Job Title: Part-Time Host & Host Supervisor (Part-Time)

Reports To: Diya Singhvi (Store Manager)
Supervised by: Assistant Store Manager, Host Supervisors

Job Overview
Fishs Eddy is looking for cheerful, energetic Hosts to be the first smile our customers see and the heartbeat of our store. This is a hands-on, front-facing role where you’ll help make every visit a little brighter, a little more fun, and totally memorable.
Hosts greet and guide our guests through our one-of-a-kind collection, answer questions, and ring up purchases with accuracy and flair. You’ll help keep the floor lively, organized, and distinctly Fishs Eddy—full of personality, warmth, and maybe a little magic.

Key Responsibilities
- Be the friendly, welcoming face for every customer, creating an engaging and memorable in-store experience
- Answer questions, provide guidance, and help customers discover the perfect piece
- Operate the register and complete transactions accurately and efficiently
- Keep the sales floor inviting, organized, and reflective of Fishs Eddy’s unique personality
- Support colleagues and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment
- Uphold Fishs Eddy’s service standards and core values in every customer interaction
- Assist with BOH tasks as needed such as pricing and cleaning inventory.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous retail experience preferred, but not required
- Genuine passion for delivering exceptional, friendly customer service
- Energetic, approachable, and outgoing personality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
- Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move merchandise as needed
Compensation and Benefits:
• Salary: $20 /hour ($22-24 for supervisor role)
• Pay Frequency: Weekly
