Position Responsibilities:
Leads development and analysis of Imaging Infrared Sensor algorithms for navigation and guidance applications on Weapon systems, including image processing and computer vision for target detection, tracking and discrimination
Contributes to a multi-level team as consultant in the test and issue resolution of sensor based algorithms across the portfolio of weapons applications
Leads development of trade studies, modeling, simulation and other forms of analysis to predict real-world behavior, impacts on system performance and to optimize the design around complex requirements
Leads development and execution of critical tests to validate performance of designs to requirements
Contribute to a multi-level team with a deep theoretical and practical foundation for developing cutting-edge models, simulation tools, and algorithm strategies for systems using Infrared, Laser and Radar sensors and provide technical mentorship for early career engineers
Collect and review data from hardware-in-the-loop tests and flight test to measure/validate performance against design requirements
Evaluate candidate sensor systems to increase weapon or other airborne system capabilities, decrease cost, and ensure compliance to requirements
Supports project management by coordinating development of work statement, budget, schedule and other required inputs and conducting appropriate reviews
Have opportunities to travel in support of flight test activities and troubleshoot operational and delivered product service anomalies where you will see in-person the awesome capability of our Air Force, Navy, Army and international customers
This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. secret clearance Post Start is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
3+ years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience with C/C++ language computer programming
Experience with developing and using modeling and simulation tools in C/C++ and Matlab/Simulink
Experience implementing Optical/Infrared Sensor image and signal processing algorithms to provide solutions for GPS Denied navigation, object location, discrimination and tracking, and image enhancement
Knowledge of advanced mathematical principles as applied to aerospace analysis and modeling. Examples include stochastic process and decision theory, transform methods, computational geometry, numerical linear algebra, optimization, computational math, numerical analysis, and Monte Carlo analysis
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
5+ years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Advanced degree in electrical engineering, computer science, mathematics, or physics.

Job Description Summary: Electronic Imaging Technician at Van Wert Hospital from 8am-230pm 4 days a week.
Works under the direction of the Manager of Radiology Support Services (Imaging Service Center).
Conducts technical support to internal and external customers by efficiently performing a wide variety of tasks utilizing Picture and Archive Communications systems (PACS) technology with the ultimate goal of accurate and efficient utilization of electronic/manual image and data storage, reporting and distribution methodologies.
Responsibilities And Duties: 40%Receives calls from external and internal customers who are needing images and/or reports.
Assists PACs users throughout the organization in the use of PACS product to improve and assure accuracy of the patient imaging medical record.
Educate physicians on use of all applicable software.
Assist the radiologist, other physicians, and staff in the execution of their duties by acting as a resource person for timely, effective use of electronic and manual files of imaging records.
Provide customers comprehensive technology problem determination and resolution using documented procedures and available tools.35 % Retrieve and/or create patients' electronic folders.
Access reports and/or other patient exam data via the RIS, PACS and related software systems.
Communicate reports and/or image data to the appropriate physician and other customers in a timely manner.
Re-print and package images via PACS, and/or CDs for distribution and delivery to physicians and other customers utilizing proper quality assurance measures.

Primary Purpose
The Project Delivery Manager (PDM) is critical to the successful conduct of ophthalmic certifications in Biopharmaceutical-sponsored clinical trials, as a matrix leader of a vendor project team. The OCPM will be client-facing and serve as the internal lead of the project through the life cycle of the study, ensuring effective project delivery in agreement with contracted project timeline and budget. The PDM directs project delivery by driving team and financial efficiency, work product quality, and is responsible for client satisfaction through strong relationship management.
Responsibilities
* Serves as the primary point of contact for biopharma clients and demonstrates proficiency in knowledge and understanding of client needs.
* Ensures that deliverables for the assigned projects are completed according to the contract budget, schedule, and quality standards. Projects will be effectively managed in all areas of performance.
* Develops successful working relationships with clients, executive management, and project staff and collaborates to manage project issues, proactively identify and mitigate risks and drive milestone achievement.
* Tracks project deliverables against contract. Proactively prepares/presents study metrics to maintain transparency for internal/external stakeholders. Monitors trends and drives changes to the plan as needed; identifies risks to delivery and agrees to mitigation plans with the project team to be presented to the client.
* Ensures adherence to quality control expectations and milestone timelines for delivery of contractually required reports and deliverables.
* Identifies and manages changes to scope and requests for out-of-scope activities. Collaborates with Business Development, Contracts Department, and executive management to ensure timel y execution of contract amendments/change orders. Prospectively manages client expectations.
* Identifies and documents lessons learned from study successes and challenges to promote development of best practices.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Job Summary:
Oversees the diagnostic imaging department for multiple sites, providing vision, leadership and administrative and operational direction for staffing, strategic planning, budgeting, patient care and technology. Ensures compliance with hospital guidelines and regulatory agencies at all times. Exercises independent judgment when recruiting, training, coaching, supervising and responsibly directing assigned staff. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned personnel using both professional and supervisory discretion and independent judgment.

