Insurance Defense Attorney (Full Time)

This dynamic mid-sized construction litigation firm specializing in the defense of bodily injury and property damage claims on behalf of high profile New York developers and contractors seeks a full-time attorney with a minimum of 5 years of litigation experience. If you are an independent self-starter who can handle all aspects of litigation from pleadings to trials, this is a unique opportunity to make your mark in New York insurance defense litigation. Knowledge of New York Labor Law §§200, 240(1) and 241(6) and insurance coverage law is a plus.

Compensation range $150k-$190k, plus bonus.
