In partnership with Guthrie’s leadership team, PFS Director SBO is responsible for developing and executing the strategic vision for The Guthrie Clinic’s patient/guarantor billing and collection functions. This involves managing and coordinating the overall functions of patient/guarantor collection to ensure maximization of cash flow while maintaining patient, provider, and other customer relations. Works closely with administrative leaders, managers, clinical personnel and vendors to ensure effective and efficient self-pay pre-service, point of service and accounts receivables management. Experience
10 years prior experience in healthcare, insurance or businesses with responsibility and management of billing and patient collection. Knowledge of federal and state debt collection laws and patient billing regulations. Preferred Certifications:
- Certified Revenue Cycle Professional (CRCP) or Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP)

Skills

Essential Functions
- Plans and manages accurate patient billing and efficient account collection, which includes developing automated and efficient workflows. Position Overview
The Director, Inpatient Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) for Neurosurgery serves as the senior operational and clinical leader for the neurosurgical APP service line at University of New Mexico Hospital, the state’s only Level I Trauma Center and academic medical center. This role is responsible for leading, integrating, and advancing a high-acuity neurosurgical APP program that spans inpatient care, critical care, operative services, and ambulatory practice.
This is a rare opportunity to lead one of the highest-acuity neurosurgical APP teams in the region while maintaining an active clinical footprint. The Director partners directly with the Chair of Neurosurgery, Executive Director of Inpatient APPs, faculty leadership, and health system stakeholders to drive service line strategy, workforce integration, clinical excellence, and cultural transformation.
The service line supports approximately 2,000 neurosurgical cases annually, with ~70 percent trauma, a strong mix of elective and non-elective neurosurgery, and a 24-bed collaborative Neuro ICU. Key Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership & Integration

- Work with plant schedulers and Director of Procurement to make sure that raw materials are kept at optimal levels at each plant facility.
- Work with IT to make needed reporting and process updates to aid all plants in being able to see and upload production and inventory.
- Work with the plant managers and schedulers to achieve uniform processes when PIDS are updated across the division with the goal of uniformity for best practices and visibility.
- Set and maintain safety stock targets in PeopleSoft.
- Build inventory floor plans for all accessory items across plants and reload facilities.
- Proactively eliminate discontinued SKUs and manage reallocation to minimize write-offs.
- Work closely with plant schedulers to align production plans with master schedules using Shingle Tech.
- Ensure safety stock levels and report on monthly deviations to plans
- Collaborate with plants to ensure proper inventory and production planning
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to adjust plans as needed due to changes in demand, equipment downtime, or material delays.
- Monitor production KPIs (e.g., on-time completion, schedule adherence) and drive improvements.
- Coordinate with the Purchasing and planning coordinator
- Provide backup support during vacations and other absences for finished good / raw material issues

The Role We Want You For
As a Project Manager with SEI, you will be based on the construction project site. In this role you will be responsible for project staff to lead the project in overall project execution, quality, safety, and schedule of various scopes. The Specifics of the Role
- Establish and execute the budget, timeline, quality control plan, and overall project execution plan.
- Coordinate with Project Superintendent in development of a project site logistics plan.

- Oversee the preparation of installation for self-perform, and subcontracted scopes.
- Contract management for installation subcontractors.
- Manage the subcontractor buyout process.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Vice President of Preconstruction Services-Commercial is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing all preconstruction activities for the commercial construction portfolio. This role provides strategic direction, ensures accurate and competitive estimating, drives early project planning, and partners closely with business development, operations, and clients to position projects for successful execution. The VP sets standards, leads teams, and ensures preconstruction efforts align with company growth, profitability, and client satisfaction goals.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Strategic Leadership
- Lead and continuously improve the commercial preconstruction function, including estimating, conceptual budgeting, value engineering, scheduling, and risk analysis.
- Establish preconstruction best practices, procedures, and performance metrics across all commercial projects.

- Estimating & Cost Management
- Oversee preparation and review of conceptual, schematic, design-development, and GMP estimates.