Essential Functions:
- Ensures processes/systems/protocols are standardized across the network whenever clinically and operationally relevant. Supervises diagnostic imaging personnel, including recruiting, hiring, orientation, training and development, scheduling and regular performance evaluation. Ensures optimum levels of staffing in accordance with productivity targets. Responsible for clinical staff supervision.
- Actively collaborates with the leadership team involved with hospital strategic planning to support the department and overall organizational growth. Responsible for overall management and direction of imaging modalities within the radiology discipline. Directs and implements management strategies for the provision of Radiological and Diagnostic Imaging Services, such as nuclear medicine, MRI, radiology, CT, ultrasound and mammography. Responsible for clinical staff supervision.
- Develops, implements and oversees department salary, operation and capital budgets. Works collaboratively with all internal and external customers, physicians, patients, and hospital departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Utilizes experience, judgment and current practice standards to develop and accomplish goals while ensuring compliance with regulatory and certifying standards.
- Routinely monitors patient satisfaction. Ensures that patient care and imaging services meet safety and risk management standards in addition to local, state and federal accreditation regulations. Confirms that patient records and files are maintained in adherence to Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and other patient confidentiality guidelines and regulations.
- Oversees Medical Imaging IT systems, ensures proper maintenance and functioning of all Medical Imaging equipment and confirms that the department is in compliance with radiation safety practices and regulations. Develops, communicates and monitors department policies and procedures.

Position Requirements:
Formal Education / Training:
Graduate of an approved School of Radiologic Technology and subsequent Accreditation through The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. Must be in compliance with CE Requirements.
Must be registered in the subspecialty of CT or be registry eligible and pass CT registry within 8 months of hire date.
BLS is required within 90 days of hire.
Workplace Experience:
Preference of at least one year work experience in hospital environment working in CT/X-RAY after graduation and accreditation; however, we are willing to train.
Equipment and Skills Training:
Possesses knowledge of CT scanning and has general knowledge of many types of x-ray equipment and computers. Will train on specific equipment and processes utilized at Williamson Health. Has had training in fluoroscopy, surgery and routine studies.
Willing to perform above functions daily as need in both modalities.
Physical Environment:
Radiation safety and universal precautions practiced in a multimodality imaging department.

Questions female patients (ages 12-50) regarding the possibility of pregnancy and properly documents information in record.
Questions all patients who receive intravenous contrast media and documents information regarding allergies and medical history.
Provides proper radiation safety protection for all persons, to include self. Follows ALARA, IMAGE GENTLY AND IMAGE WISELY.
Follows established protocols, safety guidelines and regulatory requirements while working with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to deliver high quality patient care.
Strives to maintain the dignity of each patient by ensuring the patient is properly covered at all times; during exam and patient transport.
Communicates with all team members to determine where services are most beneficial between CT and XRAY.
Shows leadership and teamwork in difficult situations and makes appropriate decisions.
Volunteers for overtime and fill-in when needed.
Maintains educational requirements to include but, not limited to CEU's, licensure, BLS, and Healthstream courses as assigned.
Performs high quality studies consistently and reviews images for technical quality and accuracy ensuring they meet diagnostic standards.
Works well with fellow employees in CT/XRAY to provide the most efficient use of the equipment and ensures that all requests from physicians and patients are completed in a timely manner.
