuring expectations are clearly understood and consistently operationalized across departments. This position partners closely with program and executive leadership to sustain high-quality, compliant, and person-centered services. The Quality & Compliance Manager directly supervises the Performance Improvement Coordinator and may supervise others as assigned.

* 5+ years of experience in quality improvement, compliance, care management, behavioral health, or related settings
* Experience supervising managers and leading multidisciplinary teams
* Demonstrated experience with audits, policy development, and performance monitoring
* 7+ years of progressive experience in population health, health systems, public health, or cross-sector initiatives
* Demonstrated experience leveraging health assessments and data to inform strategy and systems change
* Proven ability to convene and lead cross-sector working groups or collaboratives
* Strong understanding of health equity, social determinants of health, and community-based system
Preferred:
- Master's degree in public health, public administration, social work, health policy, or a related field (or
equivalent experience)
- Experience working in Medicaid-funded, care coordination, or grant-funded programs
- Familiarity with continuous quality improvement methodologies (PDSA, Lean, etc.)
- Experience working within or alongside Medicaid, public health agencies, or regional health alliances
- Familiarity with policy development, advocacy, or regulatory environments affecting population health

- Establish and maintain quality frameworks, dashboards, and key performance indicators
- Ensure programs have clearly defined performance measures, outcome targets, and reporting
requirements, and that these are consistently monitored across departments
- Track progress toward programmatic outcomes and deliverables, identifying risks to performance or
compliance early and escalating concerns as needed
- Engage directly and indirectly in existing workflows to assess quality, fidelity, and effectiveness, and
recommend revisions to improve outcomes and consistency
- Lead organization-wide quality assurance and performance improvement efforts across programs
- Lead or support the development, implementation, and monitoring of Performance Improvement Plans
(PIPs) for programs, teams, or workflows that are not meeting performance, quality, or compliance
expectations.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Partner with program leadership to design, implement, and monitor corrective and preventive action plans
Compliance Oversight & Audit Readiness
- Oversee internal compliance monitoring, including chart audits, case reviews, and workflow adherence
- Ensure readiness for external audits, site reviews, and funder monitoring activities
- Track, document, and follow up on compliance findings and corrective actions
- Monitor grant deliverables, contractual obligations, and reporting requirements to ensure compliance
Contract & Grant Oversight
- Maintain centralized oversight of current contracts, grants, and funding agreements, ensuring proper filing,
version control, and accessibility in partnership with the Finance Team.
- Ensure organizational understanding of contractual requirements across departments, including:
o Scope of work and deliverables
o Performance measures and reporting expectations
o Invoicing requirements and timelines
o Contract terms, renewal dates, and close-out requirements
o Partner with finance, program, and leadership teams to monitor compliance with contractual
obligations and identify risks to funding or performance
o Support corrective action planning when contractual or performance requirements are at risk of not being met
Policy, Procedure & Governance Alignment
- Lead the review, development, and maintenance of policies and procedures
- Ensure policies align with regulatory requirements, funder expectations, and operational practice
- Maintain documentation standards, version control, and approval workflows
- Support leadership and staff understanding and consistent implementation of policies
Program Workflow & Risk Management
- Provide oversight of program workflows to ensure alignment with quality, compliance, & operational
standards through direct engagement with program teams and indirect review of workflows,
documentation, and outputs.
- Identify workflow-related risks and inefficiencies and recommend system-level improvements
- Partner with program leadership to standardize workflows and reduce variation
- Support integration of quality and compliance expectations into daily operations
Data, Reporting & Performance Accountability
- Collaborate with data and evaluation partners to translate quality and compliance data into actionable
insights
- Maintain oversight of internal and external reporting calendars, ensuring reporting deadlines, submission
requirements, and performance measures are clearly tracked and met
- Support program teams with report preparation and submission, including data validation, quality checks,
interpretation of findings, and alignment with funder or regulatory expectations
- Review reports prior to submission to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency with performance
data and contractual requirements
- Partner with leadership to assess reported outcomes and translate findings into quality improvement
actions
- Prepare regular summaries and briefings for the Deputy Executive Officer and Executive Leadership
- Support internal and external reporting related to quality, compliance, and performance
Leadership & Staff Supervision
- Provide direct supervision, coaching, and performance management for the Performance Improvement
Coordinator
