Job Summary:

The Patient Care Tech is an unlicensed staff member who supports professional staff in providing care and service to patients and families under the direction and supervision of registered nurses and supports the plan of care for assigned patients.

Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

Performs tasks to include but not limited to vital signs, AM/PM Care, I O measurement, tube feedings (bolus, gravity, pump), simple dressing changes, post-mortem care, pin care (orthopedic patients), ostomy care, discontinuing indwelling urinary catheters, urine collection Performs tasks to include but not limited to Phlebotomy, capillary blood glucose monitoring, specimen collection, finger and heel sticks (as required by a registered nurse) Under supervision and nurse unit dependent, perform tasks to include but not limited to: tracheostomy care, discontinuing peripheral intravenous lines, in-line suctioning of ventilator patients Perform tasks to include but not limited to: ensure laboratory specimens are properly labeled and promptly delivered to appropriate departments, assist in the coordination of unit activities to ensure that patients' needs are met efficiently, serve as a runner between pharmacy, pathology, and x-ray Reacts promptly and appropriately to emergency situations, provides input into the plan of care by reporting pertinent information involving patient/family to the appropriate nurse, provide safer transportation to ancillary departments while utilizing hand-off communications

The selected candidate will serve as a single management point of contact between the Government customer, the contract team, and AGE Solutions' senior leadership team. The selected candidate will be responsible for all aspects of TO performance to including staffing, employee mentorship, customer satisfaction, completion of all TO activities, quality management, submission of deliverables, subcontractor management, and financial performance.


Responsibilities Include:



  • Serves as the project manager for a complex task order and shall assist the Program Manager in working with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), the task order-level Task Order Managers, Government management personnel and customer agency representatives.
  • Under the guidance of the Program Manager, responsible for the overall management of the specific task order(s) and ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner.
  • May be tasked to participate in Site Surveys for future technical refreshes and for Site Visits and System Testing for Augmentation Outside Vendor Contracts to communicate all findings and recommendation to the assigned VTC Engineer POC.
  • Develop and manage project schedules for AV/VTC maintenance activities and installations.
  • Develop and manage project plans.
  • Oversee technical execution of the task order and ensure quality delivery of work and deliverables across all task areas.
  • Develop and submit presentations and reports concerning all aspects of execution.
  • Lead In Progress Review (IPR) meetings with government and contractor stakeholders.
  • Develop and submit status reports to the government customer, including Monthly Status Reports (MSRs)
  • Ensure the continued qualification and access of the contract team and submit associated reports such as 8140 compliance reports, CAC reports, etc.
  • Coordinate daily with the contract team and government customer.
  • Provide reporting and updates to the AGE PMO.

Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience:



  • Experience:

    • Five (5) years relevant experience and 5 years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields.


  • Education:

    • BS or BA degree or four (4) additional years of related experience.


  • Certifications:

    • Must have a current Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.
    • Must have at least one of the following: AMX Technician (Networked AV) Certification, Completed Crestron CTI Technician Track Certification, or AVIXA CTS certification.


  • Clearance:

    • Must possess a High Risk, Secret, Critical Sensitive with a Tier 5/SSBI investigation (DoD Top Secret).



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience managing DoD AV/VTC installation, configuration, programming, maintenance, and support contracts.
  • Technical AV/VTC experience.
  • Security+ CE certification or higher.

Work Environment and Physical Demand:

Responsibilities and Requirements

- Primary Function

- The Registered Dietitian (RD)will provide nutritional care and consultation to patients and their caregivers for inpatients, outpatients, and planned community programs. The RD will provide current expert nutrition knowledge to healthcare professionals to improve nutrition care and health outcomes across the continuum. The RD will responsibly comply with all hospital and regulatory groups to provide high quality nutritional care.

- Position Qualifications

- Experience

- 1-2 Years previous hospital clinical experience preferred.

- Will consider entry level candidates.

- Education and Training

- Bachelor’s degree in dietetics or related field

- Completed internship or other approved pathway to academy of nutrition and dietetics.

- License, Certification & Registration

- LDN - MA Dietitian/Nutritionist acquired within 9 months of hire.

- RD - Registered Dietitian through the Commission on Dietetic Registration within 6 months of hire.

- Other Requirements

- Must accumulate 15 continuing education hours per year which are and approved.

- Must work effectively as both an independent practitioner and a team member, within established policies and standards.

- Must communicate verbally and in writing in a clear and concise manner.

- Must maintain current knowledge and provide nutrition care with minimal supervision.

- Must demonstrate ability to complete projects and assignments with expected outcomes.

- Must present appropriate role modeling as a health care provider, demonstrating a healthy lifestyle.
