Seeking a full-time permanent Board Certified / Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician in the scenic upper Hudson Valley of Upstate New York, just 2 hours north of NYC and 45 minutes south of Albany.

This outpatient role is part of a hospital-owned primary care group, supported by a collaborative team of physicians, NPs, and administrative staff.

Patient Population: all ages

Typical Daily Volume: 1822 patients per day

Practice Setting: 100% outpatient

No call requirements, Nurse practitioners take all evening and weekend call

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $275K - $300K based on experience

Bonus: RVU-based, up to $25,000$30,000 annually

Sign-On 20k, Relocation allowance 10k
