Overview
We are seeking a driven and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse operations at our Portland, NC location. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence across inventory management, team leadership, and customer satisfaction, while partnering closely with LX Pantos on daily execution.
The General Manager will lead a team of 8–10 employees, including Assistant Managers, Warehouse Associates, and Appliance Installers, and play a key role in delivering a high-quality customer experience.
What You’ll Do
Inventory & Warehouse Operations
- Maintain inventory accuracy above 97% using the LX Pantos Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Oversee receiving, routing, cycle counts, and issue resolution within the WMS
- Ensure monthly cycle counts are completed accurately and meet partner expectations
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse aligned with LX Pantos standards and OSHA compliance
Team Leadership & Staffing
- Manage staffing levels and proactively plan for workforce needs
- Hire, train, and develop warehouse staff and appliance installers
- Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with Assistant Managers to drive performance and accountability
- Foster a culture focused on teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement
Installation Operations
- Ensure all installations meet LX Pantos training and quality standards
- Enforce use of site protection tools and proper installation procedures
- Conduct field site visits to audit quality and provide coaching
- Partner with builders to align on upcoming projects and expectations
- Deliver consistent, high-quality service across residential and commercial installations
Customer Experience
- Uphold a same-day response standard (“Sundown Rule”) for all inquiries
- Maintain a Customer Satisfaction score of 9.0 or higher
- Drive a customer-first mindset across all team members
- Ensure professionalism, punctuality, and quality in every interaction
Leadership Scope
You will directly oversee:

What We’re Looking For
- Valid Tennessee Driver’s License
- 5+ years of relevant leadership experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations
- Strong organizational skills with proven follow-through
- Demonstrated leadership and team development experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Flexibility to work outside standard business hours as needed
