  • Manage the day-to-day activities on the sales floor. Maintain presence on the sales floor to supervise staff and ensure appropriate floor coverage.

  • Partners with the sales professionals in the administration of special order requests
  • Oversee store opening and closing in the absence of the Retail Store Manager.


Talent

  • Partners with the Retail Store Director in hiring and providing performance review feedback. Trains new Sales Associates.
  • Provide leadership to staff through monthly scheduled meetings to review and coach on overall performance
  • Provide formal and informal feedback to staff to build ongoing development opportunities
  • Explain and enforce KPIs and ensure that staff is trending to those measures


Qualifications

  • Work Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience managing in a similar role, preferably within a high-end luxury accessories boutique with joint responsibility for sales and operations
  • Ability to motivate, establish strong business partnerships, and promote professionalism with both clients and staff
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to drive results, and strategic vision to develop business
  • Fine Jewelry and or Fine Watch experience preferred, but not required
  • Flexibility to work in various roles based on business needs (i.e. on the sales floor, operations, etc.).

Position Summary

The WSoC RF Lab Technician supports Wireless SoC development by building, calibrating, and maintaining RF test environments while ensuring efficient lab operations. This role is responsible for hands-on RF setup, VNA calibration, equipment management, and tracking of project hardware. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in lab operations and technical support.


Key Responsibilities


RF Setup & Calibration

  • Build and bring up RF test setups using attenuators, splitters, SMA cables, and RF test equipment
  • Calibrate RF setups using Vector Network Analyzers (VNA)
  • Verify proper signal routing and test configuration prior to engineering use
  • Support engineers with test setup modifications and troubleshooting

Lab Operations & Equipment Management

  • Manage lab equipment, tools, and inventory to ensure availability and organization
  • Track, label, and organize boards across multiple projects
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using lab management tools (e.g., Excel)

Compliance & Safety

Senior Government Affairs Technology & Competition

A bipartisan government relations and communications firm providing strategic advice to companies, trade associations, nonprofits, and individuals seeks a senior lobbyist to join its growing technology and competition practice. This role focuses on advocacy before congressional Republicans and a Republican administration, with an emphasis on technology, telecommunications, broadband, and competition policy.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute federal advocacy strategies for Fortune 500 companies, trade associations, startups, and other clients on technology and competition issues
  • Represent clients before Republican members of Congress and their staffs, the Executive Branch, federal regulatory agencies, industry coalitions, and other policy forums
  • Lead client advocacy on technology policy, including telecommunications, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, privacy, broadband, media, FCC oversight, and platform competition
  • Engage with the House Energy and Commerce Committee and the Senate Commerce, Science, and Transportation Committee, particularly their Communications and Technology and Communications, Media, and Broadband subcommittees, which oversee FCC authorization and oversight, broadband deployment and access, spectrum policy, and wireless, wireline, satellite, cable, and media issues
  • Navigate competition and antitrust considerations affecting technology and telecom companies, including engagement with the House and Senate Judiciary Committees as appropriate
  • Maintain active relationships with the Executive Office of the President, the Office of Science and Technology Policy, the Department of Commerce (including NTIA and NIST), and the Federal Communications Commission
  • Craft and execute strategic client engagement plans aligned with Republican policy priorities and messaging
  • Research, draft, and deliver policy updates, issue papers, one-pagers, and other advocacy materials for clients and policymakers
  • Spot emerging legislative and regulatory developments and provide timely, actionable guidance to clients
  • Contribute to business development efforts and help expand the firm's technology and competition practice

What You Bring

  • Ten or more years of experience on Capitol Hill and/or in government affairs roles, with a strong background working with Republican members, committee staff, or administrations
  • Demonstrated expertise in issues under the jurisdiction of the House Energy and Commerce Committee and the Senate Commerce, Science, and Transportation Committee; experience with Judiciary Committee work on competition and antitrust is a plus
  • Well-established network of relationships with congressional Republicans and senior committee staff, Executive Branch officials within the Executive Office of the President, the Office of Science and Technology Policy, and the Department of Commerce, and federal regulators including the Federal Communications Commission
  • Expert knowledge of the federal legislative and regulatory processes, particularly as they relate to technology, telecommunications, and broadband
  • Ability to translate complex client priorities into effective advocacy strategies for Republican policymakers
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple clients and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfort operating at both senior and junior levels

We are seeking an experienced Lead Low Voltage Technician to oversee the installation, programming, troubleshooting, and commissioning of life safety and security systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and field crews to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and in compliance with all applicable codes and standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead installation, service, and commissioning of Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, and Burglar Alarm systems
  • Supervise and mentor technicians and apprentices in the field
  • Read and interpret plans, specifications, and shop drawings
  • Program, test, and troubleshoot system components and networks
  • Perform system inspections, testing, and acceptance with AHJs and clients
  • Coordinate daily field activities and ensure quality control
  • Ensure compliance with NFPA, NEC, and local codes
  • Document work performed, as-built drawings, and service reports
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, customers, and other trades
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with low voltage and life safety systems
  • Strong working knowledge of Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, and Burglar Alarm systems
  • Ability to lead crews and manage multiple tasks on active job sites
  • Proficiency in system programming, troubleshooting, and diagnostics
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

GP Government Solutions has an immediate need for an Electrical Instructor to support a large aerospace client in Huntsville, AL. We are seeking candidates who are able to conduct training covering Soldered Electrical and Electronic Assemblies. This is an onsite position that requires 15% travel.

Job Summary:

  • Confers with management/client to understand work situation. Performs needs, job and task analysis to determine training required for trainees to better understand changes in policies, procedures, regulations and technologies.
  • May recommend plans for development of instructional methods and delivery of individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings, and workshops.
  • Selects teaching aids such as training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials and reference works.
  • Delivers training sessions covering specified areas of technical specialty.
  • Provides student course exams to measure and evaluate effectiveness and success in the required course material.
  • Evaluates training programs and reports on trainee progress.
  • Maintains training programs and materials.
  • Travels to client sites as needed. (15% travel or less)
  • This role may require work on multiple shifts

Qualifications:
