Leading public and political outreach in your state and district.
Meeting with members of Congress/Government in your State/District/Constituency.
Representing The Borgen Project at various business, political and community events.

Mobilizing individuals to contact their members of Government in support of key poverty-reduction legislation.
Speaking to groups, classes and organizations.
Writing letters of support for key programs to political leaders, media and other groups.

Experience:

No prior experience is necessary, we're looking for people who are passionate about fighting poverty and righting wrongs, regardless of your GPAs/background.

Details:

This is an unpaid internship, although college credit is available. The position can be worked remotely from any of the following countries: U.S., U.K., Canada, France or Australia.

The position requires performing frozen section evaluations while excluding grossing procedures from clinical duties. Responsibilities

LiRo’s Virtual Design, Construction & Operations (VDCO) group is seeking a motivated VDC/BIM Intern to support ongoing infrastructure, transportation, and building projects. This 3 month summer internship offers hands-on exposure to real-world BIM and VDC workflows and an opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals on active projects.

The ideal candidate has foundational technical skills, curiosity, and a strong interest in learning and applying emerging technologies in the AEC industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the VDCO team with 3D modeling and BIM-related tasks to support design and construction workflows.
  • Support development and maintenance of Revit-based models for existing conditions, design coordination, and as-built documentation
  • Participate in Navisworks model aggregation, basic coordination, and visualization tasks
  • Support visualization efforts using game engines and/or rendering software as needed
  • Assist with preparation of drawings, graphics, and presentation materials
  • Learn and support reality capture, laser scanning, and model-based workflows under guidance of senior staff
  • Collaborate with project teams and follow established BIM standards and workflows

Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of Autodesk Revit
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Rhino
  • Basic skills in 3D modeling and spatial understanding
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, BIM, or a related field
  • Strong interest in BIM, VDC, and construction technology
  • Willingness to learn new tools, workflows, and industry best practices
  • Professional and clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work independently, with direction and supervision, and in a team environment.
  • Enrolled and actively pursuing an accredited Master’s degree program; recommended degrees include and are not limited to Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or other related field of study, and at minimum 1 year of completed education, and/or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

  • Exposure to BIM coordination, 4D/5D concepts, or visualization workflows
  • Familiarity with point clouds, laser scanning, or reality capture is a plus
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or visualization tools is a plus
  • Experience with Scripting tools Rhino Grasshopper and/or Revit Dynamo is desired

The Role: Make an Impact

The Graduate Sustainability Intern will help implement Lactalis US Yogurt's (LUSY) sustainable agriculture strategy to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in alignment with science-based targets. This role will focus on measuring farm-level carbon footprints and supporting the adoption of climate-smart agricultural practices that increase soil carbon sequestration and reduce emissions from enteric fermentation, manure management, feed production, and energy use. This will include collecting and analyzing data, engaging with farmers, and contributing to outreach and research efforts. This role will also offer valuable experience in sustainable agriculture and data management across LUSY and Stonyfield Organic's diverse milk supply. The Graduate Sustainability Intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Corporate Social Responsibility, Purchasing, Marketing and others to implement sustainability initiatives and will report to the Senior Manager, Sustainable Agriculture.


From your EXPERTISE to ours

Key responsibilities for this position include:

  • Create summary & individualized result farm carbon footprinting reports for farmer facing audience.
  • Support Stonyfield direct supply farms with adoption of climate smart agricultural practices across one or more strategic areas of action. This could also include conducting soil sampling to help expand the baseline data on soil carbon levels for Stonyfield direct supply farms.
  • Lead projects on nature, water or workforce development, for the full Lactalis US Yogurt milk supply. This includes organic, conventional, and non-GMO milk sourced for Brown Cow, Siggi's, Green Mountain.
  • Conduct literature reviews and outreach to researchers on relevant topics including efficacy of biochar, agroforestry, and feed additives to reduce enteric fermentation as pathways for reducing organic dairy farm GHG emissions.
  • Assist the Lactalis US Yogurt sourcing and sustainability teams with other projects related to organic transition planning for prospective Stonyfield direct supply farms, organic training, and sustainability in other agricultural ingredient supply chains.

Zacuto Group, a highly active Commercial Real Estate Brokerage headquartered in Santa Monica serving the greater Los Angeles Area. We are looking to immediately add an Analyst / Jr. Broker to work with our Investment real estate practice group on expanding market share for sales transactions. This is a hybrid salary + commission role that will provide base compensation for supporting a Senior Vice President and unlimited commission upside.


The ideal candidate should have prior experience in real estate underwriting, strong verbal and written skills, an interest in sales and the commercial real estate industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who is driven and looking to succeed in a growth-oriented role.


Candidates should have a solid educational foundation, be self-starters, hardworking, persistent, and motivated to excel. Our leadership team will provide play by play deal support and guidance while providing top-of-the-line tools to help accomplish client objectives, win assignments, and close transactions.


Candidates should be well spoken, comfortable with a client facing role, possess superior organization skills, and thrive in a modern open office environment.


Investment Real Estate Expertise

  • Supporting the valuation process, creating spreadsheets and preparing financial analysis
  • Conducting research on comps and similar data
  • Creating pitch presentations for new listings
  • Scheduling inspections and managing due diligence
  • Drafting letters of intent / purchase and sales agreements
  • Drafting correspondence
  • Overseeing transactions through to closing including reviewing written agreements
  • Showing properties


Sales

  • Making introduction calls (Cold Calls and Warm Calls) to potential new clients
  • Supporting the Senior Vice President with his pipeline of potential new clients
  • Managing marketing processes to support the sales process


Project Management

  • Managing deal-flow in Salesforce
  • Ensuring that deadlines are met
  • Tracking and monitoring negotiations
  • Seeing tasks through to completion

Required Skills and Experience

~ 4 Year Bachelor’s Degree

~ Mastery of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel

~ Candidates are expected to obtain a California Real Estate Agents license if they do not already have one.
