Position Summary

The Assistant Project Manager (APM) plays a key role in supporting the Project Manager and Superintendent in delivering successful commercial construction projects. Project Management Support

• Monitor long-lead materials to prevent schedule delays.

Cost Tracking & Financial Controls

• Assist in pay application review and subcontractor billing.
• Help maintain accurate financial reporting within Procore and accounting software (Sage300).

Field & Quality Support
